I search on google and found a result if "account at risk" is where the account mostly have broke the casino rules [1] I believe you're lying and trying to blame bc.game while actually you're the one who did fault. Anyway since the representative in this forum isn't active since last year, you can ask on their forum, maybe their representative want to reply you.
"Account at risk is not handled here at live support. Please be patient our core team will respond to you through e-mail." It's 25 days I'm patient but my problem didn't solved.
The only "reasonable" thing I can think of they are not responding to you is if you abused their policy and that is why they refuse to communicate with you.
No, it's not the reason. The delay of response is happening to other users too. They have a lot of requests. I think they should prepare new way to solve issues. 25 days delay is really too much.

Where are you trying to take it with all these accounts you're creating in this forum? Just bashing a site using multiple accounts? How exactly are you asking for sympathy when you're doing something like this?

In the end, you have your "story" and I have mine. I will make another deposit this evening and I will try my luck again... in case something goes wrong I will make a complaint, I have my transaction history, I can provide various screenshots, and I can prove I am a fair player.... can you do the same?

@tomal1003, based on the screenshots you provided, you dont need to do full KYC or upload any identification document. They are asking for some basic information like mail adress, IP adress, deposit txid. First time really that I see that a site resuests this but it is different from full KYC. They ask you to send all the infomation to the email adress they provided.
No. They need full KYC for this issue. In the reply of email, they will request KYC.

I believe you are not the only one with this issue, I read several complaints in regards to this same issue, and I thought that the team behind this casino should have resolved this by now, it's really unprofessional that the issue still lingers and worst of all is the fact that their customer care seems to be doing about it, not even responding to tickets.
Anyways, just hope the the OP comes around with a solution to this issue, or like the previous comment said, you can pm him, and hope he comes online soon.

You are not the only one having this issue. I saw some more topics here about the exact same issue you are having. Maybe try to send a PM to the OP. He is not so active but can help you out with this issue. It is unfortunate that live support cant help and that you dont reveice any response yet by mail.
Yeah. I don't know why they don't reply the emails. I was satisfied with BC and I was old member of that. I don't know why this is happened for me.

Although I'm not sure, but I think someone has tried to access your account by entering the wrong password several times. That's why you are getting such error messages. I have faced this type of issue at a different casino. Have you tried to reach their live support with your issue? BC.game live support is accessible without logging into the account. Or you may ask about the issue to their email support 'support@bc.game'
Yeah. I've send messages to live support but they replied can not solve account risk cases. Also I've send email to support@bc.game but didn't receive any response until now. It's over 10 days I can not login into my account. I didn't do anything against of the rules and my account was created over than 1 year. I really need help.
