Well, not all website are secure, if i upload my profile in an unsecured platform other people will not suffer but only me. My identity could be stolen and someone may reproduce another account similar to mine and just steal my details.
This is what I definitely like about TrustLogics, they keep on amazing me, well, I already know that they are promoting the security of the files of job seekers,  it upon looking at this graphics, how they presented it, it is really an eye catching.  In a project especially with huge competition, everything matters.
This is why Trustlogics have been created in a new standard that would get back the control in the hands of jobseekers to secure their datas. And in this platform, jobseeker will have the full control to whom they would allow their data to be accessed.
This will surely reduce he problem of identity theft. Users could not create fake profiles in the platform, if they get  verified they will be found out and they will be sorry about it. They will pay the price for it by not being trusted by recruiters.
So the best thing to do, is just state in your files your honest credentials, and if you think that there  will be less chance tobe hired because you don't have strong  or remarkable credits, then make a way by attending seminars or short courses. It helps a lot, because making fake credentials is a lot worse if you use TrustLogics platform, because surely, they will know it and the more that you will not have a chance to be hired.
Data security is very important to any platform especially when you have put your personal data, email and contact details. This may be susceptible to hacking and identity theft. Your personal account may be compromised if the data falls on people with vested interest. Its good to know that Trustlogics is making security a priority.
you're right about that, when it comes to the online industry the odds of getting your information leaked are high you can't afford to risk your personal data getting hacked.that's why a secured network is always a great thing to have specially when you're risking your personal information.

It is new in the hiring industry but bots and AI are already being used in different fields and can even act exactly like human. Taken for example Sophia and Angela. I personally was able to spak with Angela as one of my friends have it in their house. It is so amazing to know that AI like angela can answer almost all questions i asked her and can even perform tasks like singing ang reciting poems better than humans (singing actually was not her). What I am trying to say is, we cannot underestimate the capability of an AI specially right now that technology is getting more and more advance.

So if someone would talk to her with flattery she reacts with feelings too. Responds with sweet words too. This is very alarming for me. Well, I believe that there are still qualities in human that AI do not possess. If Trustlogics will entrust for example the whole process of recruitment to AI, that will be a disaster. Well, AI doesnt have commonsense, doesnt have emotions, cannot evaluate and weigh circumstances based in intuition and commonsense. They are can only perform according to how they are programmed by humans who manage them.
I strongly agree that theee are still qualities in human that they can not perform although using an AI means less human error.  The picture will be like this...whatever is programmed for an AI to do, they will do it with perfection, while if there arises a diffent  situation or case aside from what is being programmed to the AI, there will be a lot of error or disaster while in humans, they can handle the case because they can thinknof uoright sooution unlike the AI, they are just dependent on the programmed they have been fed.
One of the ways that AI is expected to reduce the workload for employees is by making the mundane tasks of hiring and recruiting easier. Because the technology can automate many of the responsibilities that are time consuming and arduous for workers, AI is expected to be a faster and more efficient alternative for companies to employ as a part of their HR efforts.
Yes, I agree.Trustlogics using AI brings them recruitment automation. AI could be used to analyze job ads to come up with polished job posting,refine the screening process of the resumes and remove any unqualified candidate,chatbots can be used to fix an interview date and time which works for everyone according to their available time slot,analyze the behavior of the candidate and notify the interviewer for any abnormal activity during an interview, keeps candidate database for future hiring,used in automated pre-qualification and assessment if candidate is fit to the position available using the recorded interview.It clearly shows that AI makes hiring easier.

Does it.make you scared? Lol! Well, no matter how high our technology is getting, i still believe in the capabilities of human. No matter how amazing at the moment regarding technology, we can see and we know that sometimes, if it has an error everything will be affected and it is not just small but does big chaos in the system.
No matter how AI will be useful, there must always be a back up and only human can do that.
Technology truly develops rapidly and creating these kinds such as AIs somehow brings apprehension to other people. But it is the knowledgeable and experts who programs these kinds of inventions and continuously monitoring them is required to keep them helpful in human lives. Still, AIs are under these experts' hands control. With Trustlogics using this, AIs is going to perform the tasks programmed as needed in hiring process.

I noticed that too, Thanks for the update, Arizn crowdfunding project has good reputation,I believe on that,that's why they already raised $2 million as their project funds. They raised that amount because investors already know that Arizn project was good and become successful crowdfunding platform.

Well, I think the ARIZN team just want to surprise us about the new face of their website. It is true that the website is faster and more professional looking I guess. It is more user-friendly than before so I think ARIZN is ready for the launch of the platform. We will just continue supporting the project and encourage all investors to join us on our success.

It was a long wait for them to up and finish the website,
there are too many investors who attempted investing in the project and didn't get in because of the issues before.
I hope those people will back and can see how great the website now and how convenient to send investment now.

Is it ok now? I hope the maintenance is over already because I am waiting for their announcement last week and until now, I don't recieve any information. Yes, I agree! Investors and supporters are skeptical and cautious that is why they do a close monitoring on what they see is a good or potential project to invest with. Perhaps an announcement should have been made so they won't get disappointed and being left wondering  what's going-on with its website. But basing on Arizn's success history in their projects, I guess, they will not risk their reputation just like that. Let's give Arizn sometime as they work on developing their website, I'm sure they'll be back in no time for their supporters and investors.

Thanks for sharing this! I am amazed of how broad AIs can be used in hiring. AIs tasks can be applied in Optimized Job Postings,Better and Faster Resume Screening,Chatbots, Testing and Ranking of Candidates,Candidate Database,Automated Pre-Qualification,Automated Interviews. All these sums up to the automation of recruitment thus improving quality hiring as well as reducing time to fill a vacancy. I just hope that this AI could really deliver its tasks reliably and efficiently to be fair for jobseekers and employers or hirers.

You are right!You just made a great suggestion on how jobseekers could gain credits for themselves for Trustlogics platform. One should really be honest since Trustlogics platform validates them. This platform is actually for their advantage as they would be able to see hirers where they can apply. Validation made by Truslogics with their datas can be presented right away by jobseekers, gaining firsthand the trust from hirers. With security for jobseekers' data,yes, theft identity is prevented.

I think you can still contact them in their social media accounts or used your email which you have entered to your account. We cannot deny that it will surely happen but Trust logic will do their best to managed every user of their system.

well, actually we dont need to worry about the security of trustlogics. the platform it self can assure us that all of our information data will be stored in their secured network. with this platform you can pick which information will be seen by public.

Either way, even if this project has a little progress it's still a good news atleast it is moving forward.
Many people are already looking forward and expecting for TrustLogics' debut. That could both be a very good thing or a bad one. If TrustLogics lived up the hype that the people are experiencing then things would most likely go well.

I think you can still contact them in their social media accounts or used your email which you have entered to your account. We cannot deny that it will surely happen but Trust logic will do their best to managed every user of their system.

That's why their blockchain is a hyperledger so that there is high immutability and security. We do not have to worry about our safetiness unless their system will loss.

This project won't progress without its security features since we are talking about professional datas here which should be kept privately and safely and only be sent or opened for viewing by user himself for recruitment agencies or employers where he intend to apply.

Wait, what? I was reading on the thread and saw this post. Right now games like ROS, PUBG, LOL and Dota 2 are still popular. I think they can have similar concept games so they can capture a lot of market. I think they can provide us with different type of games on their platform similar to steam and we can choose among the games which one we would like to play.

Those games are indeed popular and will surely be useful for Smart City Eco to adapt but I think that the games
that will first be launched in Smart City Eco will not be the popular ones because it's in the stage of testing the

I think the password is not a big issue at all but you are right about the multi-layered security. There are lots of ways on how to retrieve the password, we can reset it throughout mobile phones, we can also have a private key that will serve as our master key if ever we forgot the password.
