I’d like to warn everyone about what seemed to be a very good casino – monkeytilt.com. I created an account some time ago, placed a few bets, and wanted to withdraw my funds – they requested verification. I don’t have a problem with that (although the number of required documents was, to say the least, absurd – ID, PAN Card, driver’s license, a selfie with the ID, and a selfie with the driver’s license). Before I sent the last of the documents, I was informed that my funds had been confiscated due to having multiple accounts – supposedly several accounts linked to the same email address. This explanation is completely unreasonable, as creating multiple accounts with the same email is technically impossible. It seems like a weak excuse to simply steal the money. I’ve received no response for days regarding my request to have my deposit returned. So be careful with them.

Sometimes some platforms can be good to make a refund if you contact the support most especially those that are paid into the wrong chain, I experienced that in an exchange when I sent in the wrong chain address and support told me to give them 3 working days and after the timeline, the money was released into my account so yes what you said is the truth.


But we have some sites that make dead-end mistakes if you send it to the wrong address you should consider your money gone and the warning is always boldly written to send warning signals to defaulters.

This is, most probably, a geographical error, and I will tell you why. I was trying to play some slots just now. I tried multiple games but kept seeing the error again and again, I even tried contacting the support to get some help with it, but then I realized that I had my VPN on. As soon as I turned it off, the games started working.

I'm not sure how many regions are affected by this, but my VPN was set to the Netherlands, and I was getting this error, which means that the Netherlands is either blacklisted or something; I don't know; only a representative can provide more insight on this.

My question was not about old or new version. I have noticed that old. I was more interested why old version still exist. And why if gambler, that has registered on new version, in case he had deposit problems, should search for assistance from old version. Looks on the situation, person made a deposit, got problem, goes to old version, but cant login, because he is from restricted country (when on new version his country is acceptable). This makes his problem unsolvable.

The negative on Trustpilot are not made up, they are base on real user experiences and we already see that you confiscate funds from users which prooves its a scam already.
You did not raise 21 M, its just made up to gain trust but you can forget that. I am sure that the scam accusations on Bitcointalk and Trustpilot will follow up soon.

Funny but not surprising that everybody(monkeytilt shels) is defending this project, while things are really not clear.
There was not a raise fund for 21 milion, don't believe this trashtalk. They prepared well for this site and thought to make some easy money.
There is no way one arth an organisation will give a loan for 21 million for this project.
This makes me even more sceptical and I want to advise users not to play here.

Absolute joke! Came on chat with deposit issues. Agent taking chat could not give me an answer, left me waiting. I asked for list of countries that host certain payment methods, did not provide it and literally abandoned chat. Now my account is blocked. So if they don't know the answer they block you. Joke how they treat customers. Do not invest in them
