VISA and Mastercard have quite a specific regulations and it is explicit that you cant use third party cards to issue them to your customers.It is strictly forbidden.You have to make issuing contract and after finishing necessary procedures and getting design approval and contract with card manufacturer.There is no workaround about it.It is required.
If you dont do that, your cards will be cancel so fast that you cant imagine.And not just that,they will put you on the blacklist permanently or for some period depends how deep you violated regulations. You really think that other companies who issued crypto related payment cards were stupid to follow all these regulations and spent 8-10 months to get branded card?? They didnt do it because they liked it ,but because they were aware that there is no shortcut in this process and didnt want to face perma ban from card issuers.

I didn't understand why they made this statement before that they don't know anything about this project and now this came. No professional bank can do like this but still it's hard to believe what is truth until we get this in working state.
