It is new in the hiring industry but bots and AI are already being used in different fields and can even act exactly like human. Taken for example Sophia and Angela. I personally was able to spak with Angela as one of my friends have it in their house. It is so amazing to know that AI like angela can answer almost all questions i asked her and can even perform tasks like singing ang reciting poems better than humans (singing actually was not her). What I am trying to say is, we cannot underestimate the capability of an AI specially right now that technology is getting more and more advance.

Well, I believe that there are still qualities in human that AI do not possess. If Trustlogics will entrust for example the whole process of recruitment to AI, that will be a disaster. Well, AI doesnt have commonsense, doesnt have emotions, cannot evaluate and weigh circumstances based in intuition and commonsense. They are can only perform according to how they are programmed by humans who manage them.
I strongly agree that theee are still qualities in human that they can not perform although using an AI means less human error.  The picture will be like this...whatever is programmed for an AI to do, they will do it with perfection, while if there arises a diffent  situation or case aside from what is being programmed to the AI, there will be a lot of error or disaster while in humans, they can handle the case because they can thinknof uoright sooution unlike the AI, they are just dependent on the programmed they have been fed.
One of the ways that AI is expected to reduce the workload for employees is by making the mundane tasks of hiring and recruiting easier. Because the technology can automate many of the responsibilities that are time consuming and arduous for workers, AI is expected to be a faster and more efficient alternative for companies to employ as a part of their HR efforts.
in my opinion, expect artificial intelligence to change the hiring and recruiting practices in the near future, whether by making the overall process faster and more efficient, by reducing bias or by shifting the traditional role and duties of hiring managers, AI technologies will continue to alter and streamline the way people apply for jobs and get hired, fast-tracking resume screening, reducing human bias, and creating efficiencies.
well for me AI can hire faster and smarter, bots will be able to scan and identify the top resumes in a batch of applicants, scheduling will be an automated process and natural language processing will allow for a more responsive candidate experience. Behavioral and situational interview assessments will leverage AI and predictive analytics to capture both quantitative and qualitative data to ensure the right match.
I agree with you, AI will help the platform to do more greater things, like fast transaction less than seconds I think and the proper maintaining of specific data about the system and its users, Fasten the hiring process and will give the users the opportunity to have their data on the line for future developments and can be seen by the recruiters.

Well, not all website are secure, if i upload my profile in an unsecured platform other people will not suffer but only me. My identity could be stolen and someone may reproduce another account similar to mine and just steal my details.
This is what I definitely like about TrustLogics, they keep on amazing me, well, I already know that they are promoting the security of the files of job seekers,  it upon looking at this graphics, how they presented it, it is really an eye catching.  In a project especially with huge competition, everything matters.
This is why Trustlogics have been created in a new standard that would get back the control in the hands of jobseekers to secure their datas. And in this platform, jobseeker will have the full control to whom they would allow their data to be accessed.

You are definitely correct! They will have local partners in every country which makes Trustlogics operate globally. Local partners will simply coordinate with their local applicants and job seekers as well as employers.

They should make that in order to prevent messing up. If they have global recruiters that are accountable for their job then it will lead to a prosperous and fast processes of job hiring. However, we will see also some global recruiters who are not suitable for their work. I hope that trustlogics will also maintain the fairness upon jobseekers and eliminate the fraud recruiters.

The security both depends on the user and the platform. In order to maximize and prevent unnecessary information leaks or unexpected occurence of bad things , the users will also have to take precautionary measures to further reinforce the existing security of TrustLogics. 


The security feature of Trustlogics is quite high and together with its policy where users can opt which information to show the public, this makes your profile more secure. The policy lets you approve the request of companies for them to view your profile. I think this is enough precautionary measure for Trustlogics.

Before anything else, I would like to congratulate Trustlogics for doing such a great job. From the conception of this project up to the different stages it went thru and this ICO, I believe that they have made a great effort and have done a great job. No wonder that this project is getting a lot of positive comments and feedback. I know that this project is already a success in itself and I am expecting to see more of Trustlogics in the future. That's nice of you. I think Trustlogics has been very busy lately. I have not seen any post from them for awhile. Trustlogics ideals is really something to be appreciated specially when you think about it, they are really contributing to solve the problem on unemployment and underemployment by creating opportunities and connecting applicants with their prospective employers.

Some also use it to deceive people that they are hiring personnel for expansion of their company but in reality they are near bankruptcy and they are baiting investors that will put their money on their business to somehow survive. Trustlogics will be the most reliable platform I think in the future.

As i was remember, my friend try to apply online and send their files and after a week she got a call from the company and asking to bring their files that is needed to the company, and after that day they said that they will call back again but,so long time ago there is nothing happen that is why some jobseekers has no trust on applying online. TrustLogics is here to change the mind of every jobseekers which is they need to show that applying online is more useful and interesting than the traditional way.

Online hiring is both helpful and not for me as opinion. It is helpful because passing of documents and data was very fast and surely eliminates delay.
It is not helpful because it promotes laziness among people and unfairness on the people going into job fairs. These is only my opinion, no hate.
Well, this is for everyone, and the traditional application has a big difference compare to online application, its all on the peoples choice then when to choose whether the online application or the traditional one. Both are helpful but the advantage of this project is more than the traditional one.

With Trustlogics, the need for man power agencies will be avoided. Unless it is required by Law that you need to go thru a man power agency accredited by the government before applying for a job. This usually happens for overseas type of work. With Trustlogics, those companies that are looking for qualified candidate can choose among the list of validated users to fill in their vacancy.

well, their peer to peer hiring model is pretty great helps on making the recruitment process and hiring process much more efficient for every applicant.and their peer to peer hiring models also helps the candidates to get a fair chance of getting the job posted.because in some companies not all the applicants are genuine enough in their resumes and tend to submit fake ones.
Yea. A peer can refer someone they know in the platform that is suitable for the job posted based on their profiles. That is why it is also an advantage to have a viewable profile so potential jobs and opportunities will not just pass by with out noticing qualified candidates.

Well, inspite of recommendations i am pretty sure that they will still go through a selection process. Trustlogics concept is simple enough to understand. They are able to  get closer without them landing their feet on the ground. I am sure that this project is already successful by it self.

It sucks right? Imagine you only have a limited pocket money and instead of setting aside some of it for lunch you will need to give it to photocopying because you need it more and you are desperate to find a job. Since paper comes from wood, it will destroy a lot of trees just for the photocopy of our documents. Well, I think they planned it as it will benefit their project. Imagine, more buyers that buy TLT tokens, more revenues will come to them. But still, they need to consider the countries who are not regulating cryptocurrency and I think there are many countries that will not accept the concept of trustlogics specially if the government have corrupt officials.

TrustLogics will be amplified in terms or their area, power and ability to reach more and more people. This also makes them more reliable and credible but our minds should be aware for the risks that TrustLogics might also be limited in movement because of the same government.
It is really a great project as it will reach more people to find a job that fits their profile and what they want. The attestation made by the user and his peers will help in putting up the credibility of the users profile and the validation of the partnered validator will boost the trust of companies in their professional pool of data. Well, for a project like this, a well thought of plan should be already present by the time it announces its presence. A project without a clear direction is nothing but a piece of trash waiting to be thrown in the bin along with all the other shitty projects out there. That is why I am really not that surprised to see the great plan that the developers have set for this project. What amuses me though is the hardwork being shown and the great dedication.

Yes you are right. Just imagine all the hardwork being poured into this project amd just end up in a fall just because there is no better plan. This mistake is only common on random teenage kids looking for quick buck in scamming people. I believe that the developers are truly more than this. I too trust in this project a lot.
