all i know is ill take a 6 hour drive and knock on a door if someone does not start explaining where the hell my 500 dollars is. if you can not give straight forward answers ursay have one of your superiors explain it to us. how hard is looking an order up and sending x amount of dollars to an account number? there is no way i am gonna wait 2 weeks for my money. maybe someone should complain to the better business bureau and get you guys investigated. i am sure if enough of us complained and that happened someone at this so called company would crack down on all these technical errors.

ursay i would really like to know what the hold up is . closing in on 2 days because of what? am i at least being refunded my fees? i have emailed and called zip zap about a refund. i need to call zip zap back today about reversing payment.only two more hours until i can see if zip zap has better support then a company that says time is money on their webpage. hopefully they can be more helpful. i have emailed cs 4 times with no response. this is quite frustrating. maybe you can ask someone above you in pay grade or experience why i can not be issued a damn mt gox code already so i can have what i payed for.

who triple checks orders on your side of things ursay? i mean it seems as if someone did people wouldn't have to wait 36 hours plus for what should have took 3 minutes. any update on my order case number 20558. seems as if emailing cs doesn't get me anything but automated responses now. i mean everything on my end was correct because i did triple check to avoid exactly what happened anyway.

Can someone please advise me where the hell my money is? i have been trying to be patient but i am now out. what exactly is the damn hold up? why can some people get money just fine using the same route but i can not? do you guys just randomly pick people to screw with? how hard is it to see a confirmed payment from zip zap and then issue a freaking voucher and get rid of me? all i want is what i clearly paid for. how hard is that to accomplish

this is so freaking frustrating. no real answers to anything. just hurry up and wait. to some of us 500 is allot of money. when no one can give an answer to where my money is at exactly or when the issue will be resolved. it makes it even worse. you have all the info needed why cant someone issue a voucher for mt gox to me so i can get what i clearly paid your company to give me instead of holding my funds hostage.

fair enough ursay. so according to my case number  Case #: 20558. where am i in this que of customers awaiting help? i assume each new support ticket is assigned a case number so it shouldn't be hard to tell me this information. when things run correctly my funds are in my account within the drive home from walmart. which i may add is less the 3 minutes. but when a hiccup happens it takes days to resolve? it is like a 50/50 thing using your service. i just do not feel like waiting 4 days again.

that's wonderful generic response. no one has yet answered any of my questions. why cant you guys just send me a voucher in the amount i am owed and be finished with this mess? if i can not get a voucher whats the eta of receiving my money? the voucher was the solution last time this happened to me 4 months ago. granted it took 4 days of seeing generic responses but finally got my money. i pray you guys have learned a little something and this is handled allot faster. if i can be given an eta id rest a little easier. thanks

easy to say be patient when its not your 500 dollars in limbo. seriously how long does it take to fix this. hell email me a mt gox voucher or something. my friend just did a cash transfer to gox and his money went fine yet im still waiting for mine? even after telling him not to the idiot did and he got his money.so why is my money held up exactly?

did that yesterday got an exscuse saying you guys were having zipzap to gox issues. i was told the devs were on top of it. the funny thing is not even 30 mins before i had an order for 300 go thru flawless. the first order is the entire reason i did the second but the second got hung up?

i sent 720 between two payments today. on each occasion i had my coins in my gox account by time i was home and wally mart is literally across the street. bitistant is slowly regaining my faith but time will tell.

i also would like to use bit instant again. as stated i also fear of something going wrong so i have used other services. is there any reassurances once your new system is up that things are gonna go smooth again?

I finally learned my lesson and used bitfllor inplace of bitinstant. Granted i have had only 2 screw ups via bit instant but after reading all these complaints i decided to not risk it. it was a drive to a bank of america but other then that it was super smooth.

i only got mine via a mt gox voucher and after 17 emails back and forth. very few of which were not automated responses. im glad i got paid but it leaves the question are they safe to use again? what are alternatives to bi?

i am having the same issue with bi. it seems all is well when i send to a mt gox account but when i send to my wallet directly i get some bullshit runaround. they have 500 dollars of mine also so its really frustrating
