After a day and a half support was kind enough to contact me about this error in their system grading the same event as both a win and loss:

Extremely frustrating to put it nicely, but par for the course for cloudbet. The wait continues...

12 hours and no response from support...

About 4 btc each, weird they pay the small bets but not the big ones. Ok I've let them know in a support ticket, hopefully they fix it soon. Will keep the thread updated.

Trying to place a bet on San Miguel Beermen -2.5 @ 1.90 and guess what happens

One or more of your selections were removed as previous bets have been made on them.

Of course I haven't placed a previous bet on them... You obviously don't want customers to use your site as you keep refusing bets. For the last 4 days every bet has been the same. That's it cloudbet, I'm done. I'm withdrawing all funds (probably have to wait a day or two for it to go through).

I'm trying to place a bet on Parramatta Eels  -3.5 @ 1.92 and get the error:

'One or more of your selections were removed as previous bets have been made on them.'

Yet I havent made any previous bets on this market. This happens all the time.

Hey your sportsbook looks alright and has odds that are good value, so I opened an account and deposited to try it out. I wanted to put 2 BTC on a bet and to my dismay the max bet you can place is 0.0978 BTC(~$22). This was very disappointing so I immediately withdrew the funds.

Why are your limits so low and do you have any plans to increase them?


Also the use of mBTC as opposed to BTC was annoying and there is no option to change this. Would you considering adding this option in the future?

Update: After 60 hours and 3 emails to support they have finally graded the bet. It was a large bet and to have it hanging in the air while they keep you waiting for days on end is awful. Cloudbet improve your customer support ffs its just terrible.

Contacted support after 12 hours, took them almost a day to respond:

"Thanks for getting in touch with us, all of your pending bets have now been settled and your account credited accordingly."

Its been 6 hours since I got this response and the bet has still not been graded and is still pending. I contacted supported again, I guess it will be another day before they respond...

Just thought I would share with everyone what betting on Cloudbet and dealing with their customer support can be like. I've tried to be patient but I think this is unacceptable and people should know what to expect from them.

The withdrawal has still not gone through. I contacted support last Sunday and got this response:



4 days after receiving this email and the withdrawal has still not gone through. Support is now not responding to emails.

Made a withdrawal on Saturday, its now been almost 4 days and it still hasn't gone through.

I contacted support via email after waiting 24 hours and they said it should only take another 12 hours. I waited another day and nothing so I emailed again and have not received a response.

What is going on, is seals out of bitcoin?

It's understandable as it is the biggest maxcoin exchange in terms of volume, although this has been decreasing. The trollbox is terrible there, the mods all constantly hate on maxcoin even though it has brought a massive amount of new users to the site. There just seems to be relentless dumping from miners now and the lopsided order book is very depressing to look at.

Perhaps a new maxcoin specific 'maxcoinexchange.com' is needed that Max Keiser was involved with or actively promoted. Mcxnow really is a timebomb waiting to go off. Being able to trade between maxcoin/silver/fiat from a known trusted source would be great. If there was a project on Startjoin for this and they accepted maxcoin I would throw 100 MAX at it.

What a surprise that the bitcoinFUDexpress cannot admit to being wrong and instead resorts to name calling. An apology for the lies would have been nice but the FUD train just rolls on.

This akc coin is built on nothing but hate and you should all be ashamed of yourselves. Max has done so much more for Bitcoin and crypto currency than any of you ever will. You could actually be doing something useful to support Bitcoin or a worthwhile alt-coin but no, you waste it on this. What a sad sorry bunch of lowlifes you all are, it's utterly disgraceful.
