Apparently... If they really no  longer can make up stuff for you to send.. They just ignore you - no longer any response on the status of my ticket. I have given them every proof (already 5 times, many double unnecessary stuff). Hand in the "very last" thing - and they go blanc. What a complete scam.

Hereby a warning for everyone, don't use this wallet - as soon as you want to withdraw you coins you are getting in a KYC loop where you never get out of... Multiple bank statements and other utility bills needed and now stock at the proof that the transaction I did into Freewallet was actually mine. Officially they ask for screenshots, but if you submit those they will not accept, without even telling why they don't accept. Then they need video's then they need screencast. All in violation with there own T&C were they only require screenshots:

Send screenshots of incoming transactions or deposits to Freewallet from the SOURCE PLATFORM. The screenshot must contain the hash, amount, and the name of the sending service fully and clearly.

They drag this on and on, see below response example:
Please take a short screencast demonstrating how you locate the transaction to Freewallet on that sending platform account history page, open its details, and click on a link that redirects you to the blockchain explorer.

All done but still not released my coins - propably will come with another insane request without telling why they don't accept earlier proof. See more info on X where everybody has the same issues.

To not only begin on why they suspend the account in the first place, just withdrawing is a "suspicious act"

2024 and nothing has changed. I GOT SCAMMED by freewallet.org! They send me in a verification loop forever now, everytime I bring what they request, they invent new things I need to send them.

To be honest with you, I would never consider using your app. This is due to the countless horror stories I've heard over the years from your users. It must be a very profitable business model for you to just seize any user's coins you see fit, and then only sometimes release them after the victim has complained very publicly and loudly about the theft.

For people looking for a good multi-coin wallet, I would gladly recommend Trust Wallet for mobile devices and Exodus for desktop. I know there's others but in all my years in crypto I've never had a problem with either one of those.

Someone at the top must have directly received some feedback from people quoting any of the many, many scam reports against them that have amassed here over the years. Freewallet.org is truly one of the worst & hardest-to-remove stains on crypto.

You're on -14 negative trust with an active scammer tag, and many accusations against you on this board, and you still write that safety of your customers' funds is your top priority?

Why most of your costumers commonly end up like this?

When i learn in school i create account on freewallet.org and receive my first big money Xd ..60000+ doge , in 2016 year its trash ( 5-10$ max )
but when i see Elon Musk tweet in 2021 year i remember of my wallet from freewallet but my email google and phone with 2fa its lost) ( 5 year))

Now 2022 year and : freewallet need skype call - ok i call with him , now need video with binance - i sent this .. now freewallet is silent ..
the last time in 2022 I sent them a bank statement they were silent for almost a month ...

I wait simple change email more 11 month its good ? Or maybe fast ?

- We submitted case to Interpol
- Local Court issued Court order
- We translated Cour Order in Chinese (as here is headquarters of Frewallet)
- We sent documentation to Freewallet and waiting on their response now.

Yes Freewallet is a ripoff.
One day my wallet went to $0.
They told me not to worry your money is safe.
In a safe in another country maybe.
I have tried for years to get my money back.
Sending txhash, pictures, Id's, screenshots etc....
Every time it sounds like I will get it straightened out,
it starts all over again with them asking for the same info I already sent them.
I'm sure they don't rip everyone off but they sure do rip some off.
