Your raffle are not provably fair or at least players cannot be sure they are fair .

You should state clearly how do you choose random winners.

Fo example you may associate every ticket a progressive number (known by the player issued with that ticket) and then use public sites like random.org and make a movie of the random selection and upload it somewhere on the net.

Otherwise you are only attracting players and make them wager on your site with a generic promise of a random prize, but no one knows (except for you) how do you chose those winners.

You realize like none of there games are provably fair, not just the raffle, right?

What about the ghost players in bingo room after Jacks Favorite. You should provide me with the winnings.

I will make you dishonest dealings known.

Have tried support maybe three times and each time have received no response back. Presumed that the next message would be dealt with but responses seem to go how the responses here go. Sometimes they come in and respond to one question and leave, other times they respond to the last 10 all at once at the end of the week.
But support emails never have been answered,I wonder if its because I made mention of live support giving me the stone wall response.

They ran a stupid SNG that I really enjoyed and if it does not run Thursday I guess it is gone.
That was the day I caught it,so presuming it might right run then. Fingers crossed. Will not log off thinking it will be there in the morning! Cheesy

We've removed some of the Weekly Promotions (Jack's favourite & Chat bonus), as we are implementing new ones, if that is what you mean.

about bingo, 2 weeks ago i made it to fortune jack favorites

it was the week after i complain about all the fake players and videopoker not working for real players

this week, they take video poker off and there was no fake players, nice!  it was just me and helpmywallet and one other

then i watch the bingo, and its 3 players and one blank name with 5 tickets !!!   this not fair

they cheat and cheat and lie

This site is operated by a pack of amateurs. I honestly doubt anyone "hacked" anything, in reality, i think the site was sinking.
i am sure they are not amateurs , they online since 2014 ago and as we can see very few bad comments or bad incident happened.
but lately after poker room were added to fortunejack , frequently users experiencing a down service. and i thought they are working on it to fix and improve the service. just calm down and wait.

Are you blind?  There has been loads of legit complaints.  Just bc you try to cover them up with BS like this doesn't mean they dont exist!

that was true, you you're pointing it out correctly falconer , he might need to read more carefully next time because most of people here agreedagree that fortunejack terms isare clear enough to understoodunderstand. if there are only a few member saysthat say " the terms clearly misleading imo etc " i doubt they read it carefully or even had a have bad english Sad .

You should do some work on your own English if you want to criticize others.  Asshole.

Also, it's not a matter of "reading more carefully" first we have to find the terms for the "unluckiest Jack" promotion under Promotions > Promotions > Weekly Promotion > Learn More > Current Promotions , and then correctly assume that this is the same promotion that the advertisement was referring to.

I wonder what shulio relationship with fortunejack is.  He attacks me and others for criticizing fortunejack so easily, but he is also quick to attack fortunejack competitors.  He also is quick to judge players english, even though it doesn't seem to be his first language.  (like fortunejack owners)

This garbage crashed.....again 😑

Stop saying it is garbage because people know that this is not true at all. If you are not satisfied with the site then probably you should stop visiting the site and look for another site that satisfy your needs. If you got complaint, you better directed it to fortunejack through the support form rather than keep on posting here

You should stop posting nonsense here. Fortunejack is a legit casino and you with your paranoid post should stay away from here, they are using provably fair and there is no way to cheat without being known as long as the player verify their own result. If you feel cheated, verify your own game and post it here , end of story.

i doubt they read it carefully or even had a bad english Sad .

He clearly read it Im sure about that, he lost his deposits and he is trying to get some back so he is asking and making confusion in this thread and hope fortunejack will reward him his 20 % loss back. It is written exactly there so there is no way he could have missed it and just play directly without reading anything

You keep on winning every time you post at this thread, thats really unexpected luck coming from you. Im glad the last one got solved , this time it will be solved as well, you need to have some patient though most of the time withdrawals is instant and it seems there could be something broken at fortunejack that make it unable to process withdrawals instantly . Fortunejack will solve it anyway sooner or later, goodluck to you again

Then about moneypot he complains about withdraw system and makes sarcastic comment to imply there is cheating happening...

Quote
Since you mentioned withdrawals now I notice something different with moneypot's withdrawal. It doesnt use the new withdrawals system anymore which ryan changed but it goes back to the first system before it was changed. This way it is more easier to be tracked, wonder why the new team change it back to the old system

Seems very 'legit' to me( I mean sarcasm ) . Someone who registered few hours ago , come to a site and play few games only on the site, wagered only 15 btc but got back 53 btc in return and leave the site instantly. Thats one tough luck for someone new on his first time experience in moneypot

Wanted to thank Betcoin.ag and their campaign manager for the great Stage 3 of the signature campaign with a prompt payment and ticket to the Daily Coin 1 btc gtd.  Looking forward to a great stage 4 and glad I made it in just in time.

You can also check my sports picks out in the NBA section here at BitcoinTalk where I feature a daily lock that is doing very well.  Also, interested in eSports predictions as this industry is very new and there is probably some great value if you can spot the trends.

So theyre cool with you just making a new account?

I haven't crunched the numbers (and I'm a moron) but assuming you were up a decent ammount on your other account does making a new account increase your value  since lossback comes back into play?
There is some great value in the following games today and wanted to share.  I have been sharing a lock each day the last three days and will continue to do so.

ftwbtc, I noticed you posted the same thing on Betcoins forum, which is interesting because when I check your profile it says you registered just this month and still a Bronze 3.

You really are a complete moron.  I created a new account to have my social profiles match online .

They wouldnt think it is ok I think.  No site that offers poker should ever just let players make new account just because they dont want somebody to know what there real account is named?

When the banner was put on the fortunejack homepage, it could be clickable.

I don't see why any website banner couldn't be clickable.  Just need to be set with a link to direct those who click on it.

You could have just tried to click one of the current banner in the homepage and you could see that it will redirect to the promotions page there so I could say that their last banner of  the 20 % lost was clickable as well

I did try to click on the banner in question.

I tried right away, when I was curious about the loss back.

Then I tried again when I saw your post suggesting I click on it.

I even tried one more time, just a minute ago.

Everytime I clicked on it, nothing happened.

It could be something wrong at your end, the banners on the homepage are indeed clickable. At the moment, there are 4 banners :
1. Banner of the new poker game (clickable)
2. Banner of Jack's Favorite (clickable)
3. Banner of Deposit bonus (clickable)
4. Banner of Live Casino (not clickable)

I can also click on the banners you mark as clickable.

Don't see the "No Luck Toady?  We return 20% of your losses" banner now though, maybe they took it down or It's somewhere else.  Regardless, it's a misleading banner, if it were clickable it would be slightly more transparent .... but still misleading.

Speaking of misleading...

Found either a mistake, or another attempt at misleading players.

When you click on a main tournament in the main lobby, on the bottom right under description you see:

https://i.gyazo.com/c254bff33a3ef850de21de21f92564c1.png

I was registered for a 10+1 chip buyin with 300 chip guarantee and 12 minutes of late registration.

There were at least 10 players registered total, and it cancelled.

Upon further investigation, I found that if you open the specific lobby, in hard to read font, it states that a minimum of 15 players needed for it to start.  (Most sites have 3 or 4 for smaller field tournaments of this size)

Or you can click on the banner directly from the site and it will redirect you to the promotions page for clearer terms

Or you could click on it yourself, and see that it's not clickable.

Then you can go to the promotions page and try to pretend it was your first time on fortunejack, and you just saw the banner that said:

"No luck TODAY? No worries!  We return 20% of your loss!"

Do you see anything mentioning it here?

https://i.gyazo.com/308c9e99e0a259cdbdb1598010cfbf8f.png

Nope.

Hmm, well maybe if you click "My Promotions".

Well, there's something that says "dice lossback"...but it says 0% for me...hmmm

Back to "My Promotions"

"Jacks Favorite" maybe? Click on "Learn More"

Nope. Thats not it.

I guess "weekly promotions" is worth a shot, even though the ad implied it was a daily offer.

Click "Learn More"

Unlucky Jack – Announced each Monday at 11:00 Casino Time
FortuneJack rewards the top 3 unlucky players of each weak by redeeming 20% of their net loss back to them. These unlucky few are identified by the size of the deposit sum they lose during the respective single week
.

Well the banner didn't say anything about only 3 players, and only once a week...maybe asking in the chat will get some answers.

Nope.

The few players were as confused about it also.

You could ask on that bitcoin forum.  Just be ready for a bunch of idiots with ridiculous responses like "you shouldn't of gambled it if you cant afford to lose"  and "the terms are very clear and not misleading" and "you could of just clicked on the banner and it will redirect you to the promotions page for clearer terms"

This doesnt make sense at all. If you are gambling then you should only gamble with what you can afford to lose. If fortunejack refunds you then they will need to refunds everyone that lose as well, that totally doesnt make sense at all. Their rebates term has clearly been stated that you need to be the top 3 within one week, it is your fault for  not reading

Who said anything about gambling with money I couldn't afford to lose?

You are the one not making sense.

Like I said, they could have a rebate promotion for everyone if they wanted -all they need is for it to increase their overall volume of bets by 10-15% for it to be profitable in the short term, and much less than that with player retention.  4grinz offers 10% rebate on weekly losses every single week for every bet.  Think about it, maybe it will start to make sense eventually for you.

"WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES" was very clearly stated. Nowhere on this sign did it say "Unlucky Jack Promo" or "Only 3 players (so probably not you)"

How is it my fault that they have misleading advertisements on their own site?  From the looks of this thread history, this is the kinda they seem to have a habit of doing.

The information related to Unlucky Jack you can see on our website. Please, see the screenshot:

http://s15.postimg.org/ft7p73gl7/Unlucky.jpg

I don't want an apology because I lost, that's not what bothers me.

It's the misleading advertisements.

Please see my previous post, where I explained how the sign in your lobby said nothing about Unlucky Jack, or Top 3 only, all it said was  "NO LUCK TODAY?  WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES"

I saw the unlucky jack thing, and at the time thought it was unrelated since it only paid the top 3 losers of the week, while the sign i saw implied that they paid 20% to everyone on a daily basis "hence, ' TODAY ' "

I asked in the chat, and only got a response from two other players who also didn't know how to get the 20% back from "todays losses"

Why doesn't your sign say "Unlucky Jack Promotion, Weekly Losses Refunded for 3 Most Unlucky" or something like that.

We are sorry to hear you lose, but to get 20% of the loss you need to become Unlucky Jack. Unlucky Rewards are only for those who lost most during the week. Top 3 users, who lose most will get refund 20% of their losses.

Then why do you have a big sign in your lobby that says "WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES"?

If you only give a 20% rebate to the 3 biggest losers of the week, the sign should say that.

Its not nice to tell people who play on your site "WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES", then when they lose - they find out the "YOU" in the sign was reffering to 3 players only and if you wanted to be one, you have to lose more.

We are sorry that we cannot refund everyone who lose.

You could. If you wanted.  It might even be a good decision for you overall.

Other sites often have promotions where they offer rebates, some have it as a permanent offer on everything.
