1. From what i have read they ask to see lot of sensitive info and in the end they will write you that your kyc is fraud and person that did kyc is not the account owner and so.

2. They got no right to do this even under their license.

3. Its a joke, because they stated several times they got no access to third party kyc. So how they can even tell if you are or you are not the person.

4. The call is doing some community manager (I think UK citizen according to accent) and not even some compliance department if they even got any.

5. They refuse to start camera to verify who they are and if they are even working for rollbit or are just some random rollbit guys from community. They themselves are under Women names and for example Smokey Lisa is a man which is ridiculous.

6. So in the end you are showing sensitive info to some cartoon clowns, they want to record it and you hope that they just wont leak the info somewhere.

Your story is conflicting if you will read it again. You said that your withdrawal is stuck for a month and you didn’t mention anything that you verify and approved KYC same day as you requested. People will be easily mislead since you didn’t add the info you provide here about the timeline of your withdrawal.

Anyway, This doesn’t the fact that the admin confirmed that they will cancel your withdrawal based on your screenshot. The representative clearly stated that they will not process nor cancel your withdrawal while your account is still not verified.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m actually confused on how the support missed your request for canceling your withdrawal considering that you mention that the receiving address is already not valid.

This is sucks tbh since agent should be recording every conversation so that they can forward this to the next support. I’m just wondering why you didn’t remind them again right after you submit a KYC verification and wait for them to confirm that they acknowledge your request of cancellation.

Base on what I see on screenshot. They clearly stated that they can’t do anything on your transaction unless your account will be verified. You should make it clear to them that the receiving address is not active anymore in repetition to supports since they always change staff who will handle there live support in daily basis.

They should not return any money at all not only the money that was deposited to the new account. OP needs to learn a lesson.

Wait, forgive me but I am trying to understand you here, you created the email address, and gave the email address to your friend to create a Betnomi account with, then if after your friend created the account, and you are the one using the account, it means it's your account.
How can you have the login details to an account, even deposited money and gambled on the account, and now claim the account is not yours...
Then maybe you should ask the real owner of the account in question to lodge this accusation instead of you doing it.

You are the one using it by confirming it on this thread. The account is not submitted KYC which means the owner of the account is not determined. You can use email of random person but the ownership will still be yours if you are one using it to gamble with your own money. Probably you login that account to your device that you used on your other account that has an issue before which is the reason on how they traced your account.

KYC is important on this situation especially on proving the ownership of the account.
