Payouts have been much much faster over the past couple of weeks.  I appreciate that.  I've been on fire lately, and I can't express how nice it is to have confidence that I'm going to get paid without any BS.  I sometimes bitch and moan when things don't go my way, but at the end of the day I've always been paid every penny I've won from BVC. Thank you BVC.

I need to clarify my previous post. To be clear, I've always been paid every single penny I've ever won at BVC over the years.  And I've had some big payouts.  They just starting taking longer as of late.  But that's a hit and miss.  Sometimes it's lightening fast, other times not so much. Which is all the more reason I start to get concerned when I'm used to pretty fast payouts, and all the sudden a week goes by on 2 in a row.

As for the rest, I was pretty hot when I made the post.  I'd just given back most of my winnings on a big payout, and it was the same day they took out the hold button on video poker.  So I thought it was done intentionally because I was in a groove and doing really well. I don't know why they did it, but the hold button is back now - so all is good in my book.

And as for changing the payout table odds, it is true that casinos do this all the time. So that's not that unusual.

I sometimes bitch when I'm not happy about something.  But I need to try and be a little more respectable, even when I'm unhappy about something. I thought this deserved a follow up post. At the end of the day, this is the only casino I still play at, and I've played them all. So that should say a lot.  And I don't bet chump change.

Players should know that the last 2 big wins I've had - it's taken them almost a week to pay me.  I don't mind waiting a little on big payouts, but a week is a far cry from what they sell us on.  So I'm almost thinking they are not well funded, and they were just waiting for more players to lose so they had the funds to pay me.  That's just a guess, but it's the most logical explanation.

In addition they took out the hold button on video poker.  You have to be a real idiot to do that and think that players are going to stick around.  Like I really want to be manually selecting and holding cards non stop every single hand.  That totally takes the fun out of playing. I'm a big player, and I think they did this because they just paid me a big payout this morning, and they wanted to mess up my rhythm because I've been winning.

They also changed the payout odds on full houses from 45 to 40 credits and 30 to 25 on flushes.  So this is what happens when they have someone win big.  They start pulling out all the stops to get it back.

Today I've seen the true colors of this site, and I will never play again.  What they've pulled here is what lowlife rogue casinos do.  So I would caution all players to be very careful with this site moving forward. I do not think they are well funded and it's just a matter of time before they go belly up.

‼️⚠️‼️ BIG JACKPOT WIN ALERT! ‼️⚠️‼️

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EVJdWzZUwAA-2hv?format=png&name=small

A player has won 21.605 BTC on Video Poker by landing a Royal Flush of Hearts at BitcoinVideoCasino.

Congratulations!

It is a big win but how much that user spent for his jackpot ticket to win such big one? And how to know that the information about the above 21 BTC Jackpot win is legit? Are there anyways to check it?

That was me who hit the jackpot.  To answer your question, I wasn't down a lot before I won the jackpot.  As a matter of fact I think I started out at much lower stakes, then I raised the bet because I was doing really well. They also processed my withdrawal on that Royal in less than 30 minutes which is always nice.

I then followed up that Royal win with another big win quad aces with 2-4.  Unfortunately I'm still waiting on that payout though. I think I might have broke the bank Cheesy

It's the blatant lying that bothers me.  Their website clearly states instant payouts.  If they don't pay out instantly 99% of the time,  then they shouldn't advertise that - end of story.  Instant payouts are a big selling tool and something that I know many high rollers look for.  So anything less than what they advertise to lure players in is totally unacceptable imo.

And before I hear an excuse like it's a holiday or something, I've personally had to wait on at least 30% of my payouts over the years if not more.  Eventually I always got paid though.  I personally just don't see the upside to advertising something you're not going to honor.  All it does is piss people off like me and we quit playing because we feel like someone isn't shooting straight with us.  It creates a negative when there doesn't have to be one.  Just advertise same day payouts, that's still attractive...

It's their business, they can do what they want.  No skin off my back.  But a little common sense would go a long way with these guys.  It's no surprise I usually see zero users nowadays.  They think their nickel and dime new promotions are going to get players back to the tables.  And it might be a step in the right direction. But I'm not touching this site with a 10 foot pole again until they do away with their disingenuous advertising.

Anyone that plays here needs to have their head examined including myself.  I'm literally just giving over my money.  Out of the last 40-50 deposits, I've never been up more than 200 credits and that's no exaggeration.

I get hot on this site maybe once a year.  The rest of the time it's absolutely brutal and it just sucks up your money like candy.

I'm not even going to ask for a kickback because last time I did that, they bumped me a lousy 1% of my losses. And we aren't talking chump change here either. They can stick that you know where for a big player like me.

They pay.  That's the only thing they have going for them.  If you are lucky enough to be the one player a year that hits something big, congrats and god bless you.

Just know that you guys have beaten me for the last time.  You can keep your ghost town profitable from the other saps that think they can win.  I'm not gonna be that person for you anymore. I'm going next door where I get bonuses on my deposits for loyalty, and a hell of a lot more entertainment value.

Good riddens

Why do nearly half of my deposits require confirmations before they get credited?

From your FAQ's

You can be playing in just a couple seconds! We do not wait for any confirmations before funding your account. As soon as your deposit transaction is detected on the Bitcoin network, your account will be credited.

If you blatantly misrepresent how things work on your site, then it does make me question what other underhanded things you do.

Are they finally exit scamming? I find that this site is unique in their own right that they do not additionally have more than at 10 players at once.

I've been skeptical about this site but I also haven't gambled on it, and I am a little displeased that I missed out on their 'glory' times when they were most active.

I hope to see this site reevaluate itself, and start to focus on customer service, and withdrawing times, because I do like this site most out of many.

No, I don't think they are exit scamming at all.  They've processed a couple decent size withdrawals instantly for me over the past month or so.  I just think there is no one steering the ship, and that most of their business is setup via automation while they are out relaxing and enjoying the fruits of their success.   So when there are issues, we are at their mercy to come back to shore and handle business in a timely manner.

It's not how I'd run the business if it were me.  And it's likely going to be the nail in their coffin if they don't get their act together.

This site is holding thousands of dollars of my money

Back on July 23rd, I'd been depositing and playing most of the day.  Then something strange happened, one of my deposits was never credited.  I've been playing at this site off and on for years now, and I've never had this happen before, where one of my deposits was not credited.

So I've been trying to get this deposit returned to me, and it's like pulling teeth.  I've sent numerous emails, private messages ect.. And I still don't have my funds back in hand. It's been 4 days now.

I try to be reasonable. But I am really sick of wasting time on this.  It should be very easy for them to confirm everything is exactly like I'm telling them, and to return the missing funds back to me.  But that has not happened, and their communication stinks.  They have a responsibility to their players to handle issues that might arise in a timely manner, but they are not and it seems like they are very cavalier about the whole thing.

What I'm most annoyed about this mess is that because they are holding my funds hostage, I can't sit on the sidelines in USDT like I normally do when it's very clear that Bitcoin is in a down trend. So aside from having to waste hours chasing down MY FUNDS, they are also costing me money on top of it all.

I will also mention that they are annoying one of their biggest and most avid players.  I hold all of the recent video poker scores on their big wins page and have screenshots and videos of numerous big scores and heavy play over the years. So if my funds aren't returned very soon, you guys will not see anymore action from me.

To be clear, this site has always paid me every single penny I've won over the years.  So I'm not saying they are stealing my funds or anything.  I just want them to have a little more urgency when players have issues, and to get better at resolving those issues in a timely manner.  It's been 3 days since I've heard from you via the private message, and that is unacceptable.

It should be very easy for you to look at the logs, confirm my deposit was never credited and proceed to return those funds to me.  If you need the developer to figure out how and why this happened, then do that on your time.  It's not fair to make me wait on MY FUNDS because your system has bugs or is unreliable. This is my money, not yours.  And it should be a priority to return those funds to me as soon as possible.  I mean give me a break, you have maybe 10 players tops during peak hours.  So either you guys are out fishing and not treating this as a real business, or you simply don't take this issue seriously.  Either should give players pause.

I'm posting this publicly because that seems to be the only way to get any movement on this issue. And other players deserve to know what to expect from support if problems do arise.

I will review it right away and help you.
Thank you!

Looking forward to your email

Thanks, I've resent the email to support@bitcoinvideocasino.com instead of admin@

Sorry for the confusion.
Please send to admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com
It is connected to the support ticket system.

Looking for to receiving your ticket.

Thanks!

I've resent yet again to admin@.  If you still don't receive it I will copy to you in a pm.

Good, thanks

So I sent you the pm with all the details almost 2 hours ago.  Can you at least have the courtesy to tell me whether ot not it's been received, and that you are on the case?  The minute I sent it, you logged off of bitcointalk.

So far I've sent 4 emails and a pm, and I still don't have confirmation that you've received my information let alone are working to resolve the issue. If you are away because you are working on it, then take 2 seconds and let me know so I'm not left hanging here. I've already wasted hours on this and I sort of feel like I'm being held hostage.

Thanks

Will you please check your email and address my missing btc deposit.  This has never happened in the 5 years I've played with your site off and on, and it's a little frustrating that it's been nearly a day since I inquired about it, and I still haven't received a response.

Thanks

I would sell a few coins at a cool million each, then use the proceeds to buy as much gold as I could get my hands on.  Maybe a little property too.

Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS

So far my experience has been less than impressive.  First as per their website, I thought I was getting a 1 bitcoin bonus when I deposited 1 bitcoin.  It says the bonus is instantly credited, but instead it's some sort playthrough like poker where I get little bits and pieces of my bonuses released as I play.  So far I've deposited 3 bitcoins, and I've received a whopping .1 btc bonus.  That's blatantly misleading and a complete contradiction from how they explain it on their website.  Their website clearly says "We'll will match your deposit up to 1 bitcoin instantly and welcome bonus will be added to your account straight away."

Actually they contradict themselves even more further down their promotions page by saying "Deposit bonus will be credited only by wagering the currency you deposit first. "  So what is it?  An instant bonus, a bonus only when I've lost my deposit or what?  I mean really guys, it's not that hard to create clear instructions and terms regarding the bonus rules.  Instead you guys are talking in circles.

Then I thought I was getting 20% cashback on my losses, that didn't happen either.

Finally I sent a message to support about my bonus concerns and no reply. It's been over 24 hours.  So in addition to misleading potential players with their bonus scheme, they also have lousy support.

As of right now I feel like this is an underhanded joint based on my experience.  Since they don't want to reply to my support inquiry, maybe they can answer me here.

Re: Bitcoin Video Casino -- New .0001 BTC Credit sizes! [UPDATED 12/04/2013]
by
snooprock
on 13/02/2014, 01:13:23 UTC

We tried to pick a slots reel ordering that has a high chance of winning and also a large expected jackpot. We run the reel configuration through a simulator that tries every combination to see what the outcome will be. From that information we contribute all expected winnings to the progressive jackpot, except for the 0.5% house edge. We currently contribute 1.6% of slots bets to the progressive jackpot. We could try to find a reel configuration that contributes less to the jackpot but pays more out to all players. Would something like that be preferable?

A high chance of winning what?  25x your bet??? Wow!!! Aside from the jackpot, your slot game is borderline theft.  The most you can win on any combination is 25X your bet.  That's a complete sham and impossible for any player to win anything significant expect the jackpot.  I've never in my life seen a slot game with worse paytables.  If only 1.6 is contributed to the progressive, you guys are robbing players blind with those paytables.

If I am betting max 20 lines and each line was $1, I am betting $20 to win whopping $500 unless I hit the miracle jackpot.  Actually I just noticed the scatters pay 100x bet.  Still small potatoes for playing maxbet.  I can't convey enough what a sham that slot game is, maybe if the wilds doubled or tripled the win would it be somewhat fair in terms of paytables, and even then it would still be a far cry from the normal.  But either way you slice it that game is ripping people off bigtime.  Just look at some of the paytables of standard softwares like rtg.  People need to know what a sham your slot game is.  Im not just saying that because I lost money, it's the absolute truth.  It's a hell of a gig, I gotta say.  Unsuspecting players are getting robbed blind in that game and are none the wiser.

So to sum it up, your best pay line outside of the progressive is 100X bet with 5 scatters which is a joke.  And every other payline is 25X bet or less.  That's absolute highway robbery and players need to know they have no chance at winning any real money unless they hit the progressive...

Just wanted to say hi.  I am new here and opened an account at Bitbook after researching who was reputable for sports betting. I am quite captivated by bitcoin and like so many others, pissed at myself for not buying when learning about it a couple years ago.  Really, it makes me sick to think of the score I could have made.  What's funny is I gamble all the time, and pretty decent size bets.  I will lay $1K on Den to cover tnight, but I wouldn't take a $1000 shot at something like bitcoins that could make me millions.  Pretty dumb.
