Share life experiences. While you should not impose thoughts and feelings on others, you should not be too close. If you let others continue to talk without giving an opinion, chances are you to stay friends as small as people who talk too much. You do not have to tell your deepest and deepest secret to friends, especially when you're just starting to make friends and build trust. However, personal anecdotes are what unite people to one another. Sharing life experiences is the key to close friendship.

Rice. Cheesy we, Filipinos are one of the major consumer of rice and it can relieve your hunger can balance your diet if you properly consumed it with other foods. The alternative we have for rice is smashed corn. Cheesy

Eat carbohydrates and protein DIRECTLY after the exercise. It is necessary to replace the glycogen or sugar in the muscle that runs out when we exercise. And the protein is needed by the muscles we just 'broken' with heavy exercise

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Controlling Dinner
At night the body tends to have less activity so that carbohydrate intake is not needed. Therefore, in order for your weight loss to be successful should avoid dinner with foods containing carbohydrates. It's good dinner replaced with a menu of vegetables boiled instead of being pan-fried with oil. Add fruits as nutritional intake to the dinner menu.
