Hello, I would like to make a small request, a long time ago I made my account here, but now I cannot enter, it is very difficult, when I give you the option to forget the password I cannot recover the account, the email is not recognized, maybe there is something that was lost in the database? I'm not sure what the problem is. But our support system is really important.
So far, no user has had a problem with our support system.

This is the first time we have encountered such a problem, however, we will talk to the provider we use (Zendesk)

Also we are still working on Slotella for a better experience.

Sorry in advance but I think you have a problem with your support system, because some tried to reset the password but never got a reply email containing the reset link, did this not just once but several times, also tried it today but the result is still the same, maybe you should discuss this with your casino developer.

Unfortunately I did not receive the email as shown in the screenshot above, not really sure what's the problem.
I was waiting for an hour IIRC after I sent the ticket and I was reloading my email several times, still the I do not receive it till now (I checked all my folders including spam, promotions and social)
Anyway I can confirm that the above screenshot proves that it is indeed a ticket from me as it is completely the same as what I wrote.
Is there any way to check my (closed) ticket and the reply through the website like what I can see in some other casinos?

Unfortunately, we cannot agree on this with our player. He doesn't say anything other than just accusing us of scams.

When we check the logs in detail, there are withdrawal requests first. After the withdrawal request is rejected (because of the daily limit) the balance is played.



This is really the first time we've experienced it. There are only two possibilities on our side.

The first possibility is that the player's account has been hacked. It doesn't have to be a remote attack. It might be someone who knows him because his account logins only show up from Finland. (Same region as the player)

We checked the password change actions for this suspicious process. According to an IT security expert, the player's password is something like asdasdas. I really don't find it logical.

If you have such a large amount in a casino account, your account password should be stronger(instead of asdasadas) and you should enable two-step verification.


The second possibility is that the player has lost his balance. He blames the casino for turning the situation around.

I'm really not sure what we can do about it.

However, this is truly a baseless accusation.

I will share the details we talked to you via e-mail here. Because this seems like an attempt to damage our reputation.

You made a deposit of €11,283.55 yesterday and you have earned €111978.41. Congratz!

After then you requested a withdrawal of €20,000.
A few hours after your request, we approved your withdrawal request and sent the payment to your account.

Today, you submitted a withdrawal request again during the day. Your withdrawal request has been rejected because the 24-hour limit has not been reached and you have been informed by e-mail.

After your all balance was lose, you contacted us and shared with us that you had 2FA verification on your account and that your account was compromised.

From this point on, you accuse us of being a SCAM.

There are two different questions here.
-If you are not the player who did this, let us cooperate with you and let us check the logs in depth.

-However, if you are the player who made this transaction and after losing the balance, it is really sad to respond to these accusations. We paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to too many players. We would never want to lose a player like you. Besides, if this was a scam attempt, you wouldn't have received a payment of €20.000.

Want to confirm that I've tried with €5 welcome bonus, the casino representative has given me a chance to play for free on their site. I think it is good to have minimum of being active Member rank in forum, but you still need to watch out for cheaters abuse.
Yesterday I registered on Slotella website for testing purposes and I already received $5 bitcointalk welcome bonus on my account.
That wagering requirements could be better, and I don't it's good to have to deposit $100 before you can withdraw anything.
^ I will probably test this gambling casino later part to test using the free login bonus.
I definitely agree that the wagering requirement should be a must and there is no transfer of the fund from one to another account, there should be a limit to transferring funds into another account. This could be how to protect the user's fund and the gambler and gambling casino as well.
No KYC gambling casino will probably be prone to scamming and abusing players, you should take address it.
However, good to see OP was actively answered all those concerns.
