That seems definitely off, and if this is really the case i'm pretty sure it could be fixed rather easily by simply sending a ticket that includes the txid where it says you transferred 0.2 instead of the 0.01 you were credited.

Sure thing, I've used the service before without any issues. This time I deposited 1 amount, and went to step 2. My computer crashed but I had the key saved so I was able to restore the session. When I got back in, there was a small amount in there but the full amount hasn't loaded. For example lets say I put in 0.2, and there was only 0.01 in the session. I'm not sure where the issue is.
How long does support typically take to get back to you? I sent a request 2 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. I seem to be missing part of a deposit and need help!
