Swofty has proven he made all the deposits - now Cloudbet hasn't paid him for over a month, in fact perhaps it's 1.5 months now ...
And they had all this data all this time along.

The only thing they could have "blamed" him for is perhaps his bets but they have never investigated his bets, because getting from 129 to 330 is quite common in gambling ....

This just proves time and time again that Cloudbet is defrauding their users, plain and simple.

I am almost certain they're not liquid enough to pay him. Their "casino" is going under. They've had a good run tho.

Hilarious seeing all the same people who are threatening to dox their clients, requesting KYC(very personal documents), taking peoples deposits and not paying out winnings while hiding under a bitcoin cloak of invisibility - running like rats, closing their personal accounts, going private, taking their pictures offline.

TOO LATE ASSHOLES! INTERNET IS FOREVER!

Good day all,

This message is an update regarding the complaint from Swofty. We have been following the conversations on the forums and we are aware that his case is causing concern in the community, not least about the length of time it’s taken for us to comment.

Please rest assured that we haven’t been ignoring the issue. We take all customer complaints seriously - regardless of the financial amount involved - and do our best to ensure a speedy resolution.

In this case, our fraud team has needed more time than usual as the case is quite complicated and involves several different parties and inconsistent information from the player. This is our standard procedure if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Please understand that we have no desire to stonewall - but there is no value in updates without any new information and we are not able to comment publicly on specific details regarding this case.

Curacao Egaming - with which we are licensed - will act as an arbiter here and we are bound by any ruling they make.  We encourage the player to reach out to them directly to present his case.

We intend to fully respect the decision that is reached by Curaçao Egaming, and we hope the community will too.

Cloudbet have been serving customers honestly and reliably since 2013, and although player complaints do arise from time to time, we have always had a steadfast commitment to resolving them fairly and quickly. Sometimes however, thorough investigations are necessary to ensure that we can guarantee a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all of our players.

This can sometimes take time, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thanks,

The Cloudbet team

Would you also like to explain how, as a "licensed" organization you justify threatening your client/past client with doxing and police? Makes sense why you guys try to stay so extremely anonymous, but that's coming to an end. Reach out! Smiley
Thanks

"Dear YoungAmericanDream,

We will be contacting the police and providing them with your details if there are any attempts to maliciously harm the website.

Please consider this our final communication.

Best regards,

Paul

Cloudbet Support Manager"

Hey Ronnie,

Congrats on the baby!

Mind explaining why cloudbet updated their TOS and added an 8 week OR LONGER(indefinite) investigating clause allowing them to hold players funds without as much as an explanation?
Swofty is by far not the only person that you guys are trying to shaft. I can only imagine how many people you took for their money that don't know about this forum. The next social media outing should be nice for you guys!

Cloudbet got a scheduled maintenance February 12 2019.

They added a section 14 on there terms and conditions.

https://web.archive.org/web/20180605085245/https://www.cloudbet.com/en/terms_and_conditions

This one was the old one

And this is the new one with section 14

https://www.cloudbet.com/en/terms_and_conditions

I think they did that because of my complaint. Now I hope they respond and do what is right now.

Complaints Process

14.5 We aim to provide you with a substantive response to your complaint as soon as practically possible and seek to resolve your complaint within eight weeks from the date we receive the complaint. Depending on the complexity of the complaint, our investigation may take longer than eight weeks to resolve. We will ensure that we write to you within eight weeks of the date we receive your complaint or dispute with either a final response or an update of the position explaining why we are not in a position to provide a final response, and when we expect to be in a position to do so.

"You are not allowed to complain in bitcointalk about us delaying payment for 8+ weeks because you agreed to our recently changed Terms and Conditions"

"We can delay your withdrawal as long as we want for whatever reason we want"

Haha! IF THERE WAS ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE INTEGRITY OF SCAMBET, THEY JUST PUT A NAIL IN THEIR OWN COFFIN BY "UPDATING" THEIR TOS TO BASICALLY SAY WE WILL LOOK FOR EVERY WAY NOT TO PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS, AND WE WILL TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEED TO DO IT. AMAZING SCUMBAGS! Smiley

Wow, over 40+ days now. No end in sight?
No because cloudbet has time to post winners in games and rounds https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5098762.msg49692182#msg49692182 but doesn't have time to resolve 43 days old withdrawal issue.

@Cloudbet what is status of second scam accusation https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5103376.0 ?

No status update. Offered to provide all the docs, to prove residency in a non restricted country. My 1.7 are more or less irrelevant, it is the concept of what these scumbags are doing that's important.

at the last? Cloudbet safe or not for big stake winning?

It is safe if you don't breach T&C and you can provide full KYC docs.

Only few BTC bookies have better reputation than Cloudbet.

Rate critically last posts : many of them breaks T&C (used VPN, restricted countries, i think bonus abuses will be here too).

Nice try shill. Cloudbet is the only casino on here with pages on pages of the same complaints of slow or non pay outs, free rolling players and providing no proof of "breaking T&C" as you gently put it. They use every excuse and trick in the book to not pay their users. This is one of many places with countless complaints about their non payments and unethical, shady practices.

Good luck to everyone who decides to give their hard earned money to these people.

You have to be special kind of stupid to even consider betting with this "establishment" after reading at least a couple of pages of this thread. Very unethical bunch

The post was ignorant. Probably a clown spammer. A lot of posters are trying to spam and kill the subject. Did Cloudbet ever contact you about your payout?

Nope, "Ronnie" disappeared after I asked him where I should send my documents so they could release my funds.

Site is working for me.

I like playing here because the minimum bet allowed for Lightning Roulette only 1.2 BCH, I play only small bets so this is great for me.

Wait until you have to withdraw your "winnings", you will REALLY start loving this site then

Evening all,

Damn, I take a couple of days off and suddenly everything is on fire when I get back!  Wink

AGD815 - I’ve spoken to our teams and they are confident in our findings when it comes to the player you contacted us about. The account was logged in to from multiple countries within minutes, and unless he’s discovered a way to teleport then it’s a clear case of VPN usage.

As I’ve stressed before, and despite the player trying to mislead us with claims of travel, we still allowed all deposits to be reclaimed before closing the account. I understand you are unhappy with this decision, but continuing to make threats of legal action and negative PR campaigns will not change this decision.

Youngamericandream - After investigating further our teams are confident that a VPN was used to bypass our territory restrictions. If you can provide evidence that disproves this then we should be able to get the whole issue settled very quickly.

The solution to these type of issues can be summed up pretty easily - if you are a resident of a country that we cannot offer our services to (USA, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore) then please don’t create an account at Cloudbet using a VPN to bypass our systems. There are plenty of alternatives out there who will happily accept players from those territories and you wont run the risk of having your account closed and bets voided.

Feels weird encouraging people to sign up with our competitors, but hey, it needed to be said.

Angry0ne - I’ve been told this is a known issue that is being worked on, we have had a couple of similar reports via this thread and I’ve been passing on all the details to the teams dealing with the problem. I’m hoping to get an update on progress soon, and I’ll PM you and post here when I do.

VINSIN - I'm part of the Social and Community team at Cloudbet, and it's usually just me using this account on BCT. Peter might sometimes jump on to cover downtime or post something specific, but he signs off as himself so you always know who you are speaking to.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Hello "Ronnie",

First it were me providing American documents, now it's you "being sure" i used a VPN to "bypass" your restrictions. Once I prove that I was traveling abroad via travel documents, what excuse will you come up with next?  Your website is going to shit and deservedly so. You are knowingly free rolling players. The right thing to do would be to pay out and close the account if you so wish. There has not been one instance where CloudScam has paid the losses back to the account holder because of violation of TOS, yet here we are on page 278 of complaints of you doing the opposite.

Enjoy all the new well deserved press.

That is even scarier. I mean think about it getting scammed is something common in bitcointalk, yeah its horrible but honestly at this point I am not shocked when someone is scammed in crypto world. However, threatening someone with police and so forth as a casino literally means they signed their own death penalty. Who would play on cloudbet from now on? If they didn't even return your money, we would say they were doing some reviews and all that, even if they just froze the account temporarily while checking your documents that would be fine.

Also, if they paid you your money but blocked your account afterwards basically saying "you played here long enough and here is your money but don't comeback because of jurisdiction problems" that would have been fine as well. However keeping your money and than telling you not to make a scene or they will call the cops on you literally means "we do not want to be a casino anymore please let everyone know we are scamming people".

I have never... I mean never heard a casino threaten to call the police due to a player requesting his or her winnings on a bet they accepted.

They must be close to out of bitcoin. I don’t know what else it could be.

If you could stop spamming and make ONE post with all of your bullshit that'd be great, thanks.

Come on man... it’s not spam. This is getting ridiculous the excuses cloudbet is coming up with. Just try and put your self in our shoes Smiley

This could be resolved so simply. Pay the 2 players there winnings for the bets you accepted.

They aren’t even large payouts. 1.7 bitcoin and 3.5 bitcoin. Just pay up like a book should and everyone can go on there merry way.

Nobody tried to defraud cloudbet. If either player would have lost cloudbet would have kept the coin no questions asked and you wouldn’t see the players crying for a refund.
If you could stop spamming and make ONE post with all of your bullshit that'd be great, thanks.

@Hhampuz: the more this thread gets bumped, the more people see it.

@AGD815: I am hardly crying. 1.7 is a drop in a bucket. This is principle.

Hey Ronnie,

Can you provide the player with the logs that show the evidence he was “Using VPN”
I know for a fact he is in France and traveling abroad.

Thanks

@AGD815 - No problem, I'll pass on the request to our support teams for them to contact the account owner with an update.

Also, if they paid you your money but blocked your account afterwards basically saying "you played here long enough and here is your money but don't comeback because of jurisdiction problems" that would have been fine as well. @raven7886 - As I mentioned a few times above, when we discover a player has deliberately bypassed our systems to create an account from a restricted territory then we allow them to withdraw their initial deposit before closing the account. The player above has already withdrawn much more than they have deposited at Cloudbet in total, so they are actually 'up' on us despite being caught out recently.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Ronnie... I have a contact who told me he used VPN to create a account at the end of last year. So will he be getting his initial deposits back. I believe he lost around 1 bitcoin, he only deposited and never withdrew. Unfortunately he wasn’t even a affiliate. Lol. Should he contact you to get his bitcoin back?

Just FYI Ronnie. I have got several messages from users in my inbox stating they used vpn and are inquiring about how to get there deposits back.

I have a friend who lost about $250,000 with them using a VPN last year and they KNEW he was based in New York and using VPN. What did cloudbet do? Give him a VIP client service representative! Why? Because he was losing his ass with them. I'm getting ahold of those messages today.

Care to comment, "Ronnie"?

Now you're slandering me "Ronnie"? I didn't get "caught out" by anyone. This is a crystal clear sham by you to defraud me of my winnings while falling back on your TOS as a crutch. You are not in the business of counting other peoples money. Whether I'm up or down - doesn't matter. What matters is that you cherry pick winners and defraud them of their winnings, and that will be well known going forward.

Here's my message to your support trying to resolve this in a civil manner:
"After talking with support and seeing as how you do not allow US based players, here are documents showing that I am also a citizen and resident of Russia. But really i am currently traveling all over the world.
I do not have a utility bill for my Russian address, but can provide you the full address if you need it. I dont have any other documentation, and honestly none is required in Russia, so it's hard to come by.
Hoping for a fast resolution to this problem, as it is tennis season and as you can tell it is my sport."

Hello "Ronnie",

Nice of you to finally show up!
You must have not read my post. I will repeat, just for you: I am a dual citizen currently TRAVELING THE WORLD. I provided scambet with TWO sets of Passports to prove that, and was still denied by winnings.
I have now had two news outlets reach out to me and will proceed with full stories and interviews about what has happened here, as well as doing my own press release thru my own company (look it up, you have all my information). I will further direct them to 4 people who have so far reached out to me via DM and will cover their costs to do the same.

Cheers, should be a fun 2019 for scambet, I'll make sure of it.

@youngamericandream - Apologies that my response was a little bit delayed, I wanted to be sure of the facts before responding.

I've spoken to our security teams and they have confirmed that you were unable to provide documents to prove residence in a non-restricted territory, and unless this can be provided our stance will not change despite your promise of a negative PR campaign. We can't allow players to bypass our restrictions then back down when threatened, otherwise we would have a swathe of players from the UK and US doing the same.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Apology accepted, tho not the apology i'm looking for. Your statement is false. Your team REJECTED my Russian documents using me "providing my US documents FIRST as grounds for rejection". I'll be glad to provide my Russian documentation again so you can release my funds. I have my Russian passport and Russian bank statement readily available. I said I didn't have a light bill, but you accept bank statements as proof of residence - and I do have that.
And if you think providing information about your practices is NEGATIVE PR, perhaps it's time to reflect.

Message from your team:
"Hey there americandream,
Our security have gotten back to me regarding the Russian documents.
Unfortunately since the first documents you provided to us are from the US, the account will remain closed once your documents have been verified.
Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind regards,
Matthew
Cloudbet support team"

I was also advised by the same individual that if my account should be closed, I will be able to withdraw the funds:
