Rename the subject of this thread, add something like [SOLVED] or even remove the scam part from there, then lock this thread. there is no reason to keep it open.

also, duelbits can't complain much on you, it's their fault although 1BTC is a serious amount, it could have been much more expensive for them. now they have a chance to close that loophole and prevent further abuse.

I agree, I also do not believe the "cancer" and "bereavement" story but even they were true the reality is he admitted using a vulnerability in the games in order to cheat to win and even withdrew 1 BTC. The OP seems to be a compulsive liar because he will say what needs to be said in the hope he will be paid.

As for the OP winning the other $16,000 as a result of cheating, I hope Duelbits pays him nothing and freezes his account.

Since Duelbits did nothing wrong and a malicious claim was made against them, this thread should be locked. The claim made against Duelbits by the OP has no ground or merit.

If you read that post and still defending op and his scam then you have a problem too.  Beside that in other posts he lied he said he never done a thing wrong. But today dramatically the story changed to him using a bug and already took 1btc. Even added his mother to drama since he lied before I doubt his mother story also right.

Some users are clearly defending duelbits and trying to make OP the villain. OP's main problem seems to be his communication media. His English is too bad and hard to understand. In cases like it a user needs to express his opinions without having any communication difficulty. It's unfortunate for OP.

@sasky1993, your posts are really difficult to understand. I agree with JollyGood, perhaps you should try to express yourself more clearly. Since English is obviously not your native language, try to use Google translate or some other method for translating your posts. Google translation is not an absolute guarantee that you will get a perfect translation but it may be the best solution if you do not know the language you want to communicate. You can also ask someone who understands your language and is fluent in English to translate your posts.

I would advise you to stop posting here until Duelbits contact you with an update. We do not know exactly what investigations are taking place and how many parties are involved but once their investigation is complete they will contact you.

After Duelbits come to their conclusion, they will either allow you to withdraw funds unconditionally or they will simply block your account and not allow you to withdraw the $16,000 citing fraud but will probably allow you to withdraw your deposited wager.

It seems very sad that you have waited a month for this matter to be concluded, I wish it was a quicker process but if you did nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about. I cannot view this as a scam allegation therefore cannot support it because Duelbits have been in contact with you and explained why they are investigating you. They are operating within their Terms which you also signed up to.

After Duelbits come to a decision, if they allow you to withdraw funds then that is one thing we can all move on but if they conclude you cheated and do not allow you to withdraw $16,000 then by all means open a scam accusation and ask for forum members to support you, explaining your reasons.

Based on what I have seen in this thread thus far, I do not see this a scam therefore I cannot support you as a victim. I do sympathise with you because there is no time-frame for conclusion in investigations added in their Terms and Conditions and this month of waiting has been very hard on you.

I think this covers everything except the time (in days) for conclusion. The title of the thread seems to be inaccurate because duelbits have not scammed the OP, on the contrary duelbits are in conversation with the OP explaining the reason for the delay in allow the OP to withdraw.

He is asking you to post the email, but it's not required. Sounds like you're not gonna get paid if I am reading correctly. I am curious to know what these tactics(cheating) are though.

Either way, if you broke the sites ToS you shouldn't make a thread here hoping they'll pay you.

Posting the content of the email will help us understand what’s really going on since you are now mentioning a lawyer involved and it’s not included on the info about your case before. What exactly the support email you because if they found out an evidenced then you should accept but if they said that they are further reviewing then the only thing that you can do is wait a little longer.

such a long delay with the KYC procedure and the prolongation of enabling withdrawal can hardly have a justification. Postponement of resolution indefinitely and without explanation is not a good signal from Duelbits.

OP, I suggest you open a thread in scam accusations about this, it will be more visible for users who are not regular visitors to the gambling section.

AFAIK, it's ok to use VPN there as long as that's only for accessing and no other activities that you'll get involved in but only for playing. What's with this problem now? Have they contacted you?
It's going 1 month right now and no resolution yet from them? I know that they're reputable and a good casino but they shouldn't really let an issue like this long. Hopefully, you'll get your money and they'll be done with their verification, investigation and any process that they are about to do just to release and check your fund.

what exactly are they investigating? Haven't they told you what they suspect you have done? because it doesn't make sense that they are taking so long to give the results of the investigation they are doing. usually casinos when someone wins a lot of money this casino withholds funds from the person to investigate (well I don't know why they do that I just have to believe what they say) but in your case we are not talking about a large amount for a duelbits.com level casino that's why it doesn't make sense to take so long to solve your case

There are even country-specific restrictions for specific games. Have you checked carefully that any of the games you played are not restricted in your country?

This might not be a game bug because he is losing and winning like a normal bets of legit player. He just got lucky to win after the lose to be in that huge profit. I guess his account is subjected for investigation due to some connection with other account. Casino usually do that if a player win huge profit that is not usual to his previous profit records.

I think Duelbits are doing extra care on handling this case because 16,000$ still huge even if we assume that Duelbits has a huge bankroll. Remember that they are a business so every penny counts. I really just hope that they will speed up the investigation because I experienced same situation with OP for holding my account and it’s really frustrating if you can’t get an update even for a day.
