Sometimes, they say being discouraged can be profitable... From my experience, I don't think I'll venture into trading again without proper skills

And to be frank, after leaving trading I invested more on HODLing BTC and trust me, it's way profitable with less risk and peace of mind.

But, I believe if I acquire as much knowledge as I ought to... I'll definitely trade once again but with what I can afford to loose... Wink

Right? More profitable. Less risk. More peace. More time. Time which is the most precious, which can be put to learning actual life skills and career progressions. More time = more quality = more money = more invest in DCA. Trading? You just become stagnant and improve nothing else in life, even make your health worse.

What we need is to make sure that we deal with a lot better results, and if we can do that, then we are going to profit. What do we need to be able to learn from our mistakes? First of all, you need to study trading, as in know the technical parts and if you can do that, then you are going to earn a lot more. Plenty of people look at their mistakes and can't see, that's because they never studied.

Guess you missed my whole point. 1000 videos of influencers teaching you your mistakes, and how to get better results, won't make you get better results.

Technical studies only shows you how to use tools.

Are you profitable btw?

You brought the bad-luck on everyone  Grin

But it is a worthy gamble, especially when there are no clauses on number of goals or both teams to score, just the underdogs not to lose in regular time. Only thing is mafia allows that option when it the scales are far too tipped in one direction making it difficult to chose that. An impossible choice sometimes.

Lol I love it, I don't care if I do badly now as long as my opponent is in LMS I have something to cheer for when my answer is same, and I'm doing badly lol

Underdogs not to lose is a beautiful thing but like I said when I go for it they don't win. But still, the scales as you say is tipped badly, and still we fail.

slaman29 - the duel is yours to lose now. You can probably hedge this one quite nicely.

AMAZING I can't believe this worked out in my favor. However, I think Lando Norris will win, so we will be equal there, then it leaves us cricket to decide everything, and I have no idea how this will turn out.

It was so close for the over 400 for India but I have a good feeling England gonna win this one big so I will get the lead on that YES. Just need England to win this like super fast, and wrap this one for me. Don't let me down Englandddd!!!

And yes already put a bet on India so if England f-up I have money instead of BSFL points.

Talking about this, seems like Barcelona is brewing a super team.

With Marcus Rashford? I have to be honest here I did not see this coming in a zillion years. I mean. The guy is decent but if you look at our team now we have each and every guy willing to run his heart out despite size/physical difference. And Rashford to me has never been a hard worker. Maybe it changed during his time away from Manchester United but...

Then again I didn't like Lewandowski joining so maybe I am not seeing things the way the manager is. GL to us because Real Madrid are not going to be weaker than last season Smiley

I think once you start doing a few years of quitting, and instead using the time spent on improving yourself in other aspects (plus go do DCA) you'll realize as I did, you gain SO much more as a person.
Maybe you didn't have to pour out those words just to discourage him even though you appears like you're trying to help him not lose more than he already had because you think there's nothing more for him to learn or know than he will do afterwards. Trading requires a long time of effective learning and dedication to it to be able to do better, and every loss ought to be an experience gained. Because a good trader should have to get back on knowing why a specific trade went wrong and where he missed it in order to learn for next time. DCAing isn't bad anyway but not everyone will want to DCA as much as they want to be trading.

But I want to discourage him Tongue I want to discourage all the people possible that they give up trading and thank me later even if they forgot it was my words that discouraged them years ago hehe

You can get 10 years experience like I did, and like a lot of people do, and you forget the fundamental truths that you start as a loser as soon as you start trading. And you can't ever have all the advance knowledge that market makers have. If you are prepared to go against the odds, understanding that probability of you losing is higher than your brain understands, fine. If not, if you want to make money, move away from trading.

Man, my Spain selection won but not in regular time and not with handicap covered. I have to stop going with Spain every time in every sport, I am becoming too predictable in my picks these days.

But this is the main problem for a sports fan, you have to learn to separate the brain from this kind of competition.

I should start to trust the underdogs more, Italy not to lose was a very probable answer in hind sight for question 2.

The problem is I always seem to get it wrong. When I choose underdog they lose Tongue

Today Spain - Hungary finals of World Aquatics Championships. My money is on Spain and also my answer on Q.5 . What do you think guys? Hungary is always a monster in Waterpolo, how they beat Croatia with
easy (18-12) is still astonishing and was hoping to see Spain - Croatia in finals, Spain on the other hand will be a lot more
fresher in finals because they had a easy playoff so far, maybe that will be their card to play.

Hoped so, this is what I chose but since my evil opponent also has it, I hope it loses (so he suffers in LMS). lol sorry @cryptofrka when you down, you wanna take everyone down with you!!

FUD is FUD, and taglines make people get the emotions needed from such articles.

We just need to sway them and go forward.

Ya agree, I think best is just provide the facts from own experience regardless they swayed or not. Its not emotion even its just a lot of misunderstanding and lack of real experience on actual exchanges. Happy to share this for them Smiley

thank you for your answer

You are welcome. Now if anyone asks you know the answer Smiley

I never understand what teams see on Xavi Simmons, i mean he have good moves and can be a good player but is far for being the good he needs to be to start in a top team, when he has the chance he show nothing and i still see him as a great but not top player.

I know he is still pretty young, but i cant see him going much better than this.

I think these days after teams like Liverpool started to do things different, by looking at stats and data, other teams are also trying to do the same. Honestly when they bought Salah and Firmino, nobody including me rated them. Good players in Italy and German league, but not even top 20 by looking at their skill. I remember Salah had one of the worst finishing stats!

But then they continued doing it and even teams like Brentford did the same, so now this is the modern way. Maybe he has stats we are not seeing, and if you 'unlock' it with correct players around them they become good? Who knows right Smiley

Quite a lot of same answers this round with the evil snake bro @cryptofrka, like our first 5 are all the same, so in a way I hope it is all red so you will do bad in LMS Wink

I was so tempted to go for Italy knowing England but it is a big mystery how they have by far better players and still can't even beat a new look amateurish Italy. Figure it out, I won't ever lol

Well, maybe my new tactic will bring me much needed victory in this round. I can't remember when was the last time I started a round with two correct answers. And with paco92x having both answers wrong, I'm in a pretty good position for the rest of the round. There are many different answers in the rest of the round, but I like how it started Smiley

I have drawn and loss with 2 early greens but I wish you luck. The H2H ones are always the trickey stuff esp now Cricket is one of them.

I have a big feeling inside me there is still one more good win in Lewis, but the odds on betting don't really favor you to try it (too low). He has to be patient, wait for both McLaren to get into issue or technical problem etc and just compete based on that.
Maybe, he is not doing bad in last races this season, always hanging around top 6 drivers. but I think it is time for him to finally retire and allow younger drivers to compete.

I don't know, if you can still do podiums and can still help the teams develop, and maybe mentor new drivers in academy, I guess why not? But yeah for me, if you finish whole season without a win, and you're only playing safe all the time, maybe you need to hang up helmet and say goodbye to racing, but hello to other parts of F1.

He's lucky he got Sir at so young age, most people only get recognized in older age, in retirement. That was when he shoulda left on a high Smiley

Mistakes do make us learn and if you do have that heart of a trader then you would be that coming back even though there might be some changes like on what you have mentioned but still you would be that active on trying out to check the market and other small things on which it would be that still in connection with trading on which this would be the approach that you would be doing along the way. <>

Its like you just quote and post without really reading what I'm saying lol

Some people actually don't learn from mistakes. I think in life, those who truly learn are very few, and they can even learn from the mistakes of others. This is the kind of person I hope to connect to when I write in this forum about trading, and when I write about its not for 99% of people, and its a waste of time for most people.

If 1 person in ten years reads what I write, as an ex trader, and decides never to start trading or to quit, I won big in life Smiley

Scarcity problem is not a problem yet. All the big companies who want BTC will just have to pay for it. So don't worry about that. I mean, yes there is few BTC left but price dude, price. That's just gonna get more on the upside for those who want it.

By the way you want knowledgeable people? Ask them directly or you get 50% shitposts from people like me here Wink

We would still be able to buy BTC, just for a bigger price, I agree - from those that were smarter back then, today, that is.

 Grin

I remember back in 2017 some dumb news articles were saying how there wasn't enouogh BTC to go around once institutionals would hit it. Then again in 2021 the false idea came around again, this was around the time MicroS started buying big in the news.

I mean, until today I never heard an exchange say, oops guys sorry, no more BTC.

Price will 1 million $$$ before any exchange ever runs out Smiley

I always thought I'll love the Sprint races - in theory they sound more fun than the real ones. Somehow they rub me the wrong way as well though.

I love SPA, so this is a race I won't skip. I have my favorite already as well Cool

Also thought at first I would like them but I think the way they made it makes the actual race less valuable, IMO. Take it away please. I agree things need refresh but sprint to me, just doesn't work.

I would lose every round against the snakes, I looked at the round results, terrible! It is really just the worse thing to do for most of us like betting 0 on roulette with 100 numbers Tongue

Just challenge the bad one Grin
You mean yourself then? I just checked the table and I am several spots above you. And you can't even claim bad RNG since you have only one correct answer more than me so far. Probably some H2H you managed to win with one correct pick.

Guys don't trust their fighting, they want us to think there is a split in the evil bros, so we will be tricked into paying to beat them. Then we'll lose. Its that bad now the level of evilness they have reached to deceive us.

I'll ask you, since your first experience, are you quitting trading entirely again, or you are planing to coming in stronger than before.
I had to pause for a while because I felt I don't even ha e a moderate knowledge about it. Getting to read about different candlestick patterns and chart predictions... I still have a long way to go, but I'm giving myself alot of time to learn because I know in a long run, I'll come back as a trader not as a novice anymore.

Trust me, just quit it. You've learnt all you can and had all the experience you will ever need. The only feeling left for you right now, if you're honest, is you want to do better. But you won't. I still keep in touch with trading after quitting, still like reading the news but without depositing any more to trade other than here and there doing some rando shitcoin for a few dollars.

I think once you start doing a few years of quitting, and instead using the time spent on improving yourself in other aspects (plus go do DCA) you'll realize as I did, you gain SO much more as a person.

Lewis Hamilton won last season in Spa-Francorchamps, but it is not going to be easy for him to repeat this, and he changed the team.

Mick Schumacher is said to be joining Cadillac next season in 2026, no confirmation of contract as of yet but the talks are going very well I have seen official F1 Instagram pages.
He is a good driver but I dont think he is ever going to be on top like his late father was.
People are always going to compare with with Michael Schumacher and he can never be replacement for him.

Its a pity about sons of great sportsmen. Schumacher always has one name and one face. For the son to even come on same level is impossible, poor guy. I would change my name just for this, tbh!!
