Bitinstant still owe me 4 BTCs. They  manually processed my order after a month of payment but I only received 2/3rd of my order.
Since the value of the BTC has risen so drastically, they are now completely ignoring me when I try to contact them (support and here in Bitcoin talk). According to the Bitinstant policy, "We always give you the BTC at time of your deposit, and if the issue was our fault we always refund fees." Obviously they are not standing by their own policy and have not been professional in this situation.  A support ticket was opened for me on April and supposedly my situation was going to get resolved. I even exchanged messages with a tech explaining my situation. But then they started to ignore  all of my messages and support tickets once again. I want another support ticket opened for me to see if my situation can finally be resolved after several months.

This message is in regards to order ID (930f1529-b982-4d6e-9660-fe881d8077ce).

This was an order that was paid for on January 30.  My order was finally manually processed on February 25 as seen in the blockchain ( http://blockchain.info/address/13obg4XtRByB48PFB5Hxpt3fT4ftUa4YpP ) but I only received 9.94094 BTC. The amount of BTC I should have received should have been around 15.175 BTC. According to the Bitinstant policy, "We always give you the BTC at time of your deposit, and if the issue was our fault we always refund fees."  I placed another order with you guys the next day for the same amount order ID (0a7d1d2c-0e47-4aaa-960a-200df94d35d5) and received (13.77299 BTC) after the Bitinstant fees.  I have sent several messages to support Gareth, and Seth that have been unanswered after months of contacting them. You guys need to  stand by your own policy, especially now that BTCs have risen in price exponentially.

I placed an order and paid for it on January 30, and still have not received the Bitcoins. I have sent several messages to support and live chat and they have told me they were going to process the order manually but I still haven't received them. Tomorrow marks the third week of waiting for the Bitcoins.
