Can you clarify this your conclusion - it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques ?

For example, i have my own betting strategy on live basketball games.
Could this be considered some kind of violation?

Today I received email from complaints@rollbit what my request has been resolved
and my withdraw restrictions has been lifted.

I dont know that helped me at my case, but I want to thank you all members on forum
who tried to help me. Thank you that trust to me.

I`ve withdraw most of my fund already

I emailed to compliance team about that situation with me and ask about continue playng at Rollbit site but dont receive any messages yet.

Yeah, I guess I got lucky and he happen to read a notification on his email inbox about me sending a PM to him inquiring about something. Uhh... About your case, wasn't it get addressed by the compliance team? What did they say?

I filled compliant and  I will to wait a respond within 20 business days.
Why at some cases Rollbit resolve it within few days ?
But in my case its not resolvet yet. As I wrote i open to any checks for evidense what i ve my own account only

Have you contacted with them via live chat? if yes what is the status of the live chat? Have you multiple accounts? Have you broken any terms of the gambling site (rollbit). I think if you have broken any rules then you should leave it and if not then you should wait.

Yes, i had contact with them via live chat and receive a same answer - "Please let us know once you are willing to list your other accounts"

I offered to sort this out together and provide information about my other accounts, but they don’t answer me.

Below screenshots.

Do the players deserve such treatment? I chose them because I read on the forum that they have been on the market for a long time and have contracts with famous clubs.

it very possible that it could be the reason why they flagged your account, have you tried contacting their support regarding this new findings? it would be nice if Razer could get on here and perhaps address what you found after answering holydarkness's message.

After another study of my account, I found strange deposits for small amounts that I naturally did not make. I had seen them before but did not attach any importance to them.

Here are three deposits for 0.000001 USD
See below in the attachment.

I have seen such transfers for small amounts from scammers who select a similar transfer address in the hope that you will someday make a mistake and make a transfer to their address.

Perhaps such transfers were received to other Rolbit accounts, which is why they assume that there is a connection between these deposits and my account.
What do you think about this idea?

I also want to mention that I havn`t won anything at the Rollbit, and in general I have lost even.
The total amount of my deposits is USD 3800.
The amount of withdrawals is USD 2400 and I currently have about USD 1300 on my balance.

My bets are open and clear. I bet on top basketball matches, mostly 50-100 USD per game
I didn't win, for example, 10k on shady fixed tennis matches.
I didn't win anything at all!!!

I don't understand what they want from me and I don't understand their silence.

I will highly encourage you to not play any game for the time being, until I can hear from Razer or you got your withdrawal processed or basically anything that move us toward resolution. The last thing we want here is you spending all of your fund on a bet or two or several dozens, and we ended up with having the case "resolved" due to the fund being drained

My account a blocked for withdraw requests still. A live chat support dont answer me.

Contact him? Yes. Got a reply? No, not yet. I believe that's because he's yet to be online and very likely did not read that PM yet. He usually popped back to the forum once I sent him a PM as we got a notification sent to our registered forum email when someone sent us PM, but there are occasions where he didn't. I'll try to send him another email by Monday, if this situation is still unattended by that time.

I want to note that the casino and bookmaker sections are not limited for me.

Just like that thread being mentioned above, can we do the preliminary to weed out any possible miscommunication? Like: did you happen to access through public and free VPN? Were you accessing through one of the restricted territory? Can you make sure no one in your household have ever created an account? And if you can probably did as what that person did --search their mail for a forgotten account-- that'll be nice.

No, I don't use VPN, the rollbit site opens without any restrictions and my country is in the allowed countries for games on rollbit.
Yes, I'm sure that neither my wife nor my daughter visited this site and certainly did not create an account there.

Below is a search for the word rollbit
There are only two letters.
January 7 - when I opened an account and February 3 when they answered me about my problem

I did not expect such behavior from the support team. Then I found several threads with a similar problem.
if you are referring to this thread "ROLLBIT 800usd Scam,won't pay until I give them "all my other Rollbit accounts".", the OP of that thread admitted that he had previously created an account on Rollbit after digging a bit on his old emails, so Rollbit was correct with their "findings". I am not saying that you are lying, but there is a chance that they did find something that connected your account to other accounts.


No, I definitely haven't registered with rollbit before and I don't have any other accounts.
I opened my only account with them in early January and have only used it from my home computer.

At the beginning of the year, I opened an account with Rollbit.
I did not use any bonuses, promotional codes or referral links.
During January I made deposits totaling 3800 USD and had withdrawal orders for 2400 USD
Current account balance is about 1270 USD. Overall, I'm still in the red.

I prefer to bet on basketball as i like this sport  - NBA, Europe cups and TOP championships.
Average bet was 50-100 USD,may be some NBA games by 200 USD.

I am the only one who uses the site and only from my home PC and i don`t use any VPN services.
My account has been verified to level 3(live ID,face check).

On February 2, when I try to order a withdrawal of 250 USD,
I receive a message - Functionality is temporarily restricted for this account

When I contacted live chat for clarification, they  asked me about "list the other accounts that you have on Rollbit"
I replied that I only have one account. No one in my family is registered on this site or gambles.
Thier answer was - "Please list the usernames or emails of ALL your other Rollbit accounts.
Once you have those please let us know" and they didn’t answer me anymore.

I did not expect such behavior from the support team. Then I found several threads with a similar problem.

Please help me with this situation, with contacts of managers who will pay attention to this.
