This is exactly what Labcoin defenders were saying for months. "If Labcoin were a scam they would just be doing ______ or ______"

To quote one sentence and write two, you have to full-quote half a page? What's wrong with you, do you have no manners?

Happy to be proven wrong of course, this just a conjecture for the conspiracy minded..
Could we please do without goofball theories? The situation is dire enough.

If we have the shares and he sues, the court could keep us from selling the shares.  This way if he sues I have the 100 BTC to pay our legal fees.  If he sues, we would definitely counter sue for our 100 BTC that he owes us.  Since our chances to prevail on our counter suite would be very high, I think the chances of him suing us is very low.  Also, It takes cash to sue someone, and I don't think he has any, so he says.

Seems a very dangerous gamble to me. IF he sues and wins, The company might have to buy back all the shares (maybe even at a higher price) or pay him more than 106 BTC.

Do we still have enough money for the development of a full 28nm custom ASIC or is this a hail mary maneuver to make enough BTC till the court might order the company to pay damages to Ukyo?

Why do you care about the shares being listed so much? Price is gonna crash immediately and everything we bought will be worth mere percentages of it.
What's the rush?

I guess a lot of people hope to get out the door first and see the price crash afterwards.

iSnow, I'm not stopping anyone from posting.

You are muting everyone else with noise. Joining in does not help at all, it just makes the problem worse. The few quality posts get lost among fluff and the same questions get asked again and again because no one scans 480+ pages for answers.

Arguing with trolls makes things even worse even faster (http://www.howtoarguewithanidiot.com/). And because you swallow every bait hook, line, and sinker and reply, you pretty much keep crumbs et al. here. You actually lower the quality of this thread by proxy.

I implore you to stop defending Ken. Let his actions speak, everything else just helps damage this company.

Actually that guy has been spamming the same message since January 23rd. The identical same post, he's posted it in multiple threads.

Look minerpart, I know you mean well, but could you not like... let other people talk too?

You are completely hogging this thread as of late, and I believe in trying to defend ActM, you are actually doing a disservice. For once because some of your points really don't hold water, and also and even more important because trying to drown out everyone else makes a really bad impression.

Back when drawingthesun got his panties in a bunch constantly, we told him to take a walk now and then and stop posting excessively. I really think you should do the same, you are actually becoming part of the noise that detracts from signal here.

Seriously? Electerium's post is only meant to troll.

Of course not, I was kidding.

The thread is driving me slowly insane, and the amount of idiots, sock puppets and trolls sure helps.

First of all, there are laws against preferential payments.
No one user of weex should get paid off before others.

Stop bullshitting.

You cannot payback your customers/creditors and this means you are bankrupt and your assets should be liquidated. You are stalling this process to pocket money that belongs to other people. There are laws against that.

Ukyo,
can you please explain what happened to the BTC which were deposited to WeExchange by users (Including ActM/Ken)? Were they spent? Lost?

Just call him, his phone numbers are linked in one of the threads.

The funny thing is, Ukyo is playing the big guy here with a lot of legal leverage, but on IRC...

So basically he is so desperate he is just biting at everything and believes strong-arming Ken in this thread is his last resort. Or - more likely - he is trying to make his creditors believe he won't get the shares from Ken and at the same time he is trying to pocket the money.

C. I am cleaning up the mess. That is why I am here fighting for BTC to pay out to those users.

Look Mister, you stole a hell of a lot of money from people. Why don't you just fuck off and work to repay those you scammed instead of throwing feces here?

You have to this point done jack shit to reimburse AMC/VMC or Ken or any of the share holders, now you are dishing out legal and financial advice? Get off that crack and get working.

I for one are all for Ken selling off 106 BTC worth of your shares and take the money. Everyone knows you are never going to give back thousands of BTC you stole. If you disagree with Ken selling off shres, just sue him, if you are in the right, the court will find a way to reimburse you.

Ken please don't go down this rabbit hole, get the 106 btc and leave it at that. Please.

Why do you even believe Ken is about to sell all of Ukyo's shares? He wrote:

We are selling Ukyo shares on Crypto-Trade to recover our losses on Bitfunder.

If everything is paid for, why are you so desperate for your 100btc worth?
Why not leave the shares locked until I have paid everyone back. Are you now having to heavily count on this 100btc?

From the "Trust summary for Uyo":

That's why.

I am pretty sure if you cough up the money right now, Ken will give back your shares.
