As we faced many ICOs were scams & non real use cases, ICOs were under severe restrictions & problems. Many regulations were imposed by governments. Due to bad reputation of new ICOs coming up, genuine projects were in a red line too. This is what i felt for last one or two years. Same issue for exchanges as well. there are many ICOs bringing up with exchange feature & some are operating, giving free coins etc. But how you can believe them? what is the guarantee for our investments? It's a new way of scamming as i feel. We don't want to put all new exchanges under this label but it's better be careful & not to use new exchanges much unless they are genuine.
