Thx for posting this, I'll take a look
And yea, it can be very complex to choose a card that's usable with some services especially google and apple pay

For the Ezzocard, I heard about them in the past, I think they don't link to google pay, you tried to link them before?

It depends on the type of card, you can see this on the company's website:
https://ezzocard.com/where-to-use-ezzocard-vccs/#google-services

This can be another problem with prepaid virtual credit cards. Some services may request specific CC characteristics, for security reasons and to reduce the danger of using fake CCs. And some prepaid cards do not have these characteristics. So one should evaluate well when choosing one of these cards.

EDIT:
I've Supported the Flag.

Ik It's not the actual proof, As I mentioned earlier they have the same address of that mobile application

For the bin, I used binchecker and It showed the bank as "Private Bank" or something like that, I'll post it when I"m home

While looking around in the forum, I found that CoinPayCard's Local Time Zone is UTC+1 which would make sense if they were in Africa/Nigeria
That doesn't prove anything, you can change your forum's time zone to anything you want. And the same time is used in large parts of Europe too.

Hey I'm sorry for your loss I think we gotta avoid new services that show up especially the ones with suspicious behavior. A lot of weird stuff happen these days

For the Ezzocard, I heard about them in the past, I think they don't link to google pay, you tried to link them before?

This outcome isn't surprising for me. Good thing i wasn't tempted with their service since they didn't bother offer virtual credit card. Anyway flag is supported and i also left negative trust to their account.

P.S. I wonder whether any online account which connected to their debit card could get ban/suspend since now we know CoinPayCard.net is very probable exit scam.

If they do, I'll probably be the first one... that is if they even have the time to even attend to their website  Cheesy

I just found that Ezzocard is selling "Violet" worldwide VISA prepaid cards, so these are a good alternative for people who got screwed by this site. Never had a problem with them.

You're Right I've been just tryna find out what they use as 'banking api' I guess that one was it

The point is, Is it that easy for a company to legally release no-KYC credit/debit cards that They can just do it and run off with a few hundreds or a few thosands. I mean, that would be worth a lot more if they are doing it legally or really cooperating with some real bank or card issuer

For me It would also decline transactions within the available balancr before depositing

Anyway, They clearly ran off and don't plan to fix anything, instead, they are still trying to scam more people as seen in the other thread where they replied to examplens

Before I tag the account with negative trust I wanted to ask NotATether if this situation regarding the balance not being added to the card account was the only problem. What has happened to existing balances if new card loads are not being added?

For example, if you already had $500 loaded on the card and it appeared properly in your account then but then you added $100 more and it did not show. Would it be the whole $600 that ends up missing or would the $500 still be available to spend but $100 would be missing?

NotATether, is the previous balance before your most recent card-load still available to spend? In an exit scam it would make more sense for a thief to steal the balances before running off rather than just steal the most recent card loads.

Yooo That's crazy Grin Grin

We been thinking they still legit from a very short time

cuz the problem was really common and I've had to contact them via chat every time this happened and they instantly fixed it (When I had deposited a lot more than I did that time)

that's why I am seeing this very weird

I'm still curious to know what happened fr

Also I've done a simple search, idk if it's related or not - just some BS

All card used to have this billing address:

"256 Chapman Road"

https://i.ibb.co/wrbS2vd/Capture.png

By googling the address, I found this website https://www.usepayday.com/

Its an mobile application which allows to create virtual cards and they location is same as CoinPayCard's billing address

https://i.ibb.co/z5FNTmD/2.png

https://i.ibb.co/XDCKSRx/3.png

Could they be using this to generate cards? If so what could be the reason they failed to get this going (if it wasn't all about running off)

I also do not approve of the forum PM-only support I've been getting. Let's wait and see what happens and if they somehow take everyone's card funds away I'm opening a type 3 flag against them.

I will make a small update here.
they (or he, because I think one person is behind everything) are still active on their service, but apparently, they decide not to respond to complaints. until now he only gave responses here on the forum through PM, but even that stopped.
I tried to contact him through live chat on the website, asking a banal question, and pretending to be a future customer and I got a reply in a normal time period, around 3 min.
it seems that it is still accepting new users while ignoring the existing ones and keeping their money. I would say an obvious exit scam.

https://i.ibb.co/QQXndgv/image.png

even if there is a bug, they should inform all existing users and temporarily stop the registration of new ones, because their system does not work.
I'm not sure I can say sorry for someone's loss here, especially not for the more experienced members.

Yea, I actually said that I tried to purchase with card multiple times today and it didn't go so obv its gotta be problem with their API that they cant or dont wanna fix

Or prolly the person who manages this business is ill that's why they are not online to respond to this... so idk

if so hopefully they're doing well, btw

but ofc businesses cannot go this way

Have you tried making a transaction with your card? From what I have read in previous posts maybe there is a possibility the balance was added on the actual card but the website and customer account does not show it. It seems the issue was never fixed as in the case mentioned by NotATether therefore the only way to be sure is for you to make a purchase using the card to see if it goes through or if it gets declined.

Hi

I have not received any PMs from them yet

As mentioned by @NotATether this problem was common and happened to me a lot, the only way to fix this was to contact them via chat. Also tried the card multiple times today, still declining, so it's not a visual bug

>> Can you still login and access your account?

Hi, Yes I do

Bad business, they were serving a great purpose

Idk why would they run off with such little money

Looks like someone has the same problem as well
I wouldn't trust any of trustpilot feedbacks, it's obviously paid and fake, like that five star from Cameron Chapman saying how Coinpaycard is a very trustable token  Roll Eyes
There are few negative reviews, but more problematic is the fact that they are not responding anywhere (forum, telegram, website, email), and they clearly saw posts and messages from yesterday in forum.
I warned about them in past, and if they don't fix this problem soon you can create a topic in Scam Accusation section against them, and provide all the evidence you can (images, communication, etc).
Can you still login and access your account?

They are not online on Telegram since a week

Could you kindly update us if you just shutdown?

Hi

I sent them a PM, hopefully they fix this asap

That was not first time I use this service, It's just weird they support page and email are messed up

I hope the issues you mentioned are server related and hope there nothing sinister happening here.

If you have not already sent a PM, you should send one explaining the issue but please keep in mind that his profile shows he has not visited the forum for around 8 days. If you send a PM maybe he will receive an alert in his inbox notifying him of a message: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=3521103

Hi

That address doesn't receive emails

That address doesn't receive emails
That is unfortunate and I hope you didn't deposit a lot of money, but it's not the first time that happened, email address is not working, and there is no support page.
Have you tried contacting them in forum with personal messages and telling them about your issue, I see they have been active today in forum.
There is also option to contact them on their telegram account @coinpaycard (it's in their profile page).

Hi

That address doesn't receive emails

https://i.ibb.co/QKRc4D9/Capture.png

That page does not seem to be working with a 404 page not found notice. I looked around for a support email address and there was one listed at the bottom of their website.

When you say chat support do not respond I presume you refer to the live chat button on their website. If you wanted to send them an email you can do it here: support@coinpaycard.net

Yoo my card balance was not updated after I funded it

Support chat don't respond

Couldn't find another way to reach out support
