You're right that the Saudi Arabian League will start soon, and this season's competition will likely be even more intense than last season. Currently, in the Saudi Arabian League, I don't think any team is truly favored to win. Currently, teams like Al Hilal, Al Nasr, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli all have nearly the same performance. So, with that in mind, I think the competition in the Saudi Arabian League will definitely be even fiercer. Speaking of dark horses, I don't think there will be any more of them in the Saudi Arabian League this season. Unlike last season, when Al Qadisiyah performed very well as a newcomer, this season, I don't think there will be any dark horses.

Because, looking at other teams besides the top five you mentioned, I don't think there are any special teams in the Saudi Arabian League. So, with that in mind, I think the competition in the Saudi Arabian League will be limited to those top five teams. And regarding Al Nasr, I also want them to win this season. However, I think Al Nasr needs to improve their defense even more. I believe they have a significant weakness in their defense. So, if Al Nasr wants to have a better chance of winning the Saudi Arabian League, they need to improve their defense first.

I thought it was going to be an easy win for Liverpool but Newcastle gave them a good competition, even after getting a red card they were still able to equalize at the 88th minute into the game. If an extra 10 minutes or more wasn't added then the game would have ended as a draw. For Newcastle to be able to put up such a good performance against Liverpool means they are really going to be a challenge for other teams

PSG remains the strongest team in the league despite not starting so strong they have not been defeated by any team in the two matches they have played so far the only thing lacking in the them is their ability not to score many goals as they are expected since they are a bigger opponent in all the teams they have played. In their up coming game against Toulouse, PSG is expected to win but fans should not be taking much risk in expecting them to score up to 3 to 4 goals until the team starts scoring goals, the best option would be PSG to win or under 3.5 goals.

I don't think that Manchester City would be that good to be considered a strong candidate for winning a UEFA Champions League title. Because the previous season was really bad for then even still they are feeling a bit hazy in team performance and that's why I believe that Manchester City wouldn't be able to win the UEFA Champions League titles or be considered the favorite for the title... Despite Inter Milan also looking weak. Like after the departure of Inzaghi, Inter Milan didn't even make any sense.

Moreover, if I picked up the top 5 candidates for the UEFA Champions League titles, then I would choose Barcelona for the top spot, 2nd would be PSG, 3rd would be Liverpool, 4th would be Real Madrid, and the 5th one would be the rest.

This was a surprising result following how late Newcastle equalized and it would have been easier to have ruled the game off as a draw. Liverpool didn’t play at their best today, the red card was all it took to give them the advantage but even then, Newcastle was such a challenge in the end, they just were unable to take the lead or hold the game in a draw. Ekitike has gone to be such a force in Liverpool, has scored in both Liverpool games thus far.

The way Al Nassr lost, was a humiliating one after spending that much on players. They were clearly the better team, and yet they still failed to win. That is the problem they have, even when they are the better team, they lose, and they can't afford to do that much. Ronaldo lost the chance to get one more cup, and it is really not looking good, been years since he got one, they got one on his first year and nothing after that.

I really do hope that for his mental sake, they finally win something this year. Like if you were to compare the teams, I would say they actually have a chance to win this season, the whole league, they are good enough to make that happen. I can't see that right now though if they play like this.

Not a good result and Erik Ten Hag will be under huge pressures in front of the team and their fans.
Hoffenheim is a medium team but they could make surprises like we say in the previous seasons against top teams including Bayern Munich.
A round result means nothing but Bayer Leverkusen will not tolerate more failure in the future.

Luis Enrique took a huge risk by letting Donnarumma go. Despite his strategic needs, relying on the inexperienced Chevalier is a gamble. PSG should be retain Donnarumma at all costs, he was a key pillar in PSG Champions League success last season. Donnarumma reportedly demanded a higher salary increase in contract extension discussions, which PSG are reluctant to meet.

If Donnarumma were to leave for Manchester City, I think it would be a good move for his career, but so far no official offer has been made. Situationally, Pep Guardiola would likely have to sacrifice Ederson if he signed Donnarumma, and that's likely to happen. If Chevalier fails to live up to expectations, Luis Enrique will face harsh criticism this season.

Australia played very poorly in the first two matches of the ODI series due to which they lost the series against South Africa. In the third match, Australia's performance was sky-high, they scored 431 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 50 overs. Australia will definitely win today by a huge margin, but the series result will be a 2/1 win for South Africa. In today's match, the Australian batsmen played brilliantly in the beginning and each of the top order batsmen scored a century, due to which they collected a huge score.

The challenge for Ten Hag is at least to maintain the team's performance as it was last season. A slight decline in performance will certainly lead to criticism of him. However, a slight improvement will not mean much because Leverkusen has already performed well in previous seasons.
If Ten Hag cannot make this team better, it will definitely become a factor that will be closely watched. There has already been a lot of criticism regarding his selection as the replacement for the previous coach, and if there is a decline in performance, fans could very well become angry.

Not having to win  the major trophy is not just enough reason to think that Ronaldo has not been successful in the Saudi league, I know success is often measured by the trophy a player has gotten over time but then again there are times when a players effort becomes clear that they have been their best but may just not be lucky but Ronaldo has achieved over a 100 career goal at the Saudi league so far so he is doing well although I wished for him to win this title but anyways congratulations to the winners already.

Al Ahly denied Ronaldo his second official trophy, and honestly, I felt disappointed about that. With the kind of players Al Nassr has now, I didn't expect them to lose in this Saudi Super final. I know Al Ahly is also a strong team, and both teams showed equal performance, but I had high expectations for Al Nassr to win this match. However, it ended in a penalty shootout, and Al Nassr's weakness in midfield affected their game. The absence of Sadio Mané also contributed to their loss. Cristiano Ronaldo put in effort to help the team win this trophy, but luck wasn't on their side but that's football, hard luck to them.

The poor campaign of Leverkusen this season we can not transfer all blame on Eric Ten Hag for what is going, two losses at the beginning of the season, tue management has not being up and doing this season with financing in signing the right talents in replacing their best players they are selling to another clubs.

Ten Hag can only make use of what players at his disposal right now and it is quickly revealing that this season is going to be a bad long season for Leverkusen.

Even if it is a problem, Italy should still have enough young players who can be developed to play at the national level. Chelsea gave their best in the match, you could see the hunger in them. Neto and Enzo, two players in my FPL were instrumental to their success in the match and I'm happy I have them in my team. Although something still seem off in the attacking line of Chelsea, that team co-ordination that confuses the defense of the opponent is not there yet. Maybe with time we will be seeing more improvement but surely Chelsea is a team to beat this season.

Australia looks vulnerable against South Africa. South Africa has a stronger batting lineup when their opening pair fails like today, the other batsmen takes the responsibility. Matthew Breetzke made 88 out of 78. While for Australia, Its either Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh and Josh Inglis. If all three works they get to a good total otherwise they are all out for a small one like today. This makes Australia one of the poor team. I wasn't expecting it to lose to South Africa back to back with such huge margins but they seem struggling every matches. India, New Zealand looks to be in better shape than Australia.

We expected that Australian International ODI cricket team will chase the score in this match as that is one of the best team of the World and many players of that team are playing different leagues and they are earning high income in this league. Mitchell Marsh tried to give support to the team when team situation was very bad in this match because that team gave more runs in this match due to which opponent team was dominant in this match.  South Africa International cricket team will win the series by 2-1 which is my prediction because they have great confidence after Winning the WTC final and series .Players should continue this performance if they want to win this series . Australia team should work on the weaknesses.

The reason for retirement from the national team to play foreign leagues may be that the cricket board of that country has not been able to properly evaluate the players. If I talk about West Indies, then I have to say that most of the players from West Indies play foreign leagues more and so far there is no foreign league where West Indies players have not been seen on the field.
I think West Indies players retire very quickly to play foreign leagues because they do not get proper evaluation from the cricket board of the country.

Eric Ten Hang, what exactly are you doing here with this Bayern Leverkusen team? I'm just wondering because initially I thought it was going to get better as more days is passing by with him as the head coach of Leverkusen but it's not. I'm still wondering how they will cope when their league season officially starts in few days time.
