Here are the messages between the Magkaisa account and  myself. At no point was a promise made to not disclose any contact between us, nor was there anything of secrecy he stated that forced me to unilaterally conclude it should not be disclosed.

The Magkaisa account made almost zero effort (bar the minimum) to post anything of substance in the PMs or the thread.

Hello Mr. Magkaisa,

I hope you are well. I am sending this PM as you might be unaware of an update in a thread.

Kindly look at the thread as a request asking for your co-operation has been posted: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5535279.msg65771645#msg65771645

Kind Regards

If you do not post in the thread, I will have to publish your reply. The forum members deserve it.

I am updated with the thread..
I did signed the address before, it was proven. but the very old address, i really cant open it.
the account gunhell16 that was linked to me was given red tag before and I think he was clear now.
I just dont want to comment on the thread and live peaceful on the forum, what ever i say will be wrong or they will ask more.

I am not doing any harm on the forum and i just want peace. im good with the community of poker now. thank you.

I find your conduct throughout the whole process very disingenuous.

For that reason, I will post in the same thread all communication between us within the next 24 hours unless you post a credible reply to the questions posed.

Do not send any more private messages. Either communicate with me in that thread or not at all.

Kind Regards

I did my best to explain my side before. I did everything I could. i just want to be peaceful.
You can check my postings i am very clear.

PM is personal messages, so this is between you and me. if i cant stop you, then i have no choice.
They can tell everything they want to me. but for me, keeping my self in silent is the best thing.
It was so stressful on my side before and i dont want that to happen again.

Thank you and have a great day.

After beating Zhang and Wilder he was lined up to fight Dubois but Dubois pulled out citing an injury. Parker went on to beat Bakole as the stand-in and Dubois went on to lose to Usyk for the second time.

Parker deserves a title fight. I have Parker down as favourite to beat Wardley but regardless, the winner should be crowned WBA and WBO heavuweight champion. If Usyk wants those titles back,. he will have to challenge the winner. of the Parker vs Wardley fight. I hope that is what happens.

Wildcards and chips, I still need to look these up the rules to understand how these work. Time permitting, I hope to get that done before the games start next weekend. I am enjoying my first season in the fantasy league.

Other than that, it has been a fascinating start to the season, Everton with their new stadium and solid team ethics have a chance of finishing in the top six. Chelsea have the squad to win the title but Liverpool will stand in their way. If Manchester United beat Manchester City next week, there will be pressure on Guardiola. The same applies for Amorim too.

I think we have too many to begin with. I liked it better before when mistakes were way more costly and when you couldn't rearrange the team every few gameweeks.

Thought I'd wildcard now - but too many changes in top teams have happened and I really want to see what kind of minutes new players will be getting.
Example - both Woltemade and Wissa seemed like no-brainers, but now that they both moved to Newcastle neither one really looks attractive anymore.

Apologies for the delay on this response, I have been doing some digging. There will be an update shortly that will close this case, proving that N8snathan knowingly bet on a fixed outcome and has been intentionally dragging our name through the mud here.
This excellent news. If you have anything of substance that proves the OP has made false and malicious accusations against you and Shuffle, his account will be rendered useless. Having said that, at the moment it seems your counter-claim against the OP is flawed.

You have already changed your story from stating the sports provder raised the issue/flag with Shuffle to admitting your blocked the OPs account first and then decided to contact the sports provider. Your version of events was already called in to question when the Stake owner already stated the sports provider did not raise any flags/concerns with that particular situation.

As an aside, it has been an incredibly disappointing experience on this forum that a new account can come and sling a false sports scam accusation at us and within the span of 2 days, our entire brand on the forum has taken a hit.
I think you have to shoulder some responsibility. You have changed your version of events at least once and it does not look good on part of any business to do that. Also, your first response in this thread was somewhat condescending because to post a counter-claim without any evidence (expecting others to simply accept your word) was another error.

I know for a fact that you can buy the support of a 'DT' - I know this because since the flag has been raised, I have had multiple people reaching out offering to remove it for $10k or thereabouts. If that's all it takes to temporarily ruin the reputation of a platform that takes so much pride in being a safe place to play, then I don't think we want to continue being meaningfully involved in this forum.
Of those that have supported the flag, there are four that are on DT. If what you claim is true, either you have been contacted by one of them (highly unlikely) or you have been contacted by someone pertaining to be one of them (highly likely) using a similar member name.

I doubt this would have happened on the forum via PM, it might be something prevalent on Telegram. A screenshot will help shed light on the situation.

Those in the fixing world know that there are some fixed bets which are characterised as '100% clean', meaning that providers will not raise flags. N8snathan was told that this bet was 100% clean, which is why he's fighting it so hard and is obviously convinced we have no proof that it was a fix. Unfortunately for him, we do have proof. I'm deciding on the best way of getting that to you all.
Many of us are looking forward to studying the proof when you post it. Could you also provide an explanation why you were not truthful when you stated the sports provider alerted you to concern/flag when the reality is you blocked the OPs account without their request/advice/intervention.

I decided to refrain from supporting the flag and leaving negative feedback because for me it was important to get both sides of the story. If the Stake owner contradicted your version of events, I suppose that alongside the OPs claim would ordinarily meet the criteria to support the flag however I would prefer to understand the other side of the story before supporting the flag.

I am glad you are taking an active approach. If the OP has lied/cheated, I am sure the feedback against you will be removed and flag will be opposed. However, if you fail to materialise with credible verifiable evidence and as a result incur a number of negative feedback, you really will not be able to shift the blame elsewhere.

Though I appreciate your trust in me by offering an access to your account [with you watching me], I don't think such step is necessary at this point, not to mention its a gross violation to privacy that I can't bring myself to do, especially without good cause or outcome.
I think it probably demonstrates the OP has a lot of respect for you hence the offer of you log in to his account. It is (as you correctly pointed out) a step too far and an unnecessary one that also happens to be a gross violation of privacy.

For the time being though, I'm waiting for their side of the story.
They had a lot of time to reply in Casino Guru but opted to skip past the opportunities afforded to them. If they update you with a version of events that will be excellent but in the event they do not respond further, how much time will you allow them to give their side of the story before you give up?

You have signed an old address and claim the account is in your control and was never hacked. Having said that, there had been a lot of speculation surrounding your activity in the forum hence this post.

Apart from the Mr. Magkaisa account, how many other accounts do you operate and can you explain the connection between the Mr. Magkaisa and gunhell16 accounts?

What kind of attack are you doing now.
I dont care what you see there, as you can take a look on my account this is created April 2022,dont ask me why that happened.
You can take a look on that post you are comparing also.

for me i proved that this account is mine and not hacked.
Thats it for me. you can message other people of you have problem with them.

For the lassst active section: i am onlline today almost the whole dfay after i read the accusations.

I suppose they needed specific recruitment during the summer and a lack of it affected Aston Villa. I thought Rogers would have started making those performances again (as he did many times last season) but that did not happen. Hopefully he will bring you points when the next games take place. If he can step up performances against the two newly promoted teams, it could start a great run for him.

To some degree I feel sorry for Emery, as manager he wants to work with players he selected. Maybe it has something to do with budgeting because they have Sancho and Elliott on loan and Lindelof on a free transfer. Sancho and Elliott will make instant impacts in the Villa team as they should start the games rather than sit on the bench.

My only concerns are Dorgu and Rogers, but Aston Villa's SUN and BUR fixtures looks too good.

by

This is extremely bad PR on part of Usyk and his team. I think based on the video, the WBO will strip Usyk of the title and the comments made by Warren about Usyk not fighting again this year are probably true. Maybe Usyk wants to lose the WBO belt in the hope of fighting the holder in 2026 for yet one more unification heavyweight. Other than that it makes no sense at all for him to avoid Parker.

Not gonna lie, Usyk’s PR team taking an L here – dancing while claiming a wrist injury is asking for memes. But let’s keep it real - the guy’s been fighting top dogs back-to-back, he’s earned a breather. Usyk doesn’t fear anyone at heavyweight - man outboxed AJ twice and schooled Fury. He’s one of the few guys who actually plays it straight in this sport, unlike a certain Gypsy King we all know...

That said, a WBO mando is a mando, sooner or later he’s gotta either sign the contract or cough up the belt. Parker’s been looking sharp lately, earned his shot, and that fight would be a proper scrap.

Benteke was a goal threat when he was at Aston Villa but when he went to Liverpool it seemed as though he was feeling the pressure of living up the expectations of the club. As for Carroll, he was not worth the £35 million fee Liverpool paid Newcastle United to buy him and probably suffered from the same pressure that Benteke did. Carroll was never a prolific goalscorer (as proven by his subsequent moves to other clubs) therefore I have no idea why Liverpool chased him.

Back to the matter on hand. For tactical reasons, Isak will probably not be in my team.

Yeah brilliant on paper but let's wait and see what he brings to the new team - we saw Benteke, Andy Carroll deals to Liverpool and how all hype and noise ended. A move that ruined their promising career forever.

⭐ Merited by Rating Place (1)
When the arbiter states "I have repeatedly tried to contact the casino but have had no success" it shows the world that BC Game are not interested in preserving their reputation. If they are not going to counter any allegations made against them (or be selective in the ones they do), they have zero credibility.

The complaints against them continue both in the forum and on other platforms. Keeping aside the USD$ amounts in questions, I would not be surprised at all if the recent events were a precursor to them going down the exit-scam route.

A Casino Guru complaint filed by a player from Brazil on July 21 was closed today as unresolved after 42 days because BC.Game Support refused to cooperate. The player’s situation was similar to mine, involving a failure of the casino’s loss limit tool. The disputed amount was even smaller than mine. The player only sought 3,117 R$ (about $572 USD), yet BC.Game Support still stonewalled and refused to provide a single response.

The complaint can be found here: https://casino.guru/complaints/bc-game-casino-player-s-loss-due-to-system-failure

This shows a clear pattern. Even when the stakes are as low as a few hundred dollars, BC.Game Support refuses to engage, ignores evidence, and counts on complaints being closed unresolved. If they behave like this over $572, what hope does any player have when the amounts are larger?

It's as per OP's request, for his wager to be returned while waiting for investigation to be done instead of getting it returned plus or minus winning following a verdict.

I conveyed the request to Shuffle and they agreed.
My point being why would they do it? If there was scam activity going on, why would they return the deposits while the investigation was still ongoing? They should have allowed the investigation to be completed and then take a course of action. It is a highly unusual step that might be rare or never have happened before in this forum.

Umm... there might be a bigger and more complex story here. Noah just begin giving me his side of the puzzle to piece together..
That is true. Having said that, I hope you press him on the following.

The OP and ndumm (Noah) have gambled away from the forum and are known to each other. He unfairly and probably illegally seized control of the OPs Shuffle account until they settled a private poker debt unrelated to Shuffle. Noah also did the same to a friend of the OP in order to blackmail him. This immediately raises alarms.

Also, if Stake have stated that particular event had zero flags or concerns from the sports provider, why did Shuffle cite it as an excuse to withhold payment owed to the OP?

I would like to know what Shuffle/Noah have to present as a counter argument.

Despite spending thousands in advertisement, Shuffle might be shooting themselves in the foot by making shady decisions. Not a smart move in the long run. Let me wait for the full part of the story on either sides.
I am not impressed with the Shuffle owner blocking the account of the OP because he had to pay a debt that was between them playing poker privately (not even on the Shuffle website). It seems in order to blackmail the OP, it Noah even blocked the account of the OPs friend. If true, this is completely unacceptable conduct.

You are making assumptions that the fight will happen soon but all indications point to Usyk not fighting again in 2025. For Usyk to beat Parker, they need to meet in the ring. Only Parker is trying to make the fight happen whereas Usyk is avoiding it. While Usyk is out dancing on stage while claiming to be injured, it is Parker that is training for the fight in the hope it will happen.

I still think USYK got this match, This match will be done soon as USYK dont want to be dethroned with out a fight.
Parker need to train more as the defendiong champion is not ordinary as Tyson Fury did not make it. He should get his defense on!
Dont be a mouth trash fight and give all his gut on the training and show it in the ring!

Unless there is solid evidence of wrongdoing on your part, what on earth is Shuffle doing by returning the initial amount yet not paying you any winnings? If Stake have confirmed there were no problems with the provider in the same instance as Shuffle claimed there was, it means Shuffle is scamming.

I will also support the flag, leave negative feedback and distrust the Shuffle account (ndumm) unless they reply with an acceptable explanation soon.

The initial bet amount has been returned, now I'm waiting for them to settle it as a win.

It will be extremely unfair on Parker if he is deprived of a title fight against Usyk. He has worked very hard and waited for the chance. First it Dubois that pulled out of the IBF title fight and now it seems to be Usyk. If he fought against Usyk all of the titles would be on the line and I think Parker earned the right.

I hope Usyk manages to sign some sort of contract with Parker before the WBO take action and strip him of the title. His dance video raises questions about his injury claims therefore the WBO has asked for medical proof to confirm whether Usyk is in injured or not and that has tainted his legacy.

If Parker does fight Wardley or another opponent, it is because he is determined to continue boxing until he gets a title fight. Full credit to Parker for chasing the Usyk fight. As for Usyk, what is he doing?

Isak will be a brilliant addition to any squad. Having Isak on the pitch should give them the edge over their nearest competitors and they should win the Premier League. Slot will have a headache rotating his squad while Guardiola and Arteta are probably having sleepless nights  Grin

Great addition to their squad, but now I'm concerned about Ekitike's development and playing time; the only reason they got him was Newcastle's refusal to sell Isak initially.  Gakpo, Isak, and Salah will now play up front.  However, I am also concerned about Gakpo's minutes too.

It's too early jump on Isak; he hasn't played in a long time. Keep Ekitike till Isak starts playing.

Ekitike with free  £1.7m gives you Isak. For those with Ekitike.

Your conduct in this matter is alarming and not professional at all.

If the user has a history of abusing your platform, why did you tolerate him long enough to create a history of abuse? You should have banned the account on the very first (alleged) abuse.

Now that you mentioned it, you should elaborate on specifically how many times the OP has abused the Shuffle platform and what you did on every one of those instances. Not only that, how do you respond to the OP when he stated Stake informed him there was no issue with that specific sports provider having no flags?

This seems to look very bad for Shuffle.

Hi guys - this user bet a fixed match, which naturally we do not tolerate whatsoever. It’s not the first time, this user has a history of abusing our platform, so unfortunately for him he’s all out of warnings.

Thanks,
Noah

Re: Whale.io 🐳 | ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2025/2026
by

As far as I am concerned, Manchester City are going to struggle. They put together an impressive run at the end of last season (that managed to coincide with Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United dropping points) that allowed them to finish in a Champions League spot. This season, from the start they showed they can be beaten when teams attack them. Their defence is not solid and they do not have a midfield line that breaks down opponents. As for goals, Haaland has not been prolific for quite some time and if not him where will the goals come from?

Those that compared Guardiola to Ferguson forgot that over time he rebuilt many teams to keep Manchester United successful. In 27 seasons in the top league under Ferguson, this is the Manchester United record:

Premier League won: 13 times
Finished second: 7 times
Finished third: 3 times
Finished outside third: 4 times

In the Premier League era, they never finished outside the top three. The four times they finished outside the top three were in the First Division era. Guardiola has been phenomenal at Manchester City, especially with 4 Premier League wins in a row as well as the treble winning Champions League season but his success fades when compared with Ferguson:

Premier League won: 6 times
Finished second: 1 time
Finished third: 2 times
Finished outside third: 0 times

This is the 10th year Guardiola will be managing Manchester City. Though he stands above all other Premier League managers, he cannot be compared to Ferguson and will always be below him.

Isak scored 62 goals across 109 games for Newcastle United. His Premier League record is impressive, he scored 23 Premier League goals last season in  34 games. In the season before, he scored 21 goals in 30 games and in his first season he scored 10 goals in 22 games.

I think most of us would agree Isak will bring more than goals to the Liverpool team. He was desperate to play in the Champions League and will be doing that with Liverpool but is he worth £125 million? We should have a clearer indication by the end of the season.

How many will try to add him to our teams now?  Grin
