This is ridiculous, this requirement is designed to make players lose their deposited money. It should be highlighted on the main page of the site, otherwise players will feel be trapped if they did not know about it before they make deposit.

We accept 1 confirmation for deposits, so yes you must play a little bit due to higher risk of fraud. It's common practice for BTC gambling sites.

The bottom line is this casino is underfunded. It needs funding so therefore these type of terms are added. It wouldn't surprise me that the owner of this casino is the same as FUN-CASINO. IMHO, I would avoid this one for the time being.

You are probably right. Also the reason I never accept any deposit bonuses on any sites. Probably highly increased my chance of winning, and now I won, they try to avoid payout.

Shouldn't you have access to your own hot wallet, and therefore be able to send funds manually? Considering he's a somewhat big player, you should send his withdraw manually with a high fee anyway, or even with a lower fee and have him use ViaBTC Accelerator to get it confirmed.

When both owner and the person having problems confirm it is solved we can breath easily again and deposit to gamble again. Until then this smells a bit fishy and dangerous to play during an issue like this.
I would also like to add that their Signature campaign (active for a month as I was a participant of it) ended last week. I don't know what's happening with the management but hopefully, they will resolve this ASAP. It is not good for a gambling site to hold withdrawals of its customers.
It was planned beforehand to run the campaign for a month as a test, so it is unrelated to m19 not being able to get his withdraw. I currently have ~0.07BTC of the campaign's funds left, which is supposed to go to BitFortune.io but I'll wait till you get your withdraw before sending it to them. If they end up not paying, I'll send it to you. Not a huge amount compared to the 4 BTC, but it's better than nothing

Well, "issue with processing gate" is a very weak excuse. My support tickets are still being ignored, BitFortune is completely ignoring the conversation in this thread while in the meanwhile still promoting new slots.
I'll give it today and then I'll open a scam accusation.

I wouldn't call this properly assisted. My email and support message have still been ignored. It has been 4 days since I initiated the first withdrawal.

This is quite an amount of review you made there even with nice recommendations couple with passing it across maturely which is something so scanty around here as the moment one or two difficulties is being faced on a gambling site, the next thing is opening a scam thread even before going through the right channel. I hope the admin can look into this and you will be able to withdraw your funds accordingly.
It's been 24 hours and no response here or on my email. They say it can take up to 48 hours to withdraw, but no communication at all is a bit worrisome.Will give them the benefit of the doubt for now. In case I do get my withdrawal and I can only say they have to improve their communication.

Decided to give BitFortune a try today because of it's Amatic slots selection.
That's the first plus for, I love the Amatic slots, but many casino's don't offer them or only offer a limited selection. It seems BitFortune has them all!

After a 3rd 0.5 BTC deposit I managed to get up to 3.3 BTC. I started a withdrawal and here are we getting to the first downside of BitFortune. It simply creates a "pending" withdrawal, which is all fine, since it's quite a big amount (I haven't tried with a small amount to see if it's instant).
When you initiate a withdrawal your balance is still available for playing. Unfortunately I got tempted and played and my balance went down to 3 BTC.
I had no ability to cancel my 3.3 BTC withdrawal and now I also have a 3 BTC withdrawal pending and now a few hours later even a 4 BTC withdrawal pending. This is a huge downside and very unclear.
Unfortunately the only contact method is a form and an email address, no live chat at all. I'd really recommended for this to be implemented, even if it isn't 24/7.
I hope this feedback is useful and will update the post when I retrieve my full withdrawal.
