What I see is Chelsea's current management plan to spend a lot of money to bring in young players. And it seems that Chelsea does have a goal to build a more productive squad and have stable performance with young players. As we see Chelsea has most of the players who are still young and to build a better team, it does take a very long time. • kedua, soal dapur yg wajib dipantau penuh oleh pemerintah, karena ini berkaitan dengan kebersihan dari makanan yg diterima oleh siswa.
• ketiga, soal mitra dapur yg perlu mengeluarkan modal dahulu sebelum mereka menyediakan makan siang, jangan sampai pemerintah menahan duit terlalu lama sehingga menyebabkan modal mitra tersendat.
• keempat, soal pendistribusian yg masih melibatkan TNI, pemerintah harusnya mulai memikirkan bagaimana sistem pendistribusian kedepannya, apakah via ojol atau melalui mitra yg ditunjuk.
• kelima, bahan-bahan untuk menu makan siang kebanyakan masih di import dari negara lain, pemerintah bisa mempertimbangkan menggunakan produk dalam negeri secara bertahap untuk bisa memajukan petani sekitar.
• keenam, potensi korupsi dalam program tender atau penyediaan makanan kepada siswa, pemerintah harus melakukan pengawasan menyeluruh agar potensi korupsi dalam program ini bisa diminimalisir.
