What is the issue with phone number or nationality. Are you not able to see your nationality in there registration portal or is the phone number you have not corresponding?
I think he didn’t change his nationality or the casino auto assigned it upon registration. Some casino automatically assign country since they don’t require KYC level 1 such as providing mobile number and country during the registration.
Actually, most of my KYC info during the registration process is always use Afghanistan. Anyway he can’t do the KYC if his phone number and country registered on his information page is different to his original country ID.
The support might probably not fixing his details properly.

I can’t comment specifically about your case since I can’t access the casino that you mention right now probably due to country restrictions but if everything that you said is correct then their live support is incompetent.
They can easily determine that you provided a wrong format. To clarify things, your withdrawal is on hold just because your information is incorrect while they acknowledge the error and claim that everything was changed?

I cant get manual withdrawal from them because they told me via email that all information should be given in profile tab but I gived them all profile information and they are not still updating my info.Yes I am still in contact with them waiting last time for them to upload my info and if they dont upload I will write bad reviews about them.

Because if you’ve done it and passed, then the information you submitted especially your nationality should be final. Your phone number can be changed, of course, since we sometimes run into issues with it. If the casino is legit, their support team should be able to help you with that.
But if you believe you’ve complied properly and it’s their fault, then it’s best to create a scam accusation against them.

I told already that in registration tab there is no option to choose nathionality.To choose nathionality need to contact support which is useless.When I wa registering ai was not even able to write full phone number so 1 my number for phone is missing so I cant complete phone verification because their site have error with phone number adding.

I am surprised that you registered on this forum since 2018 and you are not using reputed gambling sites on this forum. But if you are doing something wrong, you can be banned but not in a way that you are doing something right but the gambling site given you the problem.
Just continue to contact their customer care about it. The site is having both huge positive and negative reviews online. So I do not know which one is which but I have been enjoying good gambling sites that are reputed and having presence on this forum like Stake.com.

I have saw that in casino guru site for casino reviews Boomerang.bet have high trust so I was thinking that site is safe and in many other site for casino reviews I saw good reviews but it looks how it is not good to trust in those sites for casino reviews.

The best solution, is never to speak to (Moderator) because is a third-service.Moderators are not the core-team, so what they can do just forwarding messages. If the moderator doesn't get some answer there always have 2 scenario

I wouldn't say win tomato is a scam, but they have some strict rules about abusers, even those who claim the faucet too many times can get in trouble. Maybe they detect some kind of abuse in the affiliate engine and decide not to pay the whole amount or block the account. Not sure, we need more information to understand the full context.
