Blocking your account and giving them these justifications means that they are sure that your account should be banned, and they are not waiting for "emails or posts" to re-disclose the matter. Roobet is not stealing your money they pam locked your account and from their reply I read and the screenshot, you've already wage $2m that's ridiculous and your deposit source seemed like an illegal one too. How can you possibly have over $50k on your account. They are cleaning the site from people like you.

Though Roobet has zero percent tolerance about breaking their rules but they were always on the side of the users, listened to them, and solved their problems nicely. In fact, Roobet is very user-friendly from the beginning and they are transparent on their rules and regulations. I think OP failed to provide the transparency of his source of wealth, that's why he got perma-blocked.

Is there any chance you have a record of your deposits to RooBet? If you can provide us with the transaction IDs, preferably screenshots of your Roobet deposit history, that might help. Sometimes its quite easy to tell whether or not funds came from Binance or another big exchange.

If they cite you specifically then all you need is to provide all the details and i am hoping they will resolve the issue or they would respond on the issue which will give more clarity.

So you provided you KYC and then they blocked your account, i am hoping the team would respond to you and they must be having some representatives in the sites as they are conducting many giveaways and the amount you are talking about is not a big one considering they have a big budget with they way they are advertising.

Did they ask for any details or what? I don’t much about Roobet terms and conditions but for me they must explain everything to you since this is not an east money. Can I ask what happen to your friends account after spending that much of money? Is he banned as well?

I don't know if Roobet will answer in this thread or not but I think their reputation will still at stake here and afaik they don't have an active customer service in this forum, try other social media channels instead.

Roobet is one of the most reputable gambling site today and I'm sure they can answer all your queries so better to communicate with them since you're dealing with a huge money and we all know that gambling can be a good place to spend the money from a stolen funds so you cannot blame Roobet from doing this.

Though its not fair to permanently banned you without defending yourself, they should here your side and if they asked you to provide KYC and proof of income, maybe you can comply with it so you can get your money back and leave this site.
