Both flags set by lesliegray and cicadasTR refer to cases where they received their funds.
So, cicadasTR case Betnomi 0.16090?? BTC no pay, bet history missing, geoblocked post withdrawal is positively solved for him and there is no basis for a supporting flag.
lesliegray created a flag on this Betnomi closed my account and took my funds (3600$) after I completed KYC also decided in his favour, the flag is defective in this case.


I would say that you don't understand very well how things work with creating flags. At some point, you both ^{you and cicadasTR} created a flag for the same thing and asked for support. When we add to that his ^cicadasTR attempted manipulation in that case, you both got a question mark from me for bias.
I think I even got a PM from you, where you said that you made a mistake and that you didn't know how the flag system works.

I will not go further into this discussion. If you want to argue with someone and ask for support to slander anyone, I am not a good interlocutor for that.

If we talk about my bias, it can only be towards a fair and honest business. I have no relationship with Betnomi. I don't know anyone from there, I've never had an account there, nor have I ever received money from them.
If there is a real case, with unequivocal evidence against them, I will not hesitate to support the flag in that case or to leave them negative feedback.

Why is there anything to be shamed about? I have to take a refresher course to get reacquainted with your case, and after reading it, even with the situation betnomi is currently neck-depth in, it'll still be wrong to support your flag. Your case was proven that they did not delete your betting history, you just did not set the right filter, and the reason why your fund was confiscated for far too long is because you did not submit a document they requested for KYC. All processed accordingly the instance you provide it. Were you suggesting people should support a flag for a case with such basis?

The statement of which members agreed upon supporting type-1 flag, your flag, is:

None of it is valid because the reference that's became the basis of the flag shows otherwise. If people have to support these flags just because now betnomi --if we assume for a second here-- is proven to be abandoning the sinking ship, this will be a wrong way to support flag. This is why the need for anyone having their funds confiscated by betnomi to raise their scam accusation and --if they deem necessary-- a flag against the platform.

If all signs shows and verified to be a concrete evidences of an abuse, I am sure DTs will not hesitate to support the flag.

Your response helps us users in no way at all. It doesn't matter if you have contacts with the platform owners, as this is not accessible to the majority of users. It may be nice for you that you have other means of contacting the platform owners, but the rest of us have no idea about the whereabouts of our deposited customer funds, information about the planned schedule (when will maintenance end), or any other explanations for the downtime. Users not registered on bitcointalk or not aware of this thread are completely in the dark. Does the current situation even qualify as an emergency? And if so, how should this contact have a directional impact on the outcome?

It is frustrating that nobody of us is receiving clear information about the current state of Betnomi. Our concern lies with our deposited customer funds, and we want clarity on the planned schedule and the downtime. They must inform us and be transparent about their approach to addressing the problems.

Regarding the danger of a total loss of our deposits, it is entirely irrelevant and inappropriate to complain about spam posts and fantasize about "subconsciously attribute fault to ourselves". Dude, I am not sure how long you are in this forum. If this is your only account then it's less than 1 year you are here. But yahoo62278 has been here for 2014 almost 9 years. He has a lot of experience in this field. He also worked on a lot of projects and still working. He knows (from his experience + project team )how some people act innocent after the guilty. I have also some experience working on some projects. I also know some people acting like they don't know anything regarding the issue despite knowing everything.

I find it simply amazing that most of the scam accusations against casinos are by newbie accounts. I'm not saying all of them a liars but i'll bet more then half are full of shit. They open an accusation knowing full well they're cheating a casino is some way, shape, or form.

With that being said, OP you should probably send a PM to the casino rep on here so they can see your post. You may not be 1 of the shady users I just mentioned, just looks funny that almost all accusations are from newbies.

at this moment I am not going into all the details of what @lesliegray specifically did and how he cheated the system or not, but maybe you should have it clearly indicated in your TOS so that you can always refer to it and thus avoid additional doubt and explanations. I wouldn't be surprised if, in addition to the ban, he registers again and continues his winning combination.

I just wanted to point out that completely ignoring and not responding to scam accusations is not in the best interest of protecting your brand. Unlocking funds for withdrawal in this case is a good indicator that it was not just withholding money on your part, but it can only encourage some future pressures on you. which brings us back to the justification of my suggestion (and I think I'm not the only one) and this will certainly require more of your activities in similar campaigns.

Arguing with other forum members is not going to help your case. As long as you will present your evidences and can convince others then they will support you. You and betnomi, none are special to anyone except may be to few who are benefiting from it. But even receiving benefit does not mean one will accept a wrong if it looks an obvious wrong.
