Sent $50 from CVS on April 4, it was supposed to go to my MtGox acct... I haven't seen anything yet.

I have you on my older support list where I don't keep as much of your info before it is passed on.  Would you like me to open a new ticket for you on my new support list for 4/9?  Thanks!  Cheesy

I would definitely like to be added to whatever your most current support list is. I don't expect to be first in line, but I believe my transaction on the 4th puts me pretty far back.

On the day of my order the rate was between $115 and $145. I placed my order in the afternoon when the rate was lower, but I would be willing to accept BTC at $140 ($50 / 140 = 0.35714286BTC ).

I think I'm mostly just disappointed that this isn't working out. BitInstant should be able to make a killing even working as a legitimate business, as they appear to be by far the fastest and easiest way to get cash USD-->BTC (if it would work). I'm glad I ran a small-ish test transaction to see if it would work (it hasn't) before moving into a larger position in BTC (which I would love to do).

If you guys can get your stuff straightened out, I'd love to be a repeat customer many times over, but I'm not going to sit on here and keep reminding you about my missing money (because no one should have to do that).

Wow. I feel quite sorry for all the blokes that posted their Mt. Gox redeemable coupon codes in this thread! Sheesh... that's money down the drain!

THIS. How the fuck does this even happen??? To send the code in an email and not identify the code, and have all of us wondering when our money is going to show up in our account (like the email says it will).

This is unacceptable, and absolutely ridiculous. BitInstant should feel like shit for all the money that got lost this way.

We take care of all of our customers.  Your money will not be lost.

Thank you, I appreciate your concern/effort and look forward to having this issue resolved. It seems like whoever is responsible for the coding that produced the email stating there was no coupon code might have cost BitInstant a lot of money, which sucks for everyone involved.

URSAY, I was just wondering how you were planning on handling the cases where an email was sent that specifically stated there was no coupon code needed, and then when the funds didn't show up you encouraged individuals to post details of their orders, which unbeknownst to them contained a unidentified coupon code...

I know I haven't lost as much as some of the others on here, but this is still unacceptable.

Regardless that you may of received an email which states you do not need to redeem a code, this may not be the case.  This is a known issue.  Are you telling me that you have double checked any confirmation emails and you do not have any mtgox codes?  Thanks!  Smiley
