The notifications on my telegram have gone crazy  Cheesy

OP, I'm glad everything ended well. Congratulations on the win.
Also congratulations to BC.Game, they showed their strength here and confirmed their reputation. There cannot be a better recommendation for them.

It's rare to see someone do a giveaway like this and I would like to let the whole site know that they should never expect a tip when trying to help or when replying to an accusation. Always reply or try to help with the intention of just helping or trying to get to the bottom of the case.
It is not rare that members of the crypto community behave generously. Although this could be one of the biggest tip on this forum, at least what I've seen so far.

why havent you sent me an eth address? you are one of the winners

i need to figure out how to do it without people with multiple bought aged/repped bitcointalk accounts getting multiple prizes and shit like that.

So does anyone know if there any action I can take against any court of law I can file suit in?

This is the first time I’m hearing about this site and from the little search I did about them I found out that everything about them was a lie - once you enter the site they have a banner there claiming to have a perfect rating at casinoguru.com but on verifying it I saw that they had a rating of 2.7/10 and numerous complaints that remained unsolved.

I also visited BTCGOSU to see if they had a nice rating, so that @efialtis could try to reach out to them to come resolve this issue due to their reputation at stake but I also notice that they had a rating of 0.5/5 over there.

I doubt you’ll be able to get anyone to help you resolve this case and if you had carried out a little research on the site it would have prevented all this from happening in the first place.

At least he didn't lose any actual money. He just thought he was gambling with actual money. What he won was all from a transfer over from another casino bonus.

This casino is basically just doing this highroller transfer over promotion and the highrollers that lose the bonus and chase it put money in their pockets and the ones that win just don't get paid lol

I don't know how to add screenshots or I would.
Just upload the screenshots to any image hosting service (I recommend using https://www.talkimg.com/) then post the links here.

Regarding your issue with HeyBets (never heard of it before, tbh), their transfer offer seems too good to be true.
There are many complaints against them on trustpilot and casino.guru from users who got banned after hitting big wins, just like you.
What' s really concerning is how they got your contact information and how they knew your Stake's VIP status?

They didnt.

You're wrong and it's because you are not knowledgeable regarding the facts in this specific situation.
I don't know this particular streamer and my post was not meant to be a particular streamer to but in general. What did you mean by RAW balance? Is this crediting their account with balance or sending money directly to their wallet then they deposited it to their chips.gg account?

Doesn't matter. The 2nd option would just be a sad attempt of a loophole of the first option. It doesn't matter if it's credited internally via an admin panel by staff or if it goes to an ETH wallet and then the website balance. The end result is the same. The balance is raw, meaning, what he gets is what he gets paid. If he gets topped up $600 by the site that day and loses all $600, he makes $0 that day advertising for them. He is SUPPOSED to make a few hundred dollars stretch hours to meet his streaming criteria of X amount of hours for the site per day, but he is impulsive as fuck and gambles it all.

He doesn't get extra money behind closed doors if he loses. He is not told to lose it all and get paid more later off camera. His deal is the top ups on stream, and only the top ups on stream. Which is all withdrawable money that he can turn $500 of into $500k and withdraw all $500k if he gets lucky enough.

Re: Serious Questions About Shuffle.com (Launched by FTX Employee)
by
justincase78
on 11/08/2024, 18:52:52 UTC
In summary,

OP made a accusation against the founder of Shuffle.com namely Noah in the regard of "potential risks". These claims are obviously silly to any user that has read the replies because every single person has come to the same logistical conclusion of "it was a legitimate company when he was working there." I mean, it at least APPEARED to be. That's how a multi billion dollar scam works. It appears to be legit to even most core employees, unless they were in on it.
Noah has no history of doing anything SBF did, so that accusation holds 0 weight.

OP made a accusation against "Cam" at Shuffle.com regarding unethical business practices that he has failed to provide any evidence for.

To summarize this,

Unless OP gives concrete proof of his accusations against Cam @ Shuffle.com, this thread should stop being replied to and bumped because there are more important things that require attentions in the Scam Accusations section. There's nothing to debate.

Whats funny is all that happened in the YouTube video was he lost $900 in 30 seconds  Cheesy
They can afford to loss because it's not their money. In a traditional casino the steamers are giving credit balance to play with certain conditions. Conditions like to wager x amount and anything after the wager requirements, it's the streamers money. The amount is so high that most of the time the steamer does not make it. There are other conditions like play until you lose the entire balance.

These streamers are paid for their time just like an employee. So it does not matter if they win or lose.

However, by doing these they just broke their own term & condition by make exceptions for BossManjack to play on CHIPS GG.
I think it's not applicable for an employee and they can justify it by saying the streamer is paid for his job.

You're wrong and it's because you are not knowledgeable regarding the facts in this specific situation.

BossManJack's only form of payment with this site is completely raw balance. He loses $900 in 30 seconds because he's an impulsive gambler with a 1.5million view Youtube documentary video on him because of this impulsive crazy lifestyle he lives.

He is given RAW balance to gamble meaning he is technically no different than any other player and they are breaking the law by letting him gamble. They just don't care because they are a small time casino and he averages 500-1000 viewers per stream so they're really hitting the jackpot with showcasing him. It's worth the risk for them. And then when they're finally confronted about this by licensee if ever happens, they'll say they didn't know he was from the US and apologize and boot him off the site, and will be left with a lot of fucking advertisement from his streams alone.

Let me give all the facts here.

1. Bossmanjack is given completely raw withdrawable balance. And ONLY completely raw withdrawable balance. He's very anti-anti-raw, thinks using fake money with a backend deal would be lying to his viewers and says it disgusts him. This is also shown when he gets reloaded $200 by the site, loses it within 30 seconds on Dice and literally freaks out and bangs his desk. So no he doesn't play with playdough money.

2. Chips.gg is PROBABLY not going to address this thread because doing that would mean having to kick off Bossmanjack which is the biggest streamer on their site by a LONG run.

3. Chips.gg is PROBABLY not going to give you compensation because it would mean giving attention to this thread and giving people more ammo against them if they were to compensate you and still have a US streamer on their website, which would 100% be the case because again they are not going to let their biggest streamer go to waste.

4. This means they have to be careful with whose money they seize for this rule in the future because any large amounts ($1000+) would gainer a decent amount of attention and the hypocrisy would throw their site into the gutter.

5. The one thing that COULD happen is you open CasinoGuru + AskGamblers disputes about this and they settle it and compensate you there, but they will not compensate you publicly on this thread.

I'm in high spirits because I know there's nothing they can say. I gambled from unrestricted regions, I didn't abuse any kind of features on the site like bonuses or affiliates, I am not a multi accounter, and I did not exploit the game. Therefore, this money is mine. Whether it's through the Curacao court system or through BCGame being honest. This is my money by all means. Not theirs

You never know what they will come up with. Casinos have hundreds of TOS, and I am sure if a casino wants not to pay the winnings to a player, they will find a couple of TOS which you have broken. They could say you have used malicious code and 3rd party software to break their system to win millions of dollars, which is probably not true. But unfortunately, it happened with a lot of high rollers in the past and will continue to happen. It really depends on the casino if they want to pay or not. No matter how innocent you are. If someone gambles a million dollars, they should not do it online, especially when a casino has a lot of scam accusations in the past. I am not asking you to pick another casino, but you should care about your money.

"They could say you have used malicious code and 3rd party software to break their system to win millions of dollars"

Then they can explain that to me turning $100k to $1m while recording my screen lol. I have everything covered here, there's nothing they can say.

Well, I like your mindset but given the fact that people working at BC are total bitxxes I think they won't make it that easy for you unfortunately.
This main self absorbed main discord guy just banned me from their server just for bringing up this topic in the chat. Other people there insult, scam and say BC is a scam every day, nothing happens. I get banned without a warning.
This is the most ridiculous site I have ever encountered, the clowns that work there are such bad people in general, it's crazy.

Why anybody would play at such a poorly managed site and trust them with money is beyond me.

Nothing will disappoint me because I haven't breached T.O.S.  Let's see!!! Tango.
You seem in very high spirits for someone that is basically claiming complete innocence when allegations of impropriety are levelled against you to the value of 2500 ETH. To some degree I find your positive attitude a welcomed sign however over the years many members (including myself) have seen replies from casinos/gaming websites that challenge the claims being made against them. I am not stating that it has or has not happened in your case but the fact remains that for a vast majority of scam allegations being made in the forum, the one making the allegation is usually economical with the truth.

I would also like to commend all the users who took part in this discussion, especially those who took part in the bc.game signature campaign. I really hope you can get your winnings if you really deserve them.
I cannot speak for others but I would support any victim of any scam regardless of whether I was part of their signature campaign or not. In this particular case, we have read just one side of the story. The casino have stated they are looking in to the matter and with that the expectation soon we will have a better picture of what happened according to their side of the story. After reading both sides, we as a community will come to our own conclusions about whether there is any legitimacy to the initial claim or not.

Keeping that aside, I agree with you. If the OP deserves the 2500 ETH then I hope he receives them. If he was in breach of the terms and conditions that he voluntarily accepted when he became their customer, he will probably not receive it and if that is the case, any support he might receive in the forum will probably be dependent on what the alleged breach was.

It has been ten days since BC.Game posted their sole reply in this thread. I hope they reply soon in order to find a conclusion to this matter.

Btw, a fun fact for anyone curious. I have 47,810 bets placed on the Dice original game that I won 90% of the money on. Of those 47,800 bets, about 45,000 were without using auto bet. Just manually betting and switching up the roll over/roll under as I felt needed. If I were doing let's say 0.4 bets a second, that's around 31 hours of staring at the Classic Dice screen clicking bet. Which yep, sounds about fucking right. Pretty worth it to turn 30 ETH to 2500 though huh?

It is reassuring that you have information BC.Game will contact the OP. As he is aware of the situation, I hope he remains patient as well as prepared for when BC.Game provide a response because it might disappoint him if they cite breaches of terms and conditions. Nevertheless, reading what they have to say about the allegation is vital as they could have their own counter-claims against the OP.

Keeping that aside, the amount of money being mentioned by the OP as being scammed is literally phenomenal in every sense. It is probably the largest scam accusation I have ever read in the forum and it is probably the largest amount (or one of the largest) ever mentioned in the Scam Accusations board.

If I may jump in and address the part of your post I marked in underline, they are in the process of getting to understand OP's case. I was assured that OP will be reached by his VIP host soon [I guess it'll be after they have enough to share and/or to proceed with any action], and I've been bugging my BC contact on routine basis, chasing them for this.

Nothing will disappoint me because I haven't breached T.O.S.  Let's see!!! Tango.

Contact me, and I can contact the casino's owner directly.

And you can sue him if you want. 7M is a considerable amount. If they can't pay, at least let's make some sort of arrangement with them.

FYI, curaceo license is shit, usually they put a "fake" director and they disappear, but it's not 100% safe if you know how to act.

BCGame executives aren't doxed publicly but are definitely doxed privately to a lot of people. I already have friends in contact with the owner of the casino helping get this sorted. I would like to inform you BCGame is a casino that makes easily over $100mil in profit annually and are a lot bigger than you think. They cannot just disappear and wouldn't even want to. They are the global sponsor of the Argentine Football Association and even Lionel Messi can be seen wearing a jersey with their website on it. It hasn't been long enough to determine whether they are not going to pay or not, so I am still holding off on anything legally.

But yes, they can pay and not care. Promise you that.

The ETH is now worth 7 million dollars.

Damn, generational wealth as bossmanjack would say.  Grin

Who is taking bets how long BC will take until they come up with a real reply here? A bet on what they will accuse the player of is also interesting.
Taking such a long time is just ridiculous. They can't blame it on the game provider since OP played on BC originals. This excuse was popular in the other 2 recent complaints. Guess they are still trying to find a way to get out of this without paying, but they are short of ideas.  Roll Eyes
There is no explanation for this kind of silence from their part.

Bossmanjack would win this much and then do $3.5mil on a 50/50 Dice and create a new "Hole in the wall" TV Gameshow using his parents walls if it lost.
