I had an issue yesterday while trying to reset my password because the reset password feature on the site was not working for me. I did not receive any email after 3 tries, tried to contact live support and luckily I got quick response and she (Mia) helps me to fix the issue. I also looked at the welcome bonus, quite a high rollover... it's nice that there is no limit on the winnings, but the deposit + bonus money x 40 does not sound very appealing. It's always better to read the terms and conditions of a casino before creating multiple accounts out there. There are some casinos that strictly prohibit creation of multiple accounts and if they find someone having multiple accounts then they might freeze funds of all those multiple accounts. I don't know if Betpanda has a rule like that but I know some casinos have strict rules when it comes to multi accounting.
As long as the reset button is working, there shouldn’t be any major issues. Since you created a new account, do you think having two accounts on the same IP might cause a conflict? On the other hand, I would be suggesting they add a sign-up option via email. It’s more convenient since many casinos nowadays already allow login through email for easier access.

Most casinos do not care if the other account is inactive/dormant and you never made any transactions. But as a pre cautions, a player should contact support and ask them if it is okay to create another account because of the mentioned reason. Personally, I would do that because I do not want to get into trouble in the future where the money is involved.
