Apologies, will keep the discussion here.

Update for future people:

1/ Live chat told me there was no hope in overturning or manually checking my verification so I chucked my balance away in frustration
2/Holydarkness did his magic and made them recheck my verification upon which they corrected their error
3/RIP my balance

I appreciate the support and I should have been more patient. Live chat told me there was no chance of manually reviewing or reversing the verification. I guess my punishment is the balance I threw away.

Thank you Holydarkness

UPDATE: After I wrote off BC.game as a scam and threw away my balance since they blocked my withdrawal, BC game have no changed my verification status to approved (without any further nudging from me.....)

Did they just delay my withdrawal to encourage me to throw away the balance..............................................

This also means that my initial verification submission was perfectly fine and wrongly blocked since I haven't resubmitted anything...........

Hmm... have it ever crossed into the realm of possibility in your mind that maybe... just maybe, because I am not sure myself how far is my influence and nudge that I did earlier today affected your situation, but is it remotely possible to you that they look into your case and manually check and adjust your "type of document" for the KYC after I nudge them? And that there wasn't any malicious intent, rather a simple misunderstanding and automation being clicked into place and straightened?

I didn't attempt the advanced KYC.

For standard KYC, it kept saying my pictures weren't clear enough so i kept taking new ones and resubmitting them. The third time it let the pictures/verification go through for 'pending' review and then blocked my verification.

I verified on stake and cloudbet with the same ID within the last 4-6 weeks.

I have full KYC on other sites. BC game seems very suspect and I decided that trying to work with scammers or at the very least unethical companies like BC.game isn't worth the effort, so I've asked them to close my account and write this off as a learning experience. Will stick to Stake in the future.

Live chat isnt really giving me any options to withdraw and is saying Ive lost access to my funds.

I didnt deposit anything for the bonus and then once I lost it all I put in $140.

If support already gave their final decision on your case then you can’t do anything to overturn the result if you will just rely on contacting their support.

Try to seek help for Casinoguru or Askgamblers since they can get the attention of BC to re-evaluate your case again.

@Holydarkness is a good help on your case because he has direct contact with support. I read your case and it seems you are not disclosing everything on how you complete your KYC.

Can you clarify whether your mistake is just 1 time error on submission of KYC or do it multiple times since in your statement you emphasized that you just select the wrong type of ID while in your screenshot it shows that you failed to verify both basic and advanced KYC on your account.

Also, It’s very hard to compared to separate casino KYC process because you verify both casino on different time and there’s no guarantee you use same type of ID because you can’t post it here due to privacy.

BC support sometimes show up here when there’s already a pile of concern. Just wait for him to become active again.

Then I guess you experienced the loophole casino sometimes use to block any withdrawal on their casino. They have reason to use for blocking since you admitted already that you attempt multiple times to submit your ID for KYC verification.

They will just use it as an excuse when they made a comment here since they can’t disclose in public the quality of your KYC.

I encourage you to pursue AG and CG case.

Issues can happen time to time and it's challenge for all business. Whether they handle problems properly or not, will decide how their business gains more reputation in the industry and customer community. I agree with you that all necessary data on the issues must be gathered, then analyzed carefully and it takes time. Later, it will be next steps of fixing issues and it takes quite considerable time too.
Exactly. There is no business that have no challenges. I believe BC.Game team is aware of this matter. However, before they decide anything, they need time to investigate or collect all information needed. That's why we can't expect them to bring the solution as quick as possible. But I trust BC.Game team that they are very capable to handle any issues.

I've noticed that when someone accuses a casino of cheating, they often lack credible evidence. So, it's natural to assume that someone who claims a casino is cheating is lying. They're probably frustrated because they couldn't control themselves and ultimately lost everything.
You're right. They didn't show clear proof and they are mostly newbies accounts. I am a bit confused that most of the complains come from newbies.  Undecided

I've contacted the support team several times and received a quick response when I encountered a problem. Even if they don't respond immediately, they'll usually tell us how long we should wait until action is taken. Especially if the cheating is being accused of a reputable casino, which will inevitably lead to requests for proof.
Yep. So far, I also have no bad issues. They are quite fast responding any problem.

I’ve been using a few crypto casinos over the past few months (Stake, Cloudbet, Shuffle), and I’ve successfully verified and withdrawn over $2,000 from each with no major issues.

Recently, I decided to try BC.Game after receiving a bonus offer via email. I played for a bit, and when I tried to withdraw half my balance, I was prompted to complete KYC verification. I submitted the required documents (the same ones I used on Stake) and passed the facial liveliness check.

However, I may have mistakenly selected the wrong document type (I chose "document" instead of "identity card"). I then received the following message:

Your KYC verification was not approved, and you have reached the maximum number of submission attempts. In accordance with platform regulations, we regret to inform you that further verification will no longer be available. Thank you for your understanding.

At this point, I’m locked out of verification and unable to withdraw my remaining balance. It feels unfair—especially compared to other platforms like Stake, which still allowed balance withdrawals even if KYC wasn't completed.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there any way to resolve this with BC.Game or escalate the issue?

Thanks in advance for any advice or help.

First of all, you don't need to compare other platforms with BC.game. Every platform has a different set of rules and you need to abide by them. As you mentioned that you mistakenly selected "document," it seems that you tried it several times, which is why you received a message stating that all of your attempts have been used.

Try to contact the support and tell them the situation, maybe they will help you. By the way, how much did you deposit on that bonus offer at BC.game?
