if we want to succeed many things that must be lost, including:
1) Our freedom will be lost for a while
2) There is no time for holidays until we feel the result
3) disagreements, be it with family, friends and even their own spouses
4) less resting hours.

Please don't say it's all about confidence and all that bs because I don't believe it.

when we feel not handsome in front of women, it's good if we be humorous, because women prefer humorous men, humorous men more fun and friendly. Men who are humorous are considered very attractive to women, because men like this tend to be more creative, insightful and know how to make women captivated. But one thing we must remember, laugh sincerely and never intend to laugh.

I used to have a few short heartache from last month and had a serious panic attack I never had in my life.
It felt like I'm having a heart attack. I'm about to collapse, faint. I poured down some water on my head. Took long breaths, tried to sleep but the panic didn't stopped. It came for about an hour where are ran frantically from here and there taking long breaths.
I don't have anything to be depressed about but just had such attack first time in my life.
It was scary and the only feeling I got was I don't want to die.
Do anybody have the similar attacks? What should I do if I had it next time?

I also experienced it. when panic attacks hit you can do the trick with a deep breath, Someone who experienced a panic attack may be difficult to breathe. Although there are some who do not experience this, breathing deeply can reduce stress and provide more oxygen intake into the brain so that we more easily control the mind, or it could be by calming ourselves first in a place that we feel comfortable.

Hi all, this is a real life struggle - does anyone have any tips to get that perfect poached egg? How do you do yours?

the way I do to get the perfect boiled egg result is:
put the egg in a pan that I add a pinch of salt to the eggs more easily peeled, then I add 1 teaspoon of vinegar in boiled water so the eggs are not easy to crack, Boil the eggs over medium heat to position the egg yolk in the middle, so it looks more beautiful. and the last step I did was to soak the eggs stew in cold water for about 10 minutes then I peeled.

hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

for me how healthy diet can be done with:
- Eat plenty of water, water is effective to lose weight because the stomach will be full so we will feel full even though we do not eat.
- Sports, One of the activities that we should do when dieting is exercise. Perform regular exercise to burn fat in the body so that it can lose weight
- Eating foods that can burn fat inside the body like eggs or green tea.

I am really having a problem with my speaking skills especially one-on-one. Can you give me some advice or link about improving speaking skills coz I think it will really be hard to get hired.  Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

in my opinion the way to be a good speaker is:
Always set clear goals in our conversation, Always know who we are talking to, Understand our strengths and weaknesses, Be yourself and look natural, and Eye contact with people in front of us, with eye contact as if we managed to bring them in. into what we're talking about and get them to focus on what we're talking about.

how to remain positive in times of difficult situations where there is very little hope for positivity???



positive thinking is not an easy thing. My simple tips to always think positive are:
- always remember God, by doing his duty and stay away from the prohibition.
- always thankful for the blessings given.
- See the good side of an event.
- remove the habit of dormitory, Habit of dormitory or exaggerate a problem can make our mindset become bad. So as much as possible we should be able to avoid this habit.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

the stress of life makes a person stressful. Thus, continuous stress can happen and make our body tired. for me How to deal with stress can be done by doing our favorite hobby. The goal is to get a pleasure so that it becomes a special entertainment for our mind and soul. In fact, doing a hobby can make us become excited after a tiring activity.

Yes, of course. Life is beautiful, as long as we want to live it without burden, does not mean we surrender to destiny and do not do anything, but we need to try and pray to the Creator. if we feel the failure to think that life is beautiful in our hands. So we need to make ourselves confident that the wonderful life we must get. That way, we can become a better person again.

the life lesson I learned wasfailure does not mean destruction. When it fails, many people spend more time than it should to stay down and feel crushed. Of the many that time, many people are not aware to immediately rise up. In fact, failure is not destruction. Failure does not mean we will not succeed in the future. Precisely because we fail now, then we will more appreciate the victory that awaits you later.

Many people who say healthy is expensive, but it is healthy it is cheap, pain is expensive. Therefore, it is very important for us to take precautions before illness. My simple tips are:
1. sports, There are many types of sports that can help maintain the health of our bodies. For example gymnastics, and so forth.
2. Choose the right food that is 4 healthy 5 perfect
3. Drink plenty of water, Lack of fluids can cause dehydration that culminate in disease. Before the body is sick, better fill the body fluids by increasing the consumption of water.

when I am able to give and share with others, that is where my life is more precious. Giving does not mean just helping those in need, but giving everything we have, even if it's just a smile. because Giving and sharing makes us unselfish.

mount fuji, this is the place I dreamed of when I think of japan country. fuji mountain so fascinating let alone we enjoy when the weather is sunny. so fabulous. if i have a lot of money i want to go to japan.
