Starting from January 14, I started to be exposed to cryptocurrencies.
Starting from June 09, I have been obsessed with bitcointalk.
Starting from June 19, I started to post every day .
Starting from August 09,I started to reduce the number of posts and shifted my focus to reading

Now I have changed from a novice who knows nothing about forums to a Member who knows some about the rules of forums.

I want to state one thing I am going through now, I want to ask everyone to judge together.

From about July 08, 2021, I have a great interest in encryption. So began to search for relevant information on the Internet. I am lucky I found some information, I learned a lot from it.Since then I started to have a simple understanding of DSA and RSA.

Since I don’t have a friend who majors in encryption, I don’t know if the knowledge I have learned is correct, so I decided to edit some of the things I learned and post it to bitcointalk, a forum that I read every day.

Thanks to all the teachers who corrected me @jackg@pooya87icopressetc.

On July 22, I received LoyceV’s PM and told me that someone reported me plagiarism in this post.Thank you sir

Introductory part for comparison

In August 1991, NIST (Nation Institute of Standards and Technology) proposed a digital signature algorithm (DSA) for use in their digital signature standard (DSS). DSA is an algorithm, and DSS is a standard. The standard uses algorithms, algorithms are part of the standard.

But NIST’s announcement has caused a lot of condemnation, and these condemnations are more political than academic. Many large software companies that have obtained the RSA algorithm patent license have also against DSS. They have invested a lot of money to implement the RSA algorithm. Of course, they do not want these funds to be lost in vain.

I am not a native English speaker. If I have logic errors, grammar and vocabulary errors, please help me to correct them. Thank you.
The source

In August 1991, NIST (Nation Institute of Standards and Technology) proposed the Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA) for their Digital Signature Standard (DSS).

DSA is an algorithm and DSS is a standard. The standard uses algorithms, and the algorithm is part of the standard.

But the NIST announcement has caused a lot of condemnation, and these condemnations are more political than academic. Many large software companies that have obtained patent licenses for the RSA algorithm have also stood up against DSS. They have invested a lot of money to implement the RSA algorithm, and they certainly don't want these funds to be lost.

I will say in the words of pooya87 "It is not your English, there are fundamental flaws in what you explain. Maybe you should avoid trying to explain to others things you don't fully understand yourself", especially when the user is trying to explain something to someone without specifying a link to the source. I want to add that I probably would not have paid attention to this post if I had not seen the link to it in the thread [self-moderated / Report unmerited good posts to Merit Source].

I immediately replied to the post when I saw this PM
It looks like he's been trying to get Merit from the day he joined, and he did earn 75 Merit in a short time.
When I first registered for an account, my goal was to become a legendary member,I also try my best to do this, replying to 7-8 posts on average every day.But now for me, merit is a secondary aspect,The more important thing is to learn knowledge and make good friends in the forum! But I don't regret that I have suffered those words before. Maybe after many years, it will be interesting to see my naive reply in my newbie period again. Cheesy

It could also be he doesn't know plagiarism isn't allowed on Bitcointalk, he doesn't look like the standard signature spammer. I'll send him a message.
Thank you very much for trusting me, I am definitely not active in bitcointalk for bounty. I reviewed my previous post. It does have similarities with the post pointed out by icopress.

The DSA content I posted was not copied directly from the link he pointed out.As I said in the article, I am not a native English speaker. It is still difficult for me to read articles in pure English.

My purpose in posting this post is to hope that others can point me out mistakes so that I can learn better. But unfortunately this is suspected of plagiarism.I won't make the same mistake again in the future. About technical posts, I will read more and less reply.

I found the previous manuscript. I do have a step-by-step verification. Not plagiarism for merit!

I am also trying to learn programming knowledge to better understand everything about Bitcoin.

Thanks again to everyone who helped me correct my mistakes

and added the source to the article according to loyceV's suggestion.

https://www.programmersought.com/article/7824960278
Thanks to ICopress for pointing out this link.

At the same time, this matter also caused discussion under another post.
I'll just leave it here [May LoyceV forgive me]

[...]
I drew attention to this post only because it ended up in this thread .... Not that it bothered me much, I just felt sad to watch Pooya87 explain to this user details that he does not even approximately understand [in the context of wasted time]. Since in this section I periodically come across good posts, even from beginners.

I also apologized and explained.
Damn, too bad.  That was a pretty good post and I would have merited it without checking for plagiarism....so I'm glad you found out that it was plagiarized before I got suckered.

Gotta be careful with lower-ranked members making very detailed, very well-written posts on this forum.  It's unfortunate that such skepticism is needed when evaluating their posts, but the fact is--and has been for years--that most people who are new to bitcointalk are in it for the money and don't take the time to write out such technical posts as the one by kxwhakexk, and that's assuming they had the ability to write that well in English to begin with.
Sir, I didn't copy and paste it directly from that link.

I read a series of articles in my native language. Then I wrote this post. These are some articles related to DSA:

DSA-数据签名算法(理论)English interpretation-DSA-data signature algorithm (theory)

RSA、DSA算法原理与举例 English interpretation-DSA algorithm principle and examples

加解密篇 - 非对称加密算法 (RSA、DSA、ECC、DH) English interpretation-Encryption and decryption-asymmetric encryption algorithm (RSA, DSA, ECC, DH)

And in the process of reading, I made a series of notes and calculations. Here are some of my explanations
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.msg57523235#msg57523235

I hope you remember my name and the explanation,The Pharmacist sir. Today I was controversial because of an article written in the same period.Since that post is no longer the first few pages, I did not add the post source to it. No one has read the post recent weeks. Adding or not adding sources has no effect on others, nor does it attract more merits.

But to my surprise, due to another incident, some people talked about me again:Exposing RainbowKun and His Large Alts Army. Big farm 60+ Accs !!!

Ratimov suspects that I and Rainbowkun are the same person. And suspected of abusing merit

Of course I don't care about their allegations, they can check my posts at will. There is no doubt that someone has reviewed all my posts one by one and accused me of plagiarism.

But these posts have been explained very clearly in the posts I mentioned above. And after that, I never published a similar topic. The accusation against me this time is totally unreasonable.

Also I would like to ask The Pharmacist sir,You PM me a few days ago, you hope that I will not send merit to you, let me give more novices who need merit.Thank you for your generosity.

Do you remember the explanation I mentioned above?I don’t understand why your attitude this time is completely different from before.

Is it just because you suspect that I am the alt account of rainbowkun? But I really am not! !

Nope. The only way the red tag comes off is if you are banned.
I'm really curious whether the mod will think I'm plagiarizing. But I will enjoy this last forum time.

But it's ridiculous, I don't know why I was involved in this incident.

Because you could not find evidence of the problem mentioned in the OP topic, you turned to attack the post I published when I was a novice(And I explained this matter a month ago. Now it is still being pulled out as a handle.)

Check carefully my post with rainbowkun.Double check every post of rainbowkun.I will enjoy the frustration when you can't find anything.Come on!

Quote
Really you should be ashamed of wasting your time.

At least I learned something in my post and topic. And you still can't find the common ground between rainbowkun and me.I am also ashamed of your wasted time

RainbowKun copy/pasted untranslated word... perhaps there is no English definition:

The essential attributes of Bitcoin:Bitcoin is a database.
Looking at Bitcoin from the subject of computer science, Bitcoin is a database. This database is composed of decentralized software protocols and standard programming languages. People on the Yunxi Internet transfer value to scarce digital assets with low transaction costs.

Let's put an end to it and find a more concrete example... I spent about an hour. It's somebody else's turn.

July 12 is not a long time ago, not in my world, not in yours, not in anybody's.  This isn't a "mistake" you made years ago, it's plagiarism about a month and a half ago.

How is it you haven't been banned for plagiarism yet?  Hopefully those posts have been reported, and if not, I'm going to report them myself right now.  I don't understand your explanation for doing what you did; it sounds like an excuse, which is most likely what it is.  This forum is full of those.

Maybe a month is not worth mentioning compared to the time you spend in the forum. But I have been active on bitcointalk since June 19, and it is less than a month before July 12.

Of course, anyone can report me, and I accept how the mod judges it.

If I am banned, I have nothing to say. But if I am banned, please delete my post:My first bitcoin shopping.I don't want to share this thing here anymore.

Enjoy your red.

But if I am not banned, I believe you will delete this review one day.You will see that I disdain for plagiarism. And I am ashamed of the mistakes I made during my newbie period. Grin

If you look at my post more carefully, you may find these. These provide some explanations for my previous article.

My purpose is to post articles and study over and over again. Improve myself through other people's corrections.Of course, after the accident, I never published a similar article.

Thank you for your reminder, I added the source of this article.

But these do not prove that RainbowKUN and I are the same person. To be honest, I can't write an article like his.

I think you're wrong, Ratimov.

I used my mobile phone to read your post roughly, but I can't reply you seriously now. It's one o 'clock in the morning in my time zone. I must go to bed. I will get up early tomorrow morning to wait for the bus with my girlfriend. She will go back to her hometown tomorrow.

If you are interested, I will take a picture of tomorrow's tickets for you.

Reserved for tomorrow’s post.

I hope you can understand that it is a bit painful to use my phone to reply to the forum.

What do you think of the Bitcoin Discussion section? Does he need to change?
by
kxwhalexk
on 13/08/2021, 10:30:13 UTC
Recently I found that many posts in the Discussion section are locked. And I saw some comments on this section a few days ago, so I want to post a topic to discuss this matter.

1)As of 10:11 am UTC time, a total of 21 posts have been locked in the bitcoin discussion section, accounting for 26.25% of the posts on the first two [archive page1][archive page2]

2)A few days ago, I saw that I was a legend and made such an evaluation of bitcoin discussion.
As I said, I don't like ignoring Bitcoin Discussion.  It should be kept clean as far as low-quality posts, but it isn't and we all know it.  It ought to be a section that no one would even want to ignore, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has it on ignore.  I think it's probably improved since the inception of the merit system, but it's still got a cockroach problem if you know what I mean.

I remember when I joined, I mainly post on two boards, 'Bitcoin discussion' and 'Beginners and help'. It was kind of psychologically taken by me which I believed same to most newbies. If I did not go deeper to study and know more about bitcoin, I might not have started posting on other boards. Also the newbies that later become stale members but bounty hunters will like the old way, they will like to post where they were posting before. If you check many of the threads on those two boards, maybe the first page discouraged you, but the third and so on pages will more discouraged you as it will be full of bounty hunters posts which are of low quality. What I usually do is to read only good poster's contents there and also correcting some OP posts. I have noticed checking every boards on this forum is not easy, this can lead to some good active posters to ignor some boards full of low quality posts of the newbies and bounty hunters to focus on boards full of quality posters.

I don’t know what others say about bitcoin discussion. But at least, for me. I checked this section almost every day when I was a novice.

But gradually I found that the quality of the content in this section is too mixed, and gradually I tend to read posts in other sub-sections, such as Beginners & Help, Development & Technical Discussion.

For those who come to the forum for the first time, bitcoin discussion is definitely one of the most important sections.(It's still like this for me now).I still shared my first Bitcoin shopping in this section a few days ago

But as I gradually deepened my understanding of the forum, my enthusiasm for bitcoin discussion diminished.

Do we need to make any changes? In other words, I have observed that the moderator has locked a large number of posts. Is the moderator cleaning up and rectifying this section?

how much was the transaction fee?were there any additional fees from the store?

Courier fees:0.0007

Was it a payment method (like BitPay) or was it a BTC address to transfer BTC to?
Transfer money directly to his Bitcoin address, without using any third-party platform.

Was the price fixed in BTC or in USD, and did you win or lose due to volatility?
The price of T-shirts is fixed at 0.0004 BTC, and the price of international express delivery is fixed at 0.0007 BTC.In other words, this store is priced in bitcoin, has nothing to do with the dollar.

If you want to convert it into U.S. dollars, obviously I am profitable. Because the price of btc a month ago was lower than it is now

Re: What is Bit Civilization?
by

on 12/08/2021, 12:32:46 UTC
When it comes to civilization, my first reaction is the political system.

At present, we may only use Bitcoin as a means of payment. If you combine politics with blockchain, all I can think of is DAO.Through DAO we can achieve more fair and transparent voting.Whether it’s an election or a proposal, I believe that DAO can upgrade the existing political decision-making system to a higher level.

However, the current DAO is still too weak compared to the mature parliamentary system and constitutional monarchy. The current DAO can only do simple voting, and there is still a long way to go before being called a civilization.

But I believe that such a DAO will appear one day in the future, which will have a huge impact on the existing political system.

There are already many similar stores on the Internet where you can pay with bitcoins. Sometimes it seems that this is too risky, because you leave your shipping address, thereby already talking about yourself. But there are also intermediate centers where you can anonymize your address. But most of all I am sorry to spend bitcoins on small goods, although yes, it is very tempting and addictive.
The leakage of personal address may be inevitable, otherwise the express delivery cannot be delivered to you.Unless there is a face-to-face Bitcoin transaction.

As for you kxwhalexk, I have already said more than once that you are taking leaps and bounds to experience bitcoin. Somehow, I'm sure you won't stop by buying a simple T-shirt. What would you like to buy the next item? A car?  Smiley

This is my first Bitcoin shopping. You know that when you do something for the first time, there may be some hesitation or fear.I still felt incredible when I got the T-shirt.

I want to fully record my first Bitcoin shopping experience

About a month or so, I joined the Bitcointalk.

At the beginning, I only acted in the Bitcoin sector and the Beginners & Help sector.

One day, I read the post as usual. And I found this post by accident:[Merit] Hey Bitcoiners! Can You Send Encrypted Messages?I have to say that this really sparked my interest. What a cool thing to send encrypted messages. After 3 attempts, I finally sent the encrypted message to OgNasty correctly.(This encrypted message task made me know the name OgNasty for the first time.)

Then I learned from Og’s My 10 Year Bitcointalk Anniversary that he has an online store.Since this is my first time shopping with Bitcoin. I ended up with the cheapest item in his store, a T-shirt.

But due to a mistake in my operation, I forgot to fill in my contact information.Fortunately, Og sent me an email, I sent him the correct address.

A month later, I received a call from the courier. I was curious at the time because I had not bought anything recently (I have forgotten that I bought this T-shirt 1 month ago.)
Really surprised when I got the package.

This is my T-shirt, there are OgNasty stickers and postcards in the package.

This is a shopping experience full of surprises, and also my first Bitcoin shopping experience. This t-shirt is cool!

Re: How is value transferred through blockchain?
by
kxwhalexk
on 10/08/2021, 03:36:52 UTC
Due to the existence of POW, Bitcoin will inevitably generate value. The value of Bitcoin not only needs to be measured by the electricity and equipment required for mining, but also the opportunity cost needs to be considered. If you do other things with the funds used for mining, you will need to consider what benefits you will get, and what you have to give up for mining.

The price of the same private sale is also a kind of pricing, users will give up some other things for this token. As the price of tokens gets higher and higher, the costs consumed by users who buy in later are also getting bigger and bigger. This also realizes the "capture value" mentioned in the OP article

Last month, I was addicted to bitcointalk. I kept posting 5-7 articles every day. A lot of time on the forum every day.

Initially, my goal was to become a Hero Member/Legend Member as soon as possible.I even asked the stupid question of whether merit can be bought or sold.

After that, I get merit as much as possible according to my goal, such as
1.Participate in some reward topics
[Merit] Help newbies and those who have a little left to the next rank
[Merit] Hey Bitcoiners! Can You Send Encrypted Messages?

2.Publish some knowledge I just learned to get merit, even though I didn’t fully understand it myself
Asymmetric encryption(signature)--DSA(A novice explanation)
Asymmetric encryption--RSA(A novice explanation)
It may be difficult to understand this knowledge without programming skills. I just published this knowledge simply by performing mathematical calculations.

As I read more and more posts in bitcointalk, the more I feel that I know very little and the more knowledge I need to learn.

In the past month, I spent 8 days and 10 hours on the forum. In other words, in addition to sleeping and eating, most of my time is spent on forums.I read a lot of posts, and sometimes I even check someone’s historical posts for a long time.

This is really interesting. This forum has a history of 10 years. There are a lot of stories and love, hate waiting for me to discover.I really like this time to look through old posts.

So what I want to tell newbies is, read more and then reply.

Only in this way can we better understand and integrate into the forum.

At the same time, take this opportunity to thank those who have helped me and corrected my mistakes.

At the same time, I am very grateful to those who affirmed me:@The Pharmacist,@DdmrDdmr,@Ratimov,@LoyceV,@Welsh,@lovesmayfamilis etc.

At the same time, thanks to everyone in the forum for their dedication and contribution

It's not expensive to do these things, it only costs 39 bitcoins. Yes it is part of the hundreds of bitcoins we saved before.

He is rich, I know, I used to be poor and I was not qualified to love you.I have money today but never have a chance to love you again.

I can only wish you happiness.I am going to immigrate tomorrow. I will go to a place far, far away. I hope you will be well, happy and healthy in the future.

One more thing, I hope you don’t use money to measure whether a person loves you or not.

Don't force to shorten your threads if not possible because there are simply some topics that is going to be inevitably lengthy. But yea, if you want to bring your writing to the next level, you have to make your content a bit more compact. You wouldn't want your readers to get uninterested at the get-go. Good luck!
I see that RainbowKUN's article has undergone some changes. He marked some important points in red and divided his paragraphs.

I have never seen any discrimination in the forum. Also don’t take it to heart even if there is discrimination.

You know this is the "Bitcoin" forum. If you want to learn Bitcoin knowledge and technology, you are welcome. You have come to the right place.

If you want to talk about politics, there may not be many people who are very professional in politics and history. You may need to find a "political" forum.

Many people think that their views are correct(Whether it's correct or not), and here is also full of conspiracy theories. If you don’t like these, please ignore them,Just focus on Bitcoin itself.

I see two possibilities, one they would ask for deposit before you can withdraw. Second, the exchange/wallet inks they gave would be phishing sites and they expect you to enter your real details there.

Maybe this is an example, the website asks for your seed key.

I am a newbie, but I want to emphasize that the "wrong" altcoin will make you regret it. if you choose the "right" altcoin, you will get more profit than Bitcoin

The price of Bitcoin is now 40,000 usdt. You can imagine how difficult it is for Bitcoin to double to 80,000 usdt. But many newly released tokens will easily double.

So what a novice has to do is to find the right token, just like you found Bitcoin a long time ago.

Of course, Bitcoin is always in my investment choices, .But I only have 50% of my assets in btc. I use the other money to find new tokens.
