I replied in another thread on this issue, but I urge anyone who has payed with wire transfer to contact HSBC and their bank and report the fraud. I recovered over 5000USD from Simon when this all started over 6 months ago.

If anyone has any questions let me know.

I will say anyone who has paid using any type of wire transfer needs to contact HSBC and their bank immediately and report a fraud case. This is how I got my money back.

I had Simon calling me literally 5 times a day because HSBC had him by the balls and would not release any of his funds until I gave the all clear on my end.

It was pretty entertaining to say the least. On a serious note I want to say that i am very sorry to hear that he is still not honoring his word and helping you guys. When I finally got his account off lockdown for him he asked how he could compensate me. I told him to take care of his customers... I guess he is failing.

After submitting my fraud case to HSBC and Chase I think I more or less have Simon by the balls. I am trying to close the case with my bank as I now have the funds but I think HSBC is now up his a$$ after everything came to light.

I am trying to resolve the issue so he can resume business with Chase. He has been messaging and calling me incessantly asking me to resolve this. I am doing my best, but Simon dug his own grave on this one. I will get it resolved but not for Simon, I will do it to help the rest of you who are still in the game.

From what it sounds like he needs to get his priorities straight.

If anyone would like to call him he has been using a California phone number: 661-748-0240

Anyone who is looking for a refund and has paid with wire transfer should submit a fraud claim to HSBC as well as their own bank.

The day after I did this was the day Simon came out of the woodwork.

Feel free to call him at 661-748-0240. He probably didn't want that that number to get out to the public but i don't really care about what he wants as he doesn't seem to care much about the rest of us.

What a joke indeed.

Isn't it funny how he suddenly starts to take an interest when legal action is threatened, indeed actioned, against him and Hashra ?

Anyone falling for this is surely lining themselves up for another round of non-communication, non-delivery and probable loss of money.

Get out if you're given the chance, but thats just my opinion.

Got my money refunded yesterday... all of it.

Thanks Simon, try to take better care of the rest of these guys who decide to stay in the game.

HASHRA Said:
Hi ***

Thank you for your message and I am completely sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

Please see below the answers to your questions.

If I have left anything out then please do get in touch.

- why did you disappear for two month?
To be honest I have been working on another project recently and had left HASHRA to be taken care of by someone else but well it is clear to see that didn't work out very well.
I am still working on something else but now keeping a closer to what is going on here regarding the Astro and Moonraker from now on.

- why did you ignore the deadlines of delivery and refund?
There is no real excuse for this, we really did up till very recently think we were going to hit our deadline for the delivery but it is now clear the delay will be "weeks" not days.
Regarding the refund deadline I had left that in charge of someone else to make sure they keep in contact with customers and give them options if they want them but we have been very slow in getting in contact with everyone, again no excuse for this.

- what exactly are the production problems?
We currently use a manufacturer in China to produce our miners for us, similar set up to the Lunar Lander etc. To cut a long story short they had let us down with the agreed deadline. We have tried to find a solution for everyone and we ended up agreeing a later completion date at a lower cost.

- when are you able to deliver?
Right now it is looking like late November/early December. December is our month where we have to ship out.

- why did you oven batch 2 without having batch 1 done?
We haven't really, the November/December shipment is still batch 1, just late.

I am personally very sorry how this has worked out for you and completely understand that you want a refund.

At present we are contacting customers to see if there is a solution for them that works for them by increasing the amount that was ordered for free so that our batch 1 customers do not lose out.

Looking at what you have ordered we would be able to upgrade your order for free to:
7 x Astro Warp 3 (100mh each)

Please let me know your thoughts regarding this and if you have any further questions at all.

Kind Regards

Simon

Thank you for your time with this and once again I am very sorry for the delay that you went through and the lack of communication from us.

YUP! Glad to see he couldn't be bothered to give us any useful details though... Is "batch 1" shipping date also December now? What is the "upgrade" offer? I will likely be cancelling my order unless he is shipping in the next couple week and the upgrade is adequate for the frustration and frozen funds.

Id rather just take my money back... what a joke...

I can have an Antminer S3+ shipped out tomorrow for roughly the same price point.

Glad it took this long to say they were delayed on shipping... I think I am still going to ask for a refund. At the very least I am keeping all of my reports open and will keep feeding information to those looking to follow up on this guy.

This is not how you operate your business when 100's of thousands of dollars are on the line...

I also Received this today.

Hi ***

First of all I am very sorry for the very late response to your messages to us.

We would like to apologise for the delay in our shipping out date with your order.

You can see on our site that I'm afraid there has been some delay with the shipping and because of this we have lowered the price to make sure it is still very competitive given the delay with the shipping.
We are going to be offering our batch 1 customers a free upgrade if they decide to transfer over their order to the new shipping date.

We will be in touch in the next day to confirm what we can do for you so you can make your decision on this. We want to be able to give you the best upgrade that we can.

Apologies again for the very late response in getting back to you.

Regards

Simon

They might do something if they see more than one person pressing this issue.

There are a lot of blanks that need to be filled in and many claims that need to be still need to filed. Thanks

Same here, I feel like I have been ripped off.

You have been ripped off. No company in any other environment would be allowed to operate like this or they would be out of business.

If you have not received a product or a refund then you should be in the group that is trying to get some kind of reimbursment.

Please continue submitting claims to your local authorities and either PM the number to me or post it in the thread. You can remain anonymous if you would like, however I feel the power we have will be based on our numbers.

I am looking to generate a list of potential buyers who have purchased one of HASHRA's new Moonraker or ASTRO miners. I will be building a case to hopefully begin sometime of litigation process against Simon Bright and his HASHRA organization for defrauding buyers.

I have already filed reports with the following authorities:

I would suggest referencing the above reference numbers as well as including yours in the posting. If we can create a large enough network of these filings it may help trigger some type of action.

Please see this forum thread for reference information regarding Simon Bright's most current contact information:

Please reference it when you submit your report.

Here is the bank information that you can reference in the report:

If you are located in another country other than the ones listed above please file a report with your local authorities and paste a link to the website you used and the ID number of the report so others may reference it.

I understand that he has two more days to 'technically' refund our money but considering the lack of communication for almost a month and no other indications that development of the described products is even occurring it would be safe to presume that willingly sending out refunds is just wishful thinking.

I would like to see Bitcoin succeed and it will have a hard time gaining ground if individuals/companies do not stand by their word. Thank you for your support

EDIT 10/17/2014 I have added a spreadsheet to help track all of the information please update it if you have new information to add.

This debt isn't worth anywhere near 50% face value.  More like 5%.  This isn't a company that missed a payment or two.  This was obviously planned in advance.  There is simply no way there is any money left in any company account, which means virtually no chance anyone will ever collect anything.

Quite possible that you are right, but stealing all of that money and getting away with it? I find it difficult to sit by and just let it happen and then forget about it like it never did.
