The fact that you don't offer live support - or any FAQ's about live betting - is problematic. Look, if you hold my balance, there is NO WAY of knowing whether your system accepted the bet. I know how to check my pending bets and did so plenty of times. The bet wasn't accepted, obviously, but the fact that your system held my funds made me think that it was POSSIBLE that you did have the bet booked. Because of this, I decided to hedge bet the other side of the match. Lost the hedge, and would have won the original bet (where i did RISK my money, and it was HELD by you for over an hour during an event that was taking place).  If you were a customer like me, and you submitted a bet and the funds were taken and held (and not immediately returned), what would you do? There's no way for me to be sure that you would or wouldn't honor the bet. Can you check your logs to see what happened with this specific bet and see why you held the funds but didn't honor the bet? There is no information on your site that indicates there may be some instances where funds are held but the bet isn't booked, so I erred on the side of caution and hedged the bet..

Further, the fact that you give yourself THIRTY SECONDS to accept a bet is egregious. There are so many things that can happen in 30 seconds. It takes you milliseconds to check to see if the odds that you are offering are still valid (I assume you check against Bet365 or some other well-known provider). But, in that 30 seconds, you have the luxury of seeing what happens in the match. If it's something in the bettors favor, the bet gets rejected. If it's something in your favor, you take the bet. I have had several instances where I submitted a live bet, got the 'processing for up to 30 seconds' note, and then saw the odds change while my bet was still processing. If the odds changed in my favor (i.e. I bet +110 and the odds changed to +120 before my bet was confirmed), the bet gets accepted at the original odds. If something happens that would swing the odds the other way (i.e. I bet +110, and something good happens for me in the match and the odds change to -200), then you reject the bet. So you have 30 seconds to essentially freeroll your customers. This is an issue.

I've  taken advantage of this "event" on 5 occasions you jagaloon.

THe reason I'm asking is because I see some signs from this book which aren't good:
1) The OP is rarely active anymore. Used to post almost daily. Now it's every other week.
2) Dropping the daily prize from .0005 BTC ($34 USD) to .0002 BTC ($12 USD)
3) Failure to address glitches with the betting platform despite repeated requests from clients
4) extremely low limits on most leagues/events

This tells me they are on autopilot, on the verge of not profiting anymore.

business hurting? why drop the prize to 0.2? with btc falling, you should be increasing the prize --- if your business is healthy.


note - part of your terms still say 5: "no less than 0.0005 btc will ever be paid for a 7x winning streak"

You guys have obviously not read the thread, which is okay because it's long - but you're lacking the appropriate context. I've been asking these questions for 3 months now. I've submitted 8 tickets through the website. I've submitted 7 PM's. This is dating back to March. NO RESPONSE. I invite you to read the last few pages of the thread, and look at all of the times I asked the OP to chime in or take a look at my PM's. Instead, OP answered some other users' questions, and participated in the '7x win streak promo' thread --- where, by the way, I had posted multiple times trying to get his attention.

Also, I check the OP's profile every day, and there are many days when they get online and just don't contribute to the thread.

I'm using the site, but please be more patient, OP has not been online for 3 days, once the account is online, we should see some reply.

Hi - could you please chime in here? THere are multiple people looking for answers in this thread, and in your contest threads. Is there a better avenue that we should be using for support? You may know this, but your ticketing system on your website is either not functioning correctly, or being completely ignored. I have several tickets that are over 2 months old that were never addressed. This is beyond frustrating!

Thanks again for fixing this. I still have a couple of PM's which have still not been addressed. Can you please acknowledge those?
