I just want to comment that the site itself is good, but the support itself is absolutely terrible. I deposited X amount and was told I would receive a deposit bonus, but never arrived.
First time contacting support, received a response 20 minutes later telling me it would be credited soon then my chat was closed.
Second time contacting support, received a response an hour later, provided a response within 12 minutes with screenshot requested, got another response an hour and a half later asking for more screenshots and then chat closed before I could respond.
Third time contacting support, I explicitly said I had raised 2 tickets and had been closed without giving me a chance to respond and to please leave it open, I receive a response 3 hours later with a useless link to a help article which had clearly not applied and then ticket closed before I could respond.

Did you check your betting history - assuming you were placing bets on something else at the same time (possibly with a different device)?
If you can show your balance decreasing by several $200 when you are placing a $2.40 bet, that's something you can flag to support but otherwise I can't see what the issue is

I will however mention some of your usernames you signed up under ronyozifa2, evergreenyellow, Ekufydel869, alminorities4, Ejewavosa956, Ypesype768, Ohydezym659, Opixyzy33, Ibahyhe91, Oxobino323, crewchellenge, greatnino, igumama, richardo3o, Akruti09 and I could go on since there are about 20 more at least. But honestly OP at this point you're simply going around in circles, same as with your other fake accusations you made from your other account here, we go around in circles, til you're caught in a lie, ignore everything, then proceed in coming back in 2 months with another story. If you'd actually put this energy towards some honest work, I'm more or less sure you'd make 10 times more money than the amounts you try to extort/scam from casinos online.

You are wrong only noobs trust the trust of Trust Pilot. It is an open secret that almost all users know about the manipulated feedback on that site. So, usually, people do not rely on the feedback on Trust Pilot. However I cant comment about it longer since you did not provide any proof for your complaint.

Not clear as to why this was requested - I guess because I've had some winnings (up ~1k USD)? Noting I pretty much exclusively play Crash and I'm down at least 10x that from other sites over the past couple of months, just had some luck here.

How much is your withdrawal amount? 48 hours is more than enough to process a withdrawal. If you have won a good amount from your deposit, then they are investigating on your account. They are doing false marketing here by adding the "No KYC" in the ANN thread title. But the representative mentioned it several times that they may request personal information from the user. Withdrawal is just under 500 USD from a 200 deposit (from memory), so seems like that may be the case..

How you came to know that they do not need to do KYC? You should read their terms and conditions otherwise you may face any problems. They need to do KYC you can understand it if you see they restrict countries. If you do not need to do KYC then how they will avoid those countries? in this story there is something that made me worried and that is the part where the person who is accusing the casino says that after making KYC the casino asked him to make a video call with him , and seriously? Is handing over documents and taking a selfie holding documents not enough for KYC? honestly if a casino asks for video call then that casino is at a very high level of KYC and for me this requirement is scary
I've seen weirder requests from other companies like asking the customer to take a selfie or a photo from the street were you live.Requesting a video call is becoming one of the mandatory requirements to complete identity verification. I believe it's needed to confirm that the submitted documents actually belong to the one accessing the account.
Besides, if someone is OK with submitting his documents and revealing his identity, why would he refuse to make the video call?! Anyway, it looks like the accuser doesn't mind doing it.
Agreed & if any casino stated very clearly on signup that a video call KYC would be required if you won a large amount they would get far less traffic
