প্রথম উপার্জন সবার জন্যই অনেক আনন্দের হয়ে থাকে সেটা হোক চাকরি ক্ষেত্রে কিংবা অন্য ক্ষেত্রে। তবে প্রথম উপার্জন খুব অল্প পরিমাণ হলেও নিজের কাছে গর্ববোধ করার মত হয়ে দাঁড়ায়। আমাদের ছোট বড় সবারই স্বপ্ন যে আমরা একদিন এই ফোরাম থেকে কিছুটা হলেও উপার্জন করতে পারব এবং সেদিন আমি আমার প্রথম উপার্জনের কথা আপনাদেরকে শেয়ার করব সেই অনুভূতিটার জন্য অপেক্ষা করছি।আপনার কথা শুনে মনে হচ্ছে আপনি এই বিষয় নিয়া একটু বেশিই জেলাস। ট্রান্সলেশন এর ব্যাপারটা আপনি নেগেটিভ নিচ্ছেন কেনো? আপনি করতে পারতেছেন না এর জন্য নাকি ট্রান্সলেট করায় কিছু মেরিট দেওয়া হচ্ছে এর জন্য? হা বুঝতে পারতেছি আপনি এমন মন্তব্য কেনো করলেন তবে পাবলিক প্লেসে না বলি।
ট্রান্সলেট করার কারনে বাংলা বোর্ডের যে কি পরিমান রেপুটেশন বাড়তেছে তা বলে শেষ করা যাবে না। যেমন
গ্লোবাল বোর্ড এর মেগা পোস্টগুলো ট্রান্সলেট করার মাঝে জেলাস হবার কি আছে! গুগল ট্রান্সলেট দিয়ে ট্রান্সলেট করে কিছু কারেকশন করলেই ট্রান্সলেটর হওয়া যায় না। আমাদের বোর্ডে Learn Bitcoin এবং DYING_S0UL ছাড়া কাওকে ট্রান্সলেশন এর স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ফলো করতে দেখিনা। আর কি রেপুটেশন বাড়তেসে সেটা গ্লোবাল মেম্বারদের আমাদের বোর্ড সম্পর্কে কথা শুনলেই বুঝা যায়। ট্রান্সলেট করার কারনে বাংলা বোর্ডের যে কি পরিমান রেপুটেশন বাড়তেছে তা বলে শেষ করা যাবে না। যেমন

সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে আমাদের এইখানে অনুবাদ ভয়াবহ আকার ধারণ করেছে। সত্যি বলতে আমি এতটাই বিরক্ত বোধ করছি যে দেখলেই মনে হচ্ছে ইগ্মোর করি। আগে আপনি কিংবা আর একজন করত সেইটা মোটামুটি পড়া হইত, এখন দেখলেই বিরক্ত লাগে। আর খুব প্রয়োজনীয় টপিক ছাড়া অনুবাদ করারও মানে হয় না।আপনার কথায় বুঝা যাচ্ছে Little Mouse ভাই ও আপনাদের দেখে জেলস অনুভব করছেন।

@Z_MBFM ১২ অক্টোবর থেকে ২০ অক্টোবর এর মধ্যে তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করেছে এবং সে এই তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করা বাবদ ৪০ মেরিট পেয়েছে। তিনি সাত দিনে তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করেছেন।
@DYING_S0UL আগস্টের শেষের দিক থেকে অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করেছে তাহলে আমরা কার অনুবাদ করা পোস্ট পড়বো। একটা অনুবাদ করা পোস্ট পড়তে যতক্ষণ লাগে তার থেকেও কম সময় হয়তো আরেকজন আর একটি প্রশ্ন অনুবাদ করে।
গ্লোবাল সেকশন থেকে যারা অনুবাদ করা পোস্টে অনেক বেশি পরিমাণ মেরিট দিয়ে থাকেন তাদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলছি আপনারা কিছুদিন অনুবাদ করা পোস্ট বাবদ মেরিট দেওয়া বন্ধ করুন, আর যদি একান্তই মেরিট দিতে হয় তাহলে সীমিত পরিসরে দিন যাতে পোস্ট অনুবাদ করার নামে বাংলা সেকশনে স্পামিং না হয়।

Kenya's shilling is expected to weaken due to persistent demand for dollars from the manufacturing and energy sectors.
Commercial banks quoted the shilling at 149.80/150.00 per dollar, compared with last Thursday's closing rate of 148.85/149.05. The shilling's present level - first touched on Wednesday - is a record low, according to LSEG data.
"The shilling is weakening daily. I have seen manufacturing and energy (sectors) buy (dollars)," a trader at one commercial bank said.
ZAMBIA
The kwacha will likely continue trading on the back foot against the dollar next week as demand for petroleum products weighs on the local unit.
On Thursday, commercial banks quoted the currency of Africa's second-largest copper producer at 21.79 per dollar from 21.73 a week ago.
