It is not justified to take 3 months to investigate a client, if he is guilty of something, then it would not cost anything for the casino to send him emails in a few days telling him that he is guilty of X and Y and attach the evidence and the case is closed. At least that way the guy would accept it and move on with his life.

I also find it very strange how @eltigre777 has managed to have so many victories, from his photos, it seems to me that he is making high profits in the long term. From what I see, @eltigre777 has already won a lot at this casino, but I do not understand why he said in one of the posts that "this money is vital to him", it seems to me that he takes gambling very seriously. Personally, I would also like to see your issue get resolved as soon as possible. But I'm not a Shuffle admin, and no one in the topic actually knows what's truly wrong except for what you, a brand new account, told us. It's Shuffle's decision now, and you need to be more patient.

If it's a false-positive, then OK, BE PATIENT.

If an account is flagged, it is not the end, and there is available chance for dispute. From flag to officially closing an account, there is other steps to do from the casino and matter is whether the casino does their action against an user account with enough solid evidence of abuse on their platform, violations of their Terms of Service.

If they take severe action to close an account, with valid evidence, any accusation that says the casino is scam, is truly invalid.

I am not defending them but xxxs just got his withdrawal issue solved and he/she waited for a month. There's probably a huge line of customers in line on that front, and not enough staff to work fast. As a new casino that's somewhat understandable that their workforce isn't balanced to the needs yet.

It's not as easy as it sounds. They might need to investigate a ton of people that have way more complex situations, and confirming can be hard to do with people with culturally totally different IDs and proof.

OK, that's very good. If you declared and showed everything that the Shuffle admins need to know, then you merely have to wait for their reply. They will probably ask for your brother's selfie holding the I.D., or an updated selfie + holding the I.D. to be emailed to them for manual examnation.

I truly believe that the reason why Shuffle, Rollbit, and other casinos have started to be more severe in the security of their services, might be because there's a surge of fake KYC through the use of A.I. that can pass through their security checks.

If both accounts are playing like that since last 4-5 months, then the decision was made with a deeper investigation. They wouldn't have blocked the account just like that without some serious violation of the terms. Their system won't consider both of those accounts as alts for logging with the same IP address only. Was this account registered as the referral of the other account?

Why didn't you tell them right away? Because, from the casino's viewpoint, how would that situation look like for them especially when it's happening in other casinos too? There are probably other people who use their other family members' I.D. to KYC. That's illegal.

Plus it would also matter how both of your accounts play in the site. If your accounts played separately and didn't do any sort of arbitrage betting to take advantage of the service, then you'll get your money.

Well, that's a serious problem. Some people create multiple accounts and verify the account with their family member identity documents to mark it as separate account. Again, the key part is the betting activity here. If you and your brother accounts have the history of placing bets on same events to make sure profits by taking the advantage of odds during the live match, then it's a big problem there.

The situation is not unique with Shuffle. I have read THE SAME complaint from a brand new/newbie account in another gambling topic as well.

I've made the selfie, they verified my account and said that the Compliance team will reach me. I've got no concerns and shortly after that I've made another deposit and the day after another withdrawal.
