The last reply from support for me was in September of last year. However, I messed up because I had a real issue, it wasn't replied to in a week, so I sent another message on that and also said "my daily rolls stopped working"... They sent me a macro for the rolls and closed the ticket, not resolving my original issue =/... Now, I haven't been able to get into my account in anything other then my PC because it's still surprisingly logged in somehow, but I have 2FA issues.

My FUN just matured, and got the automated email saying I should re-lock them... Lmao, nope.

They seem to sway the issues off even though they are not resolved in full - strange, and not good for the users ;( I hope you get your account and what's on it eventually.

They are not swaying the issue rather they completely ignore it and just offers a random compensation WoF rewards for all their backlogs and disappear again.

This casino has the worst support and they don’t plan to improve that because they are still getting many customers deposits due to their rewards despite of many complaints for delays and backlogs.

Another issue, is that I have 1599 spins and can't use them because of the WoF issue... Suckers are taunting me.

This happens frequently and the problem usually gets resolved after a few days. You can write to customer support and hope they notice.

You must be kidding? So when was the last time someone got a response from customer support? I'm absolutely sure that no one reads these emails.

I had an issue with withdrawal in February or March and customer support answered and resolved it within a day. That was the last time I withdrew too. Can't say anything about how it is now.

As of now, many complained they couldn't login onto the platform at all, as far as I remember.

And many fear for the platform not responding to anything at all..

Re: FreeBitco.in- Internal Server Error over hours daily

What's wrong with this site?
I've been playing here for years and there have never been any major problems.
Now I've been waiting 8 days for a payout. At least it arrived.

Then it started:
German / EU users can only play via VPN.

For days I've been getting the following message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, support@freebitco.in and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

In the morning the site still works, you can use your Reward Points and play.

From 9 o'clock only the error. You cannot play and the Reward Points are lost without being able to use them.
What's going on?

Is it better not to send any more BTC there because the site is turning into a scam?

Of course, make your own decisions, but they won't get anything from me until they fix their site... And even then, not too sure on that.

Sad Sad Sad Shocked Shocked in the half of entire day this website goes down Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

It's been going down every day, unfortunately. I think it started at the beginning of this week, or a little into it? It's been going down for large segments of the day... This is going to hurt their player base, which is unfortunate for them and possibly good for those looking for support, as they can't get money if people can't access the site.

It's not so much "hard to reach support" as it is that they simply do not reply. I created a ticket in September last year that never got replied to, then created a ticket in March, and have since created multiple tickets. My initial hope was that maybe they have now (sort of) fixed their stuff and they'll just delete all their old tickets and simply work on the newer ones, as there were too many to deal with, but this is obviously not the case.

Their support started to becomes bad when their representatives here @thequin suddenly disappear while a new support takeover the role and now disappears too.

They don’t value anymore PR since they can’t fixed all the known problem while there’s new problem on the casino being reported.

They just leave it as is since user just keep coming no matter how many the problem is.

Which sucks, because older users (such as myself) wouldn't have known there were problems, continued to use the site and deposit, had they simply replied to the support ticket. They never replied to my ticket, was pretty annoyed, then went looking for other means of support and found this thread... Though, as you said, if people keep coming and they keep making money, then they won't ever care.

I doubt support will ever reach out to anyone, considering there's a backlog of (probably) a year now. However, I'm clinging to the hope that support will somehow help me since my 2FA is incorrect... I've used it before (many years ago) to get a message once, but now for some reason my country code is missing... This, unfortunately, means I will never be able to withdraw from the site, or even deposit into it if the website ever gets better.

Seriously, after all that has happened, are you considering in the future, even if it is hypothetical, depositing in the site? There are too many trustable sites to choose from to even think about this one.

It's definitely a generalized hypothetical, but I would never actually consider doing it. Alas, it doesn't even matter unfortunately.

How often do they do that? Is this activity something usual or unusual? If this is unusual, then I think it's a very bad for Freebitco's customers. I don't understand why people still gamble there, I withdraw all of my funds many months ago when there were unresolved issues for straight 3 months.

When the website was working normally, there was never any occasion where billions of tokens were moved out of the wallet in a short period of time. There was a handful of times where amounts over 100 million were transferred to market maker wallets and Uniswap pools.

After they started having problems is when these really huge transfers started happening. 8 months ago they sent 2 billion FUN to Binance. They received 1.5 billion FUN a few weeks later, but have since transferred another 1 billion tokens to Binance in January and 2.6 billion tokens this past week.

Whether this means that they are close to shutting down, I can’t say for sure. All that can be done is to withdraw any remaining funds from the site in case there are liquidity issues in the near future.

I wish I could withdraw funds... My 2FA doesn't have my country code in it (which I get is my fault... Though years ago I used it without a problem so no idea what happened there), but I've been sending messages to their support since September and no one has replied to the support messages. However, if I make a support request related to the WOF spins not being credited, I'm sure they have a queue set up for it as I get a reply within a week with a macro response.
Freebitco's support has been non functional or responsive for as long as the issue with the casino began early last year or late upper last year, I am even surprised to read that you get a response from them whenever you complain about wheel of fortune spin that is not credited.

If one have any issue with their account on freebitco, the best they can do is to try as much as possible to find a way to sort out the issue their self, depending on support for response and help is a complete waste of time from what I and many others have seen so far.

And speaking of your 2fa not having your country code, I don't understand what you mean by this, does a 2fa code have to have a country code in it before it works? This is the first time I am hearing or reading about this, I still assume I don't understand what you mean though, maybe you could explain a bit further.

Sorry, I mean I do not have my 2FA code as it was made many years ago. I still have the number I put in, but as the first 2 digits of my number are "44", and the UK area code is +44, it's sending the 2FA code to an invalid number... I've tried many different things, but the only thing I can do at this point is reach out to support =/... I literally just need them to change it to add the correct country code in front, but something's telling me it won't happen.
