Why didn't you save your 2FA backup key though?
i think i have saved it before but i did a hard reset on my phone several times. i only save the back up on my phones notepad. i know i can put in the paper, but im not really serious about it before.

no i don't have an alt account. i only use a different email at first and later use the email same on my blackjack.fun account. i already contacted your support before but i haven't got a follow up response from them on the past. actually this was my second attempt on contacting you abuot my account.

You have to be more patient waiting for the admin back to online and send direct messages there is no other way to contact him. We as old users know the main problem in this casino is the support team , they lack a team to respond some problems I know about this since I joined. Sometimes it takes a week to reply your email it can also take longer if there are multiple reports in the queue. We've advised them to look for additional teams but it looks like nothing has changed so far , as far as I know this casino is managed by around 4 people including the admin on the forum.

they say that premined coins are a scam so maybe the ones that can gain an advantage or a benefit is the one that creates them and not those who invest on it. a project can set aside a fund for theiir development but once it runs out of use it inapropriately, thats right that the value of their coin can also go down. nothing is easy but as long as a project will do what they can, it is possible that they can take over or get the sympathy of the many. before we invesst, evaluating the coin properly is improtant. we should check the stuffs that you mentioned there above ot possibly find a good coin.

AFAIK, every casino keeps an option to disable the 2fa of a user account. But you have to go through some process to complete it. Send an email to info@blackjack.fun by describing your issue. They may request for your last login IP, your first deposit or last deposit amount, your wallet address, etc info which is associated with your Blackjack.fun account.thank's for the email. i messsage them now about the issue. let see if what they can do
