উচ্চ রক্তচাপ আপনার হার্ট অ্যাটাক এবং স্ট্রোক উভয়ই হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বাড়িয়ে তোলে। আপনার রক্তচাপ কমানোর সর্বোত্তম উপায় সম্পর্কে আপনার ডাক্তারের সাথে কথা বলুন। এখানে কিছু পরামর্শ দেয়া হলো যা উচ্চ রক্তচাপ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে সাহায্য করবে ইনশাল্লাহ।

1. ওজন হ্রাস করুন:
যদি আপনার ওজন বেশি হয় তবে 10 পাউন্ডের চেয়ে কম পরিমাণে হ্রাস করা আপনার রক্তচাপকে হ্রাস করতে পারে। এটি ঘুমের এ্যানিয়াতেও সহায়তা করবে - যখন আপনি ঘুমানোর সময় আপনার শ্বাস সংক্ষেপে একাধিকবার বন্ধ হয়ে যায়।

2. স্বাস্থ্যকর খাওয়া:
রক্তচাপ পরিচালনা ও হ্রাস করার ক্ষেত্রে DASH (ডায়েটরি অ্যাপ্রোচ টু স্টপ হাইপারটেনশন) নামক একটি প্রোগ্রাম অনেকেই সেরা ডায়েট হিসাবে বিবেচনা করে।

৪. আপনার স্ট্রেস হ্রাস করুন:
আপনার মানসিক চাপ কমানো আপনার রক্তচাপকে স্বাভাবিক রাখতে সহায়তা করে। যোগব্যায়াম এবং মন-দেহের অনুশীলনগুলি ব্যবহার করে দেখুন। ধ্যানশক্তি উত্তেজনা থেকেও সাহায্য করতে পারে, যেমন শান্ত সুরে গান শুনতে পারেন। একটি সমীক্ষায় দেখা গেছে যে সংগীত বাজানোর সুবিধা রয়েছে যা শারীরিক ক্রিয়াকলাপে সাহায্য করে।


৫.ধূমপান পরিহার করুন :
সিগারেটের শপথ গ্রহণ সম্ভবত আপনার হৃদয়ের পক্ষে একমাত্র সেরা জিনিস। এটি সাধারণভাবে আপনার স্বাস্থ্যের পক্ষেও ভাল। দীর্ঘমেয়াদে ধূমপান আপনাকেই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করে না, প্রতিবার সিগারেট খেলে আপনার রক্তচাপ বেড়ে যায়। আপনার রক্তচাপ কমিয়ে দিন এবং ছেড়ে দিয়ে আপনার জীবন দীর্ঘায়িত করুন। আপনার যদি শুরু করতে সাহায্যের প্রয়োজন হয় তবে আপনার ডাক্তারের সাথে কথা বলুন।


আপনি যদি এই বিষয়গুলি অনুসরণ করেন তবে আপনি একটি স্বাস্থ্যকর জীবনযাপন করতে পারেন। আমার মায়েরও উচ্চ রক্তচাপের সমস্যা রয়েছে এবং তিনিও এই বিষয়গুলি অনুসরণ করেন এবং এখন তিনি আগের তুলনায় ভাল। আমি মনে করি যে এই নির্দেশিকাগুলি যাদের উচ্চ রক্তচাপের সমস্যা রয়েছে তাদের জন্যও সহায়তা করবে।

I can't.

With too many activities that I have from day to day and things have to be done through the new normal, getting enough sleep is my struggle.  But I know that someday, I'll get enough of it.

Thanks for the reminder about going to gym or exercising. This will make my body tired and sure to give me good sleep, nice idea.
It's my pleasure and I also wish that you will overcame your depression.
A little by little, I'm dealing with it and maybe in the next days or weeks or months, I've totally overcome it.

But for now, I know how to handle it on my own and luckily that it didn't have to go through a lot and make myself put into a bad situation because of its difficulty dealing with it.
I wish you all the best for overcame your all obstacles. Keep you going to your own way & be happy. 😊

I prefer to consume healthy food, have enough sleep, and not try too hard to do something. We should know our limits, so we can prevent anything worst that can happen. Maybe if we almost get high blood pressure, our body will give a sign, but people will usually ignore it and say, I am fine.
I agree with you. We should maintain ourselves & lead a healthy life.

Talk to your doctor about the best ways for you to lower your blood pressure. Here are some things they may suggest.

1.Lose Weight:
If you’re overweight, losing as little as 10 pounds can lower your blood pressure. It will also help with sleep apnea -- when your breathing briefly stops multiple times while you sleep.

2. Eat Healthy:
A program called DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) is considered by many to be the best diet when it comes to managing and lowering blood pressure.

Fruits and vegetables, especially berries, which are high in antioxidants

Whole grains

High-protein foods, like unsalted nuts

6.Quit Smoking:
Swearing off cigarettes is probably the single best thing you can do for your heart. It’s good for your health in general, too. Not only does smoking hurt you over the long term, but your blood pressure goes up every time you have a cigarette. Lower your blood pressure and prolong your life by quitting. If you need help getting started, talk to your doctor.


If you are following these things then you can lead a healthy life. My mother also have high blood pressure problem & she also follow these things and now she is good than before. I think these instructions also help for you guys those are have high blood pressure problem.

I always get lack of sleep and that's the reason why my emotional being isn't well. I feel sometimes not good and thinking that my life isn't that good and I've probably going into the worse of my life.

I thought at first that depression is easy to deal with until I've experienced it and I've felt the hardship of overcoming it, alone. Yeah, alone. I'm good already and I can deal with it on my own through doing things that I like and hopefully, I can get enough sleep which what I really want.
A good sleep is very essential for good mental health. So I think if you sleep properly then your problem will solve mostly. Also you can join gym that's really help you for overcame your depression.

Depression can occur at any age, and it can affect anyone, but according to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), people are more likely to experience it if they:

1.have a family history of depression
2.have experienced trauma, stress, or a 3.life-changing event
4.have a physical illness, such as cancer
5.are using certain medications or other substances

These are some rules below to avoid depression:
*getting enough sleep and rest
*learning to say “no” to additional demands
*taking breaks from work
*practicing breathing exercises and meditation
*getting regular exercise
Additional and small help is Finding Right group of friends and company ,Because those are the most important people we will be in and may bring us what we would feel in specific time.

But Good advices OP ,this would really help for someone who has under depression .
You find out a very important point that company of right friends. Which also help overcame depression.
