bislom should provide proof that those who are in a country where it is one of the countries that are restricted can create an account and how it is done. I am sure this will be a good news for those restricted to finally create an account without being restricted.
It seems users from restricted countries can create accounts on the new platform. My country is still on the restriction list but I was able to create an account without any problem. For the record, I did this for testing purposes and I have no plans to deposit or play on the casino untill my country gers removed from the restriction list, which I hope will happen soon!

But now that the new website is live I still get a popup that I cannot access the website from Germany, and in the Terms Germany is still listed as forbidden country. What is up with that?

Have been looking into this, and this is an outdated list of countries and there's discrepancies with our available country list. Any country that is actually restricted you cannot create an account from.

I was excited to read this when you said it in September, that Germany would be in the list of accepted countries at the new website. But now that the new website is live I still get a popup that I cannot access the website from Germany, and in the Terms Germany is still listed as forbidden country. What is up with that?

It seems users from restricted countries can create accounts on the new platform. My country is still on the restriction list but I was able to create an account without any problem. For the record, I did this for testing purposes and I have no plans to deposit or play on the casino untill my country gers removed from the restriction list, which I hope will happen soon!

You are allowed to register from a restricted country, and once you do and you deposit, you can consider this deposit as lost as they ar egoint to confiscate the funds for sure like written in their terms. You don't need to repeat yourself; we know how to read. It's you who seems to have a problem comprehending what's written because it makes perfect sense for someone with thinking and understanding abilities.
A person who decides to accuse a platform should at least do some research and gather enough evidence before doing so so that they don't look foolish. Your foolishness and factless accusations are laughable.

First of all, the platform doesn't allow users from restricted countries to register and have the opportunity to make a deposit. You will be given an error that you are trying to register from a restricted region. Based on this fact, I don't see any reason for anyone to have a problem with their funds getting confiscated or their accounts getting blocked when they are found operating those accounts from restricted regions.
When you are not allowed to gamble on a platform from a country you belong to, you are not supposed to be gambling there. But, if you try to be smart, use a VPN to create an account, make a deposit, and start gambling, you shouldn't become a crybaby when you request a withdrawal, asked for completing KYC verification and then get busted for cheating and going against the Terms of Service.

They don't block restriced areas, I have tested many countries. So that means if you are in a restricted area and you visit this site, you won't get blocked and you are allowed to register and deposit.

What are you even talking about? That's completely unusual. Requesting KYC repeatedly in a short period of time never happened to me and I have played in some of the best crypto gambling sites out there.
While I would not necessarily classify KYCing two times in a month as "repeatedly in a short period of time" -- assuming the same scenario has not persisted further.
Let's also keep in mind that the user in question had a particular case and such scenarios are probably treated in a case by case basis.
