Beberapa hari lalu ane membaca kalau serangan yang berupaya untuk membypass proteksi FIDO 2FA sudah terjadi. Mekanismenya adalah memanfaatkan kelengahan user dengan memakai situs phishing yang mengirimkan kode scan QR code dari situs resmi sehingga user bisa mengapprove akses penyerang ke akunnya tanpa disadari[1]. Kalau agan memakai 2FA dan memanfaatkan fitur sign-in di beberapa device, jangan sampe lengah dan mengunjungi situs phishing ya.

I don't think the concept is new. I remember reading a gold-backed token (not just one, but many of them) or other RWA stuff in the last few years or so. If the reason why you posted this on the Service Discussion is because you want to launch a similar service, I think you'll have to do more than just asking forum members whether they'll participate in such projects or not. I don't think this place is the right market for a project like that, considering how many of them run a marketing campaign but fail to understand that the number of people who are interested in owning an RWA token is not that huge. If I remember correctly, it was around $200 or so. It was a few years back when instant swap service was useful for me, though, so I think it isn't that relevant anymore. Not to mention some services that I used in the past changed their ToS several times. The only time when I needed to do another KYC was on CEX. It's not hard to imagine I might get slapped if I decide to transfer coins received from some campaigns to instant exchange tbh.

The market for forwards is horrible tbh. I think Sesko or Ekitike is priced so high too. Unless the player has a buy-out clause or something, the clubs will likely try to push the price as high as possible. I didn't realize Mozart had a gambling problem. A quick search seems to suggest several theories about it, though, saying that it's unlikely he had a major gambling problem that led him to squander his wealth. Regardless of the exact reason, financial management and having the discipline to control our spending urge are important.

I don't know any famous people who died in poverty, but I do know some of them who take such a huge risk that puts their assets at risk, such as taking a big loan to trade on exchanges. Seems like they also need to improve their skills every now and then.

I've had my own experiences dealing with customer support from various exchanges, and some of them are painful at times. Even those from the same company might respond differently, which led me to suspect their CS is short-staffed and they put priorities on inquiries from a group of users whose criteria are unknown to us. Sounds like we're dealing with a lottery box sometimes, which unfortunately happens to any centralized service out there as far as my experience goes.

If we assume they're telling the truth, maybe they're in the process of moving their cold wallet funds to cover the withdrawal requested from the customers, hence why the longer withdrawal time happens. If that's not the case, maybe they're trying to contact other institutions to help them cover the cost to reduce the panic of their customer. Worst case scenario is that the management is not prepared for something like this, and they don't have any solutions so they're just trying to pretend everything is okay and hope for the best. If you're accusing them of working together to steal your coins, consider creating a new thread specifically addressing that issue (although it likely requires more than just a single line of accusation). From what has been posted above, it appears that they had many troublesome "issues" even before that, though.

I'm not sure what factors bookies consider when they calculate the odds, but why do you put Arsenal below City? Is it only because of signings? Unfortunately, a $27 million hack is considered small nowadays. On the other hand, what's the operating income for small exchanges if something relatively unknown can lose $27 million and keep running their business (granted, they claimed there will be no further losses)? I remember a popular local exchange that I used in the past was also attacked (at least rumoured), and the number of losses is around $20-50 million iirc. They denied it, though, even though the circumstances were questionable.

Someone already mentioned Coinbase or Kraken above. Have you tried them? Seems like you can access leverage after you declare that you are qualified as high net borrowers (details probably on their help page)[1]. Sounds like you need to get approved before you can use them, but that should be expected if the regulations are as strict as you said above. CMIIW.

It looks like they offer that support on the website already[1]. I'm not sure about the quality, but they do list Bitpay, Crypto, and other popular centralized payment gateways on the list. I have no experience using them, so I can't vouch for them, but maybe you want to check the setup instructions page if you want to proceed with Shopify. CMIIW.

Maybe if the issue is big enough, there will be pushback for that regulation? Taxing unrealized gains is madness. I doubt the majority of people are fine with it. I certainly hope my country doesn't follow that route. I think it will just push more people to avoid taxes and try their best to stay low-key instead of reporting their wealth.

To be fair, it depends on what you're looking for and where you're looking. There are numerous excellent resources for learning on YouTube, particularly when it comes to topics beyond cryptocurrency. That being said, some channels do try to add unnecessary filters because they want to ensure their videos can be monetized. It's unfortunate that YouTube set the rules that way, afaik.
