If you are an old user there should be no problem but if you are a new user then I am afraid it will take longer to process because in the last 6-7 days I saw an increase in betting activity from new users so I assume the team did a thorough inspection. I don't know how I should say it, that you can't rely on the support team because they are known to be very slow in responding. All you need to do is wait patiently and occasionally check your email for updates, back to the first question if you are old users then there is no need to worry.

They answered me once on live support and briefly replied that it would be soon. They didn't even respond to the second attempt to contact live support. After all I made cancel withdrawals and played for a while. On 07.02. I made a new withdrawal (120 USDT), but it is still pending at the moment. I also sent two emails to their support, but I have no answer so far, and 5 days ago I uploaded the documents for verification, although they did not ask me to do so. I am an old user (more than two years) and so far I have had 6-7 withdrawals in smaller amounts and there have never been any problems. This is a very strange situation now. I didn't expect the support to ignore me, it's quite unprofessional
Update:
I have received absolutely no notification from support, but I can no longer log into my account. When I log in, I get a message: banned!
The good news is that they paid me USDT into my wallet.
I still think the level of communication is below the minimum level of professionalism.

It's been over two days since my withdrawal in USDT (a small amount of 40 USDT). That's the longest I've waited so far, it's usually been relatively quick.
Why don't you just ask where the problem is? Sometimes I catch their support agent Linda in the live support but even if she isn't online you can still send an offline message and expect a reply from her within 12 hours give or take.
2 days seems a bit long to be honest. Only once I think I waited a bit long, then I cancelled it and made a new withdrawal which then got sent out in no time for whatever reason.

Navodno shema funkcionira već dvije godine:s XY mjenjačnice se šalje transakcija na neku kladionicu/casino i nakon što se napravi isplata s te kladionice/casina na istu mjenjačnicu, od mjenjačnice se dobije cca 6-7% provizije (ili čega već). Stvarno nemam više detalja osim da to netko pokušava prodati za 1500 eura pa pretpostavljam da je neka vrsta scama
