Like i said the match wasn’t suspicious it was my only bet i tried tbh i feel miserable this month because of what they done, if they can provide simple reason with proofs why 19 days no info i would gladly accept that.

Did anyone have an experience with manual verifcation request on withdrawal at shuffle? Just happened to me and 3 days later support is still not clear about the timeframe they need to check my proof of address.

So, they are targeting those users who can potentially comeback with deposits at Shuffle. Most probably they are doing an investigation on your account if your withdrawal is still pending after completing the level 2 KYC verification successfully.

I believe that he already received his withdrawal because Owldao reps already provide txhash for his withdrawal transaction requirements since he is badgering much here in the ANN thread.

The user who made such post are known for doing negative charades even on other crypto casino ANN thread. He always do negative comments in public post to gain attention and sometimes to complaints to whatever he didn’t like in the casino. And also his last post here is obviously just want to create commotion since he made after some user post an accusation against Owl for being connected to sandbox.
