Hi,
I read your complete whitepaper. What I think of the whitepaper is not relevant for my question, but it is to show that I want to have more knowledge of ARCH before investing.
If these questions have been asked before, I'm very sorry, I must have missed them...
Regards,
Mike
Hey Mike,
I have been very open about all these questions with our CEOs. They all know about what is and what is not being done and I have never been anything but upfront about it.
The company does not exist because it would be just another monthly expense involving accountants and related mandatory commercial taxes.
Main HQ will be in Portugal, Faro in the southern Algarve. The inspirational settings that led me to develop Moby over the past years.
We are moving in atm to the new HQ, located at Largo de São Luis 11-C 1ºESQ 8000-143 FARO, beautiful open space with a 100sq meter terrace so we can test Moby full size.
Regarding the legality of everything, very pertinent, if you read the whitepaper you will understand that we are focused on FIAT. We dont intend to hide behind offshores or legal loops but offer simple internet services for FIAT, just as any company would do. In our case, we have a product called
http://moby.io that is sold for EUR/USD while our software platform
http://blocktrust.org is a simple interface in which the fees can also be paid in FIAT.
So its actually very simple and what we are as a company is completely legal as an online service provider and product designer/vendor. Here, take a look at our company descriptions, completely structured into the Portuguese legislation and financial coding:
Sorry about the Portuguese.
Well, to finish this up, the company is seeking EU funds for Regional Development regarding new forms of Tourism and I&T technology. To accomplish this in perfection, the company registration was delayed to better fit the requirements of the QE just released last week.
To further enlighten everyone that hasnt been involved in a project of this dimension, we are seeking these funds as a whole, its called an "inter regional company partnership", or in other words: The Shipyard currently building Moby, The promoter that wants a Floating resort in the river Douro in OPorto, The local "Camara Municipal de Faro" council
http://www.cm-faro.pt, The CCDR Algarve Developemnt Commission
http://www.ccdr-alg.pt, Our own company and a couple of other investors are developing a masterplan involving the whole
http://moby.io product.
I understand that some of these things are hard to gasp. Most are not used to working at this scale but even if you dont understand Moby, please take a look at our other projects
http://blocktrust.org and
http://iHash.co, both alone worthy by themselves as an Archcoin asset.
Regarding the digital token/real company paradox. I took a simple approach: we have 3 DACs, blocktrust, ihash and Archcoin, owned and managed by a real company that provides internet/software services and sells/develops a designer product, Moby. While the DACs deal with simple token exchange, giving themselves value over time, the Arch company sells Inspirational dwellings for FIAT and uses 50% of its profits to buy back Arch from the market. In the end of the period described in the WP, we can exchange those digital tokens to real shares in our company.
Sorry if I missed any of your questions, i'll keep at it during the next days. Its not linear but i'm doing my best to keep everything as clear as possible without putting in risk the current negotiations with the companies involved.
Best regards,
Edgar Soares
Thank you very much for this information.
I couldn't find it anywhere.
It's quite refreshing to find a new project that is so open about it's plans and communication *thumbs up*!
