Now I see where the whole problem is coming from, because I just read the entire conversation on this thread and at this point could conclude that O.P is to be blamed why his account is yet to be unlocked. Because I noticed he was given a simple instruction to send a mail through his official email address linked to the account he was requesting to be unlocked, which is "Support@bspin.io", but yet he went about sending a email from a different email address, which is "bspin@bspin.com", which might have created an iota of doubt on whoever could have been investing that case. And as such, I will advise O.P to please send a mail from the support mail which is "Support@bspin.io" and also drop a screenshot here, so that everyone could be able to see that you truly have access to the original email linked to the casino and the account you are seeking to be unlocked. Thanks. Wishing you all the best of luck.

Hi, I think you should stop making assumptions.
We never said that our registered email is support@bspin.io. We said that the support team handles emails like support@bspin.io.
You have no way of knowing which email was used to register the official account, and we do not wish to disclose that publicly. That email address is managed by the project owner himself, so I cannot disclose it here.
The project owner has already sent an email from that address to the forum’s email address.

It's not like we couldn't prove ownership of the account — the Bitcointalk forum staff simply never replied to our email.
Just a guess:
Maybe, you didn't get any response from the recovery team, because you didn't send the email from the email address used for registering that bitcointalk account.
I am confirming again that the email was sent from the registered address we used to create our forum account. The email address is bspin@bspin.io

Assume that a company has an account here in bitcointalk and the recovery team accept any email sent from their website domain as a proof of ownership.
What if each of employees of the company has an email address with the website domain? Then all employees can recover the account.

Unfortunately, the owner of the company does not operate the Bitcointalk account directly. It is managed by employees, and those employees may change over time. Not everyone has access to the same email accounts. For example, the support team uses support@bspin.io, while bspin@bspin.io is monitored by the project owner. As long as the email is sent from the address used to register the forum account, that should be sufficient to prove ownership of the account.

OP hasn't been able to prove his ownership over the account for more than 5 years. He (or someone else?) posted a similar topic in 2020 using another account and there was no success.
Maybe, OP didn't have access to the email address used for the locked account and he sent the email from a different email address.

It's not like we couldn't prove ownership of the account — the Bitcointalk forum staff simply never replied to our email.

It seems the project owner once tried to recover the account by creating another one, but he probably forgot about it.

We've recently decided to come back and would like to recover our original account. We've sent an email from our official company address. We're still waiting for the forum staff, admin, or moderators to look into it.

We are a company and use our official domain email, which ends in @bspin.com. Hackers do not have access to this email. Once an email is sent from our official address, it should be sufficient to prove account ownership.

Can anyone provide information on who is part of the account recovery team?

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. We're reaching out regarding our official account, Bspin.io, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2231714, which has been locked for quite some time. We've attempted to reset the password using security questions, but unfortunately, the account became blocked. We were advised to send an email from our official email address to resolve the issue and have the account unlocked.

We would be truly grateful if you could assist us in unlocking the account.

We have sent an email from our registered email to locked...@bitcointalk.org
Any help would be appreciated.

Bspin team.
