To be honest, being busy is not an excuse especially that more than a week has passed without a single reply. The only thing their customer service should be busy with is addressing their customer's concerns.

Someone like me won't easily rush to raise a scam accusations against them being that you have been using them for long and also, knowing too well that they have a representative why not just send them pm here in this forum first maybe after much longer then you can raise an alarm if you see their response weren't good to you before creating this topic. I don't think this is necessary as I know this site has been here for long and they are running sig campaign, besides it's very hard for a casino or gambling site that is running a campaign here to compromise though not that such can't happen but you should at least first reach out to them here or their campaign manager to assist you to contact them.

I have already sent a message to one of their account called "8bet" two days ago. No reply. Their other account "8betnews" can't receive messages from newbie.

You are correct since i have withdrawn from them before i didn't think they were gonna scam me. But today is Day 10 since i first contacted them. It's a bit unusual to keep ignoring for ten days. No?

What about contacting their support via live chat! It's the easiest and fastest way to submit a complaint or to get answers.
You said you have been playing there for more than two years and you withdrew from them without any issues. Therefore, I think they deserve to be given the benefit of the doubt and to give them some more time before jumping to conclusions and calling them scammers.

Their live chat button on the website is just for the show. I have never seen them replying there EVER. And yes, they have processed my withdrawals before that's why i waited a week to see may be they will eventually respond but they never did. It's been 9 days so far.

The said profile of the scammer shows that the person has not been online for close to four months now, which doesn't really look good, but you can still check on their ANN thread to see if you can get something out of there. What happened:About a week ago i was awarded 99 free spins on 8bet.io. The condition on withdrawal was to wager the winning X40 which i have done . After requesting a withdrawal it was never processed. I emailed but no response. I contacted them on telegram but even after reading my message they don't respond. After doing some googling it seems the admin seem to reply on this forum. :
